I had never been to this Smash Repairers before but, from the first moment I met the owner of the business John Nazarian, I just knew that they would do a good job! That was my gut feeling and it was fully justified. They booked the car (BF Ford XR6T) in quickly and were fastidious in the way they approached the repairs. They were helpful sourcing any parts required , obsure decals etc etc and were very honest about what parts I was going to need, even though they could have made more money on the parts I said I wanted to have replaced!!! When I got the car back it was spotless! All of the work had been done to an extremely high standard and at a great price and quite frankly, I could not have been happier with the final result! There are many smash repairers in this location but my suggestion is that you take your car here first, speak to John and I very much doubt whether you will want to take your vehicle anywhere else! 10 STARS for this business and 10 STARS for the owner!

Thank you John for repairing my car perfectly. Mine was a BMW 330i F30. I had a dent on the boot and went to multiple repairers for an opinion on how it should be done. Many repairers advised me that I needed a new boot, or I needed to have significant repairs to fix the dent. John had a quick look and reassured me that a localised repair was all that is needed. This was very important for me as I really wanted to preserve the original appearance of my car and having new parts or large sections of my car done may have resulted in a very different outcome, and on top of that, it would have cost a fortune. John worked around my schedule, and fit me in even though it was very close to Christmas. The result was perfect, and I was able to preserve the look of my car and have it perfect during the Christmas break. Eternally grateful for the work of John and his team. Thank you so much for repairing my car so perfectly.

Northshore Smash repairs have an extremely professional and compassionate team. I drove straight to them after my car was involved in a hit and run - while it was parked for 10 minutes on a back street. I was quite shaken and John was super compassionate and supportive. He provided advice as to what steps I needed to take to pay through insurance, whilst also providing me a quote. When I asked, he scheduled me on the following Monday, with the job completed on the Friday. His prices are competitive and his work is outstanding. My car looks brand new. I have had many difficulties in the past when dealing with my car as I am a female driving a BMW - At no time with John did he make me insecure. He was super kind and supportive from beginning to end. THANK YOU for looking after my pride and joy!

Called up at 11am asking if I could drop my 2006 Honda Integra Type S off for a front lip crack seal and respray (wildlife collision). Although John and his team were filled with existing jobs, I was still able to drop my car off by 12 and John greeted me with a smile. Throughout the repair, John was happy to update me on the status of the job, and even happily took on additional work which I forgot to mention initially. When I picked up the car (within the promised time agreement), I could tell the team didn't take shortcuts in the repair - colour matching is flawless and the blend is immaculate. On top of explaining the work performed, John even stayed on the driveway until I drove off. Service was great, quality is awesome, and he didn't even charge me for the additional work I requested.

I went there with rear panel damage and asked for a non-insurance quote, (I pranged the car on my own). The guy that kindly had a look levelled with me and was direct, (I prefer that) he said it would set me back $2k and I would struggle to find a better quote. I drove 20mins further out and got the repair done for $800. I had the repair inspected by the dealer and they said it was as good as factory. North Shore are good, but if you're paying out of pocket, be sure to do your homework and shop around. $1200 difference is not insignificant to me.

Efficient, trustworthy and good quality repairing work and communication from John and his colleagues! I have been very happy with the whole experience when repairing side mirror of my car under insurance claim there. When I told them timing is my priority due to my Rego is due they helped to book the car in quickly even though it’s peak time period before Xmas. The job was done prior to promised job time and when they saw some minor paint scratches on my car they just puffed it away for me with no extra charges.

What a rare gem. John was a genuinely nice man with customer service that exceeded my expectactions. This smash repairer charged me a fraction of the cost than what other smash repairers quoted (I literally saved $2000 - $3000. Not only was the job completed quickly, but the quality was beyond exceptopnal. My car looked brand new and flawless as if it just came out of the showroom. They even went above and beyond and replaced a body part at no extra cost, when t was originally meant to be repaired.

I was asked to take my car to another repairer, by NRMA, instead I choose North Shore Smash Repairs, so glad I did. The repair was perfect, on time, and the team at NSSR, went over and above to make sure the car was delivered on time, why they are not on NRMA's list of approved repairers is beyond me, thanks for an excellent job, one very happy customer, and John and his team will and should do very well, also thanks for the loan car. I dropped my car to John on Tuesday not suspecting it was seriously damaged. Turns out the whole front panel needed to be replaced - which i was a little stressed about as i was heading out of town that Friday. John reassured me it would be done in time - even though they were extremely busy. He ordered the part while i sorted insurance and it was fixed, washed and ready to hit the road on Friday. Really appreciate the quick turn around and awesome service.

I went to two other high rating smash repairs and one of them takes twice as much time, and another quoted over twice the price yet still asked me to go back again for the quote. Awesome smash repair place on Sydney North Shore. Had my STI here a couple of times (rim repair, full detail, front bar respray, rear bar and rear guard respray) and have been completely impressed with the quality of work performed with factory finish each time. I had a very good experience getting some curb rash repaired. Most importantly the repair (including some quality paint matching) was so good I couldn't tell where the damage had been. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the repair. The repair was completed in the time frame they estimated. Easy drop off and pick up. Very professional people to deal with. 5 stars for sure.

John and North Shore Smash are definitely the best repairer and painter in Sydney. I am a car lover and each time John has done a repair and paint on my car they have been immaculate, you could not tell what he repaired and if anything better quality than original. They always work around my timings and very fast to get job done. I would not go anywhere else.

Do not use this place. The worst experience I have ever had. I got refunded some of my money and harf job completed. Wrong parts ordered and not fitted correctly, not finished the installations and lose items not fixed back together. Car given back not safe or road worthy. Electrical not working, this guy acts so nice while he rips you off.

The team at North Shore Smash went above and beyond on my Honda Civic. They resprayed the front and rear bumper and replaced the plastic lip on the front for an outstanding price compared to the other quotes I received.
