No system is perfect, but you've got to hand it to NTREIS for being willing to make the hard decisions to adjust and improve the mls provider we use when they realize a change needs to be made. Also, there isn't a more complete better source of information for north Texas residential real estate available anywhere. As the owner of a brokerage company, I would have much greater challenges trying to serve clients and agents without their tools and technology.

Horrible customer service. With 50k users they should do a better job when making updates to their system to ensure not long delays that keep agents from working!
