I've been going to this pharmacy for years and always had a good experience but unfortunately had an unpleasant experience this morning with a middle aged man that works at the counter. I was picking up a prescription and he asked my name more than 3 times, went away then came back for my date of birth, went away again and came back to ask my address. When I asked him why he was asking so many questions as I'd always picked this up before without so many, he got defensive and aggressive. When he passed me to his colleague to collect the item at the counter, he came back again to give me some more verbal abuse! I really could have done without this unpleasant experience and not really what you expect at your local pharmacy. Hopefully, the management can improve the situation.

This community pharmacy is very good in so many different ways. It is a family run business with a close working relationship with the Northfields GP surgery. This certainly benefits both patients and doctors. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to give good advice on medical problems. If there is any uncertainty, you are referred to the doctor. Prescriptions are dispensed promptly . Highly recommended.

I moved to London from Colchester in Essex 6 years ago. When I first arrived in Ealing I nominated Boots as my regular pharmacy and was very disappointed in the lack of advice and poor management. By comparison I have been delighted by the professional services at Northfield Pharmacy. It is a well run family business offering very high standards of professional advice and patient care.

I have been a customer in this Chemist for several years and I couldn't fault any of the Staff or services they provide. I love the Hair Care section with a lot of natural products, I collect my prescriptions here and I top up essentials. I switched from my local Pharmacy and don't mind walking the extra 15 minutes to visit this friendly and clean little one.

This is a great Pharmacy. Close to surgery and most times more helpful than the surgery. Everyone is helpful polite and friendly. Excellent during the lockdowns. Distancing etc. I would whole heartedly recommend this pharmacy. They always make me feel I am important. Also fantastic flu vaccination service. Easy to book and very professional and friendly.

Have been using this pharmacy for a number of years now for both my elderly mother and myself. Throughout the years the owners and all their staff have provided an excellent service, and provide additional advice and support. The service throughout 2021 has continued to be of the highest standard, which is a credit to all staff during these trying times.

Dilip and his helpful team have never once let me down over a great many years. They liaise well with the doctors surgery and my online repeat prescriptions are always fulfilled faultlessly and on time. I can tell they are still smiling beneath those masks. Mis-sold me a take home lateral flow test. Told me the test met entry restrictions for the USA as the result is signed by a physician, later found out the test has to be administered by a physician. Are now refusing to refund me, after I explicitly asked about travel to the USA, and northfields pharmacy gave me incorrect information.

An outstanding family-run community pharmacy. Dilip Mehta is just amazing (and so are you Alka and Sachin!). They have really helped me and my GP to manage some complex health issues. Update (February 2022) to add that despite so many pandemic related challenges, this wonderful place continues to deliver great service and care.

Good reliable pharmacy, has been able to source all the non-standard medications I needed through a bout of ill health, always on the first attempt, when other local pharmacies failed. Friendly and helpful staff who have proactively offered advice to ensure I got the best deal and most efficient service available.

I always find the staff most polite and efficient no matter how busy they are which I have not found with other pharmacists in the area. This fact was very apparent during this period of Covid. If you happen to have a problem they will always listen intently and endeavour to resolve it for you. I wish them well.

This pharmacy has just had a really top quality makeover and the team are lovely - goodness knows how they remember customers names, but they do - and offer excellent advice. Also check here before you buy at Boots because they have some real bargains (i.e., reading glasses are half the price they are at Boots)

My wife and I have been using this Chemist for many years. A chance visit contrasted so positively with our previous Chemist that we swapped immediately. Mostly the staff are happy, helpful, positive and a delight to interact with. It's a training pharmacy with students adding to the ambience. Recommended.

The pharmacists and team here are excellent, very helpful and always go the extra mile. I would recommend them for their good advice, assistance with sorting out medication issues and genuine friendliness. Also they carry some nice non medical products as well, always worth a little browse.

Brilliant! I go there often. Not only they have a great selection for food and toiletries for babies and toddlers, but provide medical advice of first order, and also offer travel vaccines and medical recommendations abroad. Recomendable for any thing that a pharmacy can offer you.

Used Doctap twice for fit to fly certificate and tests and also, for test to release today. Fantastic service and right on time! Never had issues with them so far and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs PCR tests done. Simply fast and reliable!

Rude and lazy pharmacist at 12:30 today who I observed and, rather than call a surgery, made an elderly patient walk back and forth to their GP five times. A simple call would have resolved the issue but he couldn’t have cared less for that

Repeat Prescriptions seem to work well enough - however the email notification take a while to be received. So I end up calling or just going in . The website is quite good and informative e.g. vaccination . blood pressure., flu jabs etc.

I received a flu vaccine invitation and when the chemist was contacted this was arranged efficiently and quickly. The attitude was friendly and professional throughout. It was agreed that my wife could also be included at the same time.

Booked autumn Covid booster jab 2 days ago. I arrived a little early but there was a very efficient system for people waiting and it was busy with flu jabs too. I was seen and all done within 8 minutes or so.

I had my flu vaccine at this pharmacy recently and found the staff extremely professional, friendly & helpful. The process for vaccines works very well, with well-timed reminder emails and texts.

A great team of people. NHS website does not allow you to book flu and covid jabs for the same visit. But the team at Northfields combined the two appointments so I did not have to make 2 visits.
