Their **marked** prices may be lower than some of the nearby competition but beware of what actually rings up on the registers, especially if you are in a hurry and/or buying a large load. On two distinct occasions now, they have tried to charge me $4.99 each for a product (corn chips) very prominently marked as $3.99. On both occasions I bought two each time, so they tried to charge me $9.98 instead of $7.98 each time for the two. On the more recent occasion (a couple of hours ago as I write) the cashier tried to get away with changing only ONE of them after I pointed it out, thereby asking $8.98 for the two instead of $7.98 as it should have been in the first place. Unfortunately for her, I noticed this as well. I can only speculate as to how many other customers do not, especially those purchasing larger mixed loads at a time. FreshWorld in the Towers may have (slightly) higher marked prices, but at least the same ones come up on the registers as a rule. And on the rare occasions that an honest mistake IS made, they actually apologise and show a consistent level of remorse, completely opposite to the casual shrugoff by these people, reeking of "Sometimes we get away with it, sometimes we don't!!"

First time I stumbled in here by accident, wasn't expecting to find a fruit store in this complex. So happy that I did!! Top quality produce which is reasonably priced. And amazing variety! Great place to stock up on Arabic groceries too! And Evelyn makes your experience even more enjoyable, so personable and welcoming, will go out of her way to assist you. So glad I found a local gem!

Rude cashier . When I ask for why there is no price tag for one item. She said she never looked at price tag when she was shopping....No more shopping in the store. Tell all my friends about the bad experience in the store. The product is ok, just rude cashiers and no sales training. Disappointing

It's a great vegetable and grocery store since March 2023 when the new owner onboarded. All the vegetable and fruits are so fresh and with super great quality, the price is even better compared to Woolworths and Coles. I love to go shopping here every week once or twice.

Went here today and got my weekly fruit and vegetables for the family. A young lady served me at the checkout (she said her name was Ariana). She was very polite, friendly and bagged up my vegetables perfectly! Will definitely be coming back. 10/10 customer service.

Great produce but one staff member throws all the produce into the bags, bruising and damaging all of it. Have complained twice but she continues to do so. Also, have been overcharged twice in the last week, which I've had to point out to correct it.

5 Star to the best qualities and the best services, regularly customer, great change to new management. Very fresh veggies with super cheap price. It's time to abandon Coles Wws for veggie and fruits. Best place to go.

I was served by someone named Joelle, she has the kindest sweetest soul on EARTH. She served me at the counter and helped me count my coins. And she also complimented my fresh haircut. GREAT customer service!!!

An independent green grocer operating from Castle Mall in Castle Hill. Wide selection of fresh vegetables and fruits at market prices. They also stock a wide selection of nuts, lentils and grains.

Reasonable prices but unfortunately a lot of the produce I purchased was not fabulous, limp and ill looking. The store is cramped and difficult to get around in if it is busy. Staff were friendly.

Prices are reasonable , fantastic variety - I love coming here because it means I can cook a fresh Indian or even malasian curry as they stock galangal not many places sell

A good range of fruit and vegetables. Prices are often cheaper than major supermarkets and the produce is fresh. Long queues at the checkout but it’s worth the wait.

Perhaps the best fruit and vegetable shop in the Hills. Very competitive prices but the quality of stock is amazing. I won’t go anywhere else now…….

They have lots of European products also lots of different products then other shops like bottled juices, ready to eat products etc.
