Most terrible experience in Neurosurgery department. They are money cowboys only premium in charging you. Dont go for big names of a consultants who will be giving you very little time probably if you are admitted 2 minutes per day but the first line doctors and nurses whom you will be dealing with most part of your stay would give you nightmares even after your discharge. Trainee nurses and recently qualified doctors will take care of major surgery patients. I had to stay with my mom for about 2 months because of neurosurgery and there was a series of blunders which they did over the period without any hint of professionalism in anything and in the last my mom passed away because of their carelessness. If I want to write whole list I think It will be very long review but during my stay most of the surgeries in my experience which they performed suffered infections. There were even times where nurse asked me did you gave patient this medicine or removed the canola? or if your patient is not capable of going to loo then you definitely need two people as they are always short of staff who can change and clean. Seriously If you have that much money to afford them please use it to go somewhere professional.

Recently I had a surgery and I was looking first the best hospital and people recommended this one...so I saw a doctor and we schedule the surgery...I'm from Mexico and definitely this one needs a lot of improvement cause the private hospitals in my city are super clean....I'm thinking as a patient of any private hospital we ask for good care but most important a clean and a lot of higyene in the place cause that is what we pay for...so this hospital for me it was OK...average rate is 8 to me ...but the doctor and his staff in surgery room the were the best made me feel so like in home...which is very important for a foreign country person...so just to finish my review about the northwest hospital the nurses are the worst cause they are so curious and nousy so they ask to my family a lot personal info. And cause I don't manage perfect pashto and urdu they thought I will not understand but I did...and definitely this was my worst experience with this woman's so please give a lot of training to ur staff...

This is good hospital , There is room for improvement but overall good private hospital in peshawar. In 2021 My eldest son was born here via Csection under care of Dr Nuzhat Nazir Zia , which is an amazing doctor handled our case really well and tried her best for natural delivery but my wife had complication of PROM so they went for emergency cSection after waiting properly and trying their best for a natural delivery. Later in 2022 September i had another son and this time Dr Nuzhat was in USA so it was handled by Dr Anmol . It was sunday and we were thinking that what will happen incase C-section was needed but they made us comfortable that they will handle as they have team on standby for emergency cases. But thank god Dr Anmol tried for natural delivery and it got successful, it was hard case of VBAC and i place my faith on Dr Anmol , she was not a senior doctor but she handled it like professional and we left hospital with amazon son . Thanks to both doctors , Dr Nuzhat and Dr Anmol.

My mum was admitted into ICU of this hospital for brain hemorrhage treatment and remained there for nearly two weeks. The two neurosurgeons/neurologists who were treating my mum, had different opinions, one was suggesting to let her go for her further treatment at home and the other one was suggesting otherwise. If I put my entire experience in one word, that would be "Horrible". The private room services were even worse with limited human and medical resources. The nurses and doctors had no idea what they were doing, causing serious urinary bladder infection. One junior doctor took her treatment folder and left it on the front counter during fever chills because the doctor realised her shift was over. The hospital management has no regard for patients and treat them as cash cows. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone, especially those Afghan brothers and sisters who come all the way from Afghanistan to treat their loved ones.

Dr, first we agreed for kidney lasers operation with half anesthesia but they Give full anesthesia than one side he did as laser other side without laser which cost pain,blood for patient 2nd the patient was in OT for above 3/4 hours Has became freeze, which supposed to complete the operation within hur, Nurse for nightshift did not cooperate, If you asked any questions about your patient they clearly said morning dr will come than we give medication, they just visit twice to check BP, They gossip and laugh very loudly at any any time in the night , its seem they are work in the hotel/shade hall, If you need extra blanket or pillow than its out of stock for the person with patient will just a-weak and walk around, Cleaners/house keeping They clean the Aera 1 time only, but Not toilet even if you inform them to clean, garbage full and bad smell, after 12 med night you can’t see them around, maybe half duty,

Dear Sir, It is stated with deep concern that yhe hospital administration and management is going worst day by day. I have admitted my wife in emergency in Labour room last night but had a very bad experience this time: 1. Dirty Washrooms and room was not cleared properly before shifting the patient. 2. In the morning at 8am, the patient required gyne Pad which was provided after at 11am hardly upon several intimation and request and launching complaint to administration other thn PRO. 3. PRO office was closed. 4. Ordered food for labour room for patient at 12.30pm and was delivered around 2.15pm 5. The guy on canteen counter misbehaved when asked for not delivering food to patients on time. I am very much disappointed this time from northwest. I have no words for this. My husband who lives in Peshawer came with strong pain at his stomach to this hospital. He had clearly high temperature for days already. But after a couple of investigations n when he couldn’t tell y he has this pain Dr Main Naushad Ali an urologist gave him a list of expensive unnecessary investigations. This is when we left the hospital. Soon we decided to get him back as fast as possible bez the condition of my husband was critical. This is when another Dr. told us directly that the appendix of my husband must be removed right now. The dr also said that if we wouldn’t come within one hour it would be too late. Im from Germany n I saw many things in my life but how this Dr just thought about money instead of a life shocks me. This hospital is v clean n has a good name. Single dr like him shouldn’t use their responsibility for making money .

