I highly recommend the kind, thoughtful and professional therapists at Royal North Shore Private. I have been attending here twice a week since 19th November 2019 due to two broken wrists and my wonderful therapist Susan, has shown nothing but dedication and support during that time. Everyone greets me with a smile and can do attitude. To the gentleman who had to wait; is it not with many medical institutes these days we sometimes have to have a little more patience to wait a little longer than we expected, due to the demand on professionals? I can wait in Doctors surgeries for a very long time, but I know that the professional is giving support to the patient they are currently seeing, Recognising they may need to talk just a little longer to remove doubts or answer questions; without them being pushed out the door just because the clock ticked over. I am sure you would want the same compassion. It is considerate to be mindful of others as well as oneself.

It was but an experience I would not like to repeat. As previous customer I can only think the practice manager was seriously out of sorts. I was bullied by him to make a choice I was not comfortable with and it left me feeling threatened and intimated. I asked if I could leave. The attending physiotherapist looked very uncomfortable with the practice manager's conduct. I attempted to thank her for her time notwithstanding that I was leaving to which the practice manager yelled at me "a pain in the a&#e like you is not worth it". I did not respond as it was not dignified behaviour and judging by the attending physiotherapist's shock was extreme. I grant you were I to read this review I would think it likely the reviewer is either deranged or the culprit. I am comfortable in knowing this was as it happened. I doubt it is a regular occurrence but all the same it happened and obviously I will not return.

Disgraceful place with no regard for anyone's time. Sat in their waiting room for 40 minutes waiting for an appointment that never happened. Staff didn't bother to tell me what was going on and looked like stunned mullets when I told them it wasn't acceptable. Avoid this place if you can. Great to see that the owner has now replied to my comment with fabrications. 220pm to 300pm is now 20 minutes in their eyes. And asking "when will my 230pm appointment happen" is aggressive. Why don't we ask the 3 other people in the waiting room? Anyways, further solidification that this place should avoided, they clearly don't like negative reviews and are willing to slander their customers and reveal private information about their families online. Well done!

Thank you North Shore Hand Therapy for looking after my children so skillfully after a run of bad luck with hand and wrist injuries. They were so well looked after with plasters, splints, and strapping. Finding a practice of Physios and OTs who specialise in hand and upper limb treatment was such a find for us. The therapists were professional, informative and very supportive throughout ... Highly recommended.

Never knew there was a group of professional therapists who only treat hands. On my first visit I was comforted by the fact that they were specialist therapists - not just a physio who treats the whole body. Thank you to my therapist Susan - you treated my injury professionally, with a smile and a great conversation to go with it. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hand injury or ailment.

After six months of twice weekly therapy for a badly broken wrist I can say that the hand therapists at this practice are caring, professional and know their stuff. My main therapist, Victoria, worked with me not only to get my wrist functioning but also my fingers which had clawed. A great final result. It can get busy but normally I was seen at my allotted time. Highly recommended.

I had a wrist injury from the gym which wasn’t getting better. My hand therapist Susan at North Shore Hand Therapy carefully assessed my wrist, explained what I’d done (it was a tricky injury), designed a splint and strapping for my wrist and gave me a range of exercises to perform. I’m now back to playing basketball and going to the gym regularly, completely pain free. Thanks team.

With a complex set of injuries and conditions, I have been very pleased with the care and therapy I have received at this practice. My therapist, Susan has always made sure I feel comfortable, safe and secure whilst we work through my exercises. Overall, the care and attention from all staff has been wonderful. I would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the physio service I got after my hand surgery a few months ago. Allegra, Katie and Clancy were very helpful in getting my hand working back to normal. It was tough and painful at the time but the exercises they recommended helped with my recovery. They are very professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

I was treated on my right hand at this clinic. I was pleasantly surprised how the team especially Michele Chim gave me good advice on how to improve the use of my hand by making a brace and showing me exercises to do. I would recommend anyone with hand issues to check this clinic so that you don’t need to put up with pain!

Lovely therapist who are very clear and professional. I am currently completing physio on a repaired tendon in my finger and the progress amazing. Each step of the therapy was explained in detail and precise exercises were given to get me to where I am now. I would highly recommend this company.
