First new car purchase ever. I mostly dealt with Christian and he was very helpful and willing to take time with my questions, not pushy like some car yard salespeople at other places. There was a delay with the model I wished to purchase as they were waiting on stock from the manufacturer, but that can't be helped, it's happening to a lot of things coming out of China lately, even with my own workplace. I'm glad I waited though, as I'm very happy with the MG3 Excite I selected. Thumbs up for the whole Northern MG team!

Racist staff I am from south asian heritage and I went to the showroom to get a test drive for MG HS+EV and the first question the sales guy asked was “are you going to use it for Uber or passenger services?” I have never faced this question ever in my life. I have been living in Australia for 8 years and have bought 2 cars so far but this was just uncalled for. They really need to take care of their staff’s behaviour and attitude.

Great experience purchasing with Steve earlier this year. love our HS. However 1 star for parts department - I bought accessories for my new car, offered my ABN number and company name to get trade price and straight away parts advisor responded “we don’t do trade price” - that dulled the mood abit but I won’t take away from the good initial experience we did have initially.

Overall our experience at Northern MG was great. Ryan was relaxed and didn't give us the hard sell. Our only small quibble would be a lack of knowledge about some details of the car. But this is understandable given it was a new electric model. A steep learning curve for anyone who has spent years selling ICE cars!