Bribery and bad staff behavior is all I could see in this hospital. I visited this hospital in September 2020 with my uncle and this was my first time in Pakistan as well. I heard good reviews of this hospital and directly went to it without any hesitation. they don't have good management of the hospital, everywhere you go staff are asking for money to do you work. if you ask for the appointment, they will say next month, but if you pay 500-1000 rupee they will offer you a slot in next hours. even for simple checkups they will directly tell you that your turn will come late because there are lots of others waiting, if you want, we can help you in that. once I saw this situation, I left the hospital and don't want to go again.

Comparably the hospital is a lot better than other in the city,more than enough support staff and doctors are well qualified,and well equipped .However the hospital is expensive, it may be not possible for ordinary person to pay the bills....on renovation side the hospital do need bit refurbishment,,,need repainting,, it seems there isn't any central heating system as I found the caroider and lounge area cooler then inside ...parking facilities are not enough and more importantly the drop off facilities inside Hospital are prohibited which could cause serious problem for patients.

Dear All, I will write about two issues only. 1st issue that no food services from hospital under proper hygienic control which can effect patient health, 2nd senior doctors are only available in the morning time which is my 1st experience that it’s a big hospital with big name and customers numbers but in the evening time only few doctors on duty. Not recommended for surgery They will tell you surgery will cost 50k and the will treat you like the road side canteen in Punjab like this is service charges and this is mali charges....... Their OT charges are more than 50k, will charge more than 27k for anesthesia and more than 30k for OT medication like whats anesthesia charges and whats OT charges..... This is a Hotel not a hospital. As long as you pay them premium they will your balls. The staff is completely unmannered, lots of unnecessary tests on patients because most of the staff is trainees and they have to learn on your patients with your money. It is a good hospital but almost very expensive and people from outside are coming in large ratio. I myself an employ and working as a shift In-Charge from last one year and I gained alot and it is a good learning place but it is almost expensive and local pakistani people haven't access to quality treatment. Big scammers I took my patient to the emergency department and the ward Ac was not working, and there was no fan etc. So I requested a fan and it was warm as it was outside wheather. Staff did a brain CT Scan for our patient and they kept us waiting longer for the result, and at the their went rude saying get a report from the person you paid money to? However we found out that their printer was faulty we had take our patient without getting a report. Worst experience I ever had.

Very bad experience in my life to come this hospital. Lhr is far far better hygiene rooms then northwest hospital,too much expensive they are charging 12 thousand for one night rooms are old and dirty. Visited hospital as I had appointment with Dr khushnood Ali baz. Such a disappointment . Seniors doctors treat patients as they are no value. I have paid for my consultation but during my appointment this very so called doctor was busy talking about corruption with his friend with in the same room. IF YOU CANNOT RESPECT PATIENT ATLEAST RESPECT YOUR PREFESSION. I was not given any medicine nor I was rechecked I had to do all test and go for another doctor outside this hospital.

I recently visited this hospital some of the doctors are really rude and worse manner Unprofessional it was trust worthy hospital For me in entire peshawar but no more especially the radiology ultrasound are not even professional they did mistake either ignore in my ultrasound examination. While I knew my condition but he didn't even see The problem which I had in my liver how can he do such mistake which can be a dangerous sign for a patient.

Hospital is ok , Doctors are good but General staff , believe me they need some serious training to keep quiet while performing there duties at Hospital. This is my second visit and I m amazed when i saw the staff laughing and chatting so loudly...it's look like they are in Bakra Mandi. Worst experience, i went for laproschpy surgery of gallbladder with Dr Tariq Jabbar Khan he didnt came for checkup in my two days hospital stay, the nurses and other staff need training as they are treating like Govt hospitals employee, they should give care for the money pt paid for, i will suggest Islamabad hospitals and rawlpindi AFIC for treatment rather than to waste your money time and health with these basterds

They don’t allow you bring blanket or food from outside and it comes to serving in-house food; this is how hygienic they are about patient’s food. When asked for a blanket, they don’t have one but cotton sheets which become available only after 10PM!!! I think, the pull them off the sleeping patients! Nosy floor vacuum cleaning started at 12:19 midnight! Will update further with additional comments later.

It is a very good Hospital in private sector. Providing good services in health category but instead of providing cheap rates, fee and diagnostic investigations they are increasing their amount by time which is the major challenge for the poor community living around the City to be benefited and reach health facilities. I've 4days stay in NWGH for laparotomy opperation with prof. Dr siddra jabbar khan, we are very happy for all tretment that very good and satisfied. The Dr operated the patient him self and daily checkup, all the nursing staff, Asst, TMO, are honestly done there duties all 24 hrs. Only one thing that Canteen service to need to be clean, there are alot of cakroches and AC and Fan are not working...

It's a big multi speciality private sector hospital having all major specialities. ICU and CCU are available. Emergency department is good. Cleanliness is okay. Staff behaviour needs to be improved. Rates and prices of facilities are on higher side which makes very difficult for patients to avail the facility by middle class patients. Big issue of parking place, no free parking.

Doctors are well qualified but they have to give sufficient time to patients as they heavily charge them. For doctors it is necessary to give clear picture of the patient to his family. Doctors of this hospital need to keep sympathy with patients as their profession is to serve humanity. For doctors recovery of their patients must be their first priority not money.

Avoid it at all costs . For cough, cold and flu one can visit it but not for major procedure etc …….. risky and dangerous place . Consultants leave at 3 pm and then you are at the mercy of nursing staff .

North West General Hospital Peshawar is a private hospital which has the best doctors and provides the best care, although it is expensive, but the doctors and missionaries are also the best.
