The Minneapolis location is amazing! They offer great service and good advice for first time storage renters. I was very impressed at the strong service ethic displayed by all employees, in particular Chuck. They worked with me when I was a couple days late on my rent, and my stuff was clean and dry when I got it out! Thanks guys!

I learned about North Star Mini Storage from a person who's entrusted them with treasured collections since 1981. The staff is excellent and the building has all the pluses of an older structure - sturdy and built to last forever - while being exceptionally clean and dry. Good rates, a safe place, and great people.

We’ve had a unit with Northstar Minneapolis for many years. We’ve never had a conflict with owners, staff or other renters. We feel safe inside the building and appreciate the cleanliness and ease of use. It would be nice if they were open on Sunday, but that is a day of rest :0)

The location at East Lake Street is the one I use. The place is nice and clean, management is great & kind ! Easy access to get to. Large elevator and many different size carts to transport your things. I love this storage ! I highly recommend it ! Ask for Chuck !
