We love it we've been going here since my kids were infants able to see the dentist, she was definitely Was an amazing dentist. She is no longer there but we have learned to adapt to new dentists. wherever the office moved we move right along with them. the front office staff is amazing just Totally awesome . my girl Mrs. Maggie always on point to help me get the best care for my children especially when we have to go to a specialist she never gives up make sure I insurance &everything goes through well. And if there's a issue at the specialist she's on it and she takes care of it Because we do run into issues. The RED tape of insurance companies If you know you know.

This place is absolutely great! From the cleanliness, to the decor that makes the children feel at ease, to the professionalism the staff displays - everything is superb. I especially want to give a huge round of applause (and internet hug) to Dr. Pina. Her compassion, communication, and sincere care for my daughter's well being helped put my nerves at ease, and also allowed me to focus on my daughter during her visit. I cannot thank Dr. Pina enough, this place will always be my daughters dental place, and I suggest it should be everyone else's as well. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart, Thank You!

I brought my son here about a week ago to see Dr. Kevin Coppola. The office was very nice and kid-friendly. The staff was welcoming and got us through to Dr. Coppola pretty quickly. My son felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Coppola has a great, easy-going way with children. My son was pretty envious of Dr. Coppola's cool spongebob squarepants sneakers! Great, professional service with the gentle touch needed for the little ones. I will definitely be bringing my son back to see Dr. Coppola in the future.

The experience was AMAZING! We went with my brother who is autistic and non verbal and the entire staff was very nice and understanding. Francis was very attentive and gave us helpful information since the beginning. Dr. Rivera was simply the best, he was very kind and sweet with my brother and did an amazing job examining his teeth while keeping him comfortable. Will recommend this place for anyone with kids even those who have a hard time feeling comfortable at the dentist !

Today I went and they have a new worker Im not to pleased with. Since my child never felt ugly at the dentist before. All four of my babys been coming here since they were born. This lady (helpper) forced his lip down to get work done as he was moody today. I did push her hand away from his mouth and let her know not to touch him that way infront of everybody. I wish they taught her their way since Ive never had a issue before. I still love the regular staff and the doctors.

I am so pleased with the professionalism there is at this dental clinic my child actually loves to go to the dentist they are always so positive and listen to what he is saying and he is only six years old of course he makes them laugh and I love the attention that they give him as a child it makes him feel very special we have never had any problems he has been going to the same clinic since he was an infant. His teeth are perfect and he has no cavities ever as of yet.

We love it here! 10 years now the assistants are amazing. Especially up front Maggie is awesome always glad to see she's still their......kids had bad experience 10 years ago with smile center, left them been here ever since. Trust the dentists with my kiddos and nephew I know they are in good hands. My girls will be sad they day they age out from pedi, 2 1/2 years away.

Dr.Rivera and staff are awesome...my child has been going to his office since she was 3yrs old she is 17 now and her teeth are perfect..thank you..Dr.Rivera and staff 12 -1 2022 thank you for taking Care of my kid she is going to be 19 in January looking forward to next appt. This was my second visit and the assignment didn't properly clean my sons teeth. She literally polished his teeth for 5-10 seconds (the doctorwas even removing plaque from my sons teeth). As a dental assistant myself I now how it should've been done. I give three stars because the dentist was nice. I probably will not return.

Dr. RIVERA HAS BEEN SEEING MY BOYS SINCE THEY WERE VERY YOUNG AND HE MAKES EVERY VISIT PERSONABLE AND TREATS THE KIDS SUPER FANTASTIC. HE TALKS THEM THRU EVERYTHING. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER DENTIST. AFTER SEARCHING AND TRYING SEVERAL OTHER PLACES WITH MY OLDER SON WE FINALLY FOUND AN AWESOME PLACE. DR. RIVERA IS THE BEST!

The staff is great but they should get more than one dentist working had to wait 2 hours for my child to be seen what's the point of having an appointment? Not to mention the meter is running parking is not free. Also play updated children movies after this visit I'm 100 % I hate "frozen " kept playing over & over.

Today was my daughters first dentist visit. She is 11 months old and can be fussy. Dr. Rivera is so amazing he was so calm and personable even though my baby was being difficult. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. Office was clean and staff were very friendly. I am so happy with our visit.

This morning I called bc my son was in horrible pain and the wonderful office ladies got us in an hour later, the staff were all very kind and helped me understand what was going on with my son's issues. The doctor answered all my questions and explained the plan and my options, so very happy we went here.

I can’t recommend highly enough! The entire staff and Dr. Coppola made my family feel safe with their COVID safety measures. My kids were treated promptly and professionally, and the office environment is welcoming and fun. We will always come to NECD, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Dr. Fox, Mari and the whole staff were amazing!! Everyone was very welcoming and kind! Dr. Fox explained the treatment plans in a way that was easy to understand and she made sure the kids were completely comfortable the entire time. Mari made our experience great! The kids enjoyed being at the dentist!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Hugo Rivera since 2012. Dr. Rivera is simply amazing. My kids love him, he always takes the time to answer their questions. He's truly awesome. The entire staff is just wonderful, exceptional customer service everytime, all the time. Highly recommended.

The doctors are very sweet. I have been taking my son her for years. He is on the autism spectrum and does not always cooperate. The Dentists and assistants are patient and kind. One of your front desk ladies is a bit cold, always. That’s my only concern.

Everyone is very nice and caring. My daughter has been going here since she was 3yrs. She is 12 and has a fear of the dentist, they are very patient and understanding. No long wait they get u in and out. Great place for children to go.
