I recently went with a friend to have a massage and was genuinely disappointed. The destination is wonderful but walking into the spa it seemed to have no character or any sense of ambiance. The massage room is unsuitable for two people as it's incredibly small and uncomfortable. It lacks candles, aroma sets and basically everything you would expect to smell going into a spa. I had to change the towel on the bed for another one just below the bench because it had some stains on it. And even when changed, the towels they put over our face smelt like mildew. The ladies massaging us didn't seem very experienced as they would put too much pressure without asking if it was okay and we both received different massages, even though we both booked for a sweedish massage. I also would of expected going into a massage room that they heat it up before clients going in since you are taking clothes off for a full body sweedish massage. All in all, they have a great spot, but I do think the owner or manager should go to their competitors and just visit and see for themselves.

It is a low cost spa true and true, the therapist gave me a really good massage but that was the only positive thing. My appointment was for 9am, I arrived at 08:45 as it is spa etiquette, they only opened at 09:10 and set up. They only attended to me at 09:00 and only finished at 11:15 withoutany discussions. I was supposed to finish at 10:30 as such I had an appointment at 11 wlsewhere, i couldn't make it. There is no watch on the treatment room so I was not aware of the time, i would have expected them to squeeze all treatments in the allocated time or atleast discuss witg me that we will finish late. I was inconvenienced on many levels and the owner refused to take responsibility or even offer me complimentary service. I will never ever go back and i will make sure none of my friends go there.

Beautiful spot but was very disappointed with the rooms and the service received. A friend and I went for a girls massage and at first I was excited. But when we were taken to the room... It was a tiny room with two massaging beds. There wasn't enough space to move between the beds and the lighting was cold. There was no soft lights or candles to set the ambiance. It was just a plain room with a speaker box and music. The lady who massaged my friend seemed experienced but the lady who massaged me either felt intimated by her colleague or was new. I went for a massage and received a back rub, I asked her to increase her pressure but that was ignored. I would never go back to them for a massage. I'll stick with Gojispa at Willowbridge. Never disappointed when I go there for a massage.

I had a chemical peel done on Friday 4 Feb at the spa. This was my first visit. Staff members were relatively friendly and the spa is beautiful, letting in lots of natural light. I was really happy with my treatment except for 2 things: 1.The therapist could have been more gentle with my fresh set of lashes. She kept getting them wet and wiping them down with the cloth she used to wipe the product off the skin below my eyes. 2. Some of the chemicals got into my eye causing it to sting quite a bit. The therapist was very apologetic and sweet about it so, I am looking forward to my second chemical peel as I am already seeing great results with the first!

This salon is in urgent need of a good manager. On arrival I was the only client booked. There were three staff members, all three in the pedicure room, doing one another's toe nails while I sat in the reception room with dirty seating, waiting. I eventually said I would rather leave, because they were only beginning to remove the chipped red nail polish of the one therapist's toe's. It would have been a long wait for me. Needless to say, I won't be back. What saddens me is that the salon has a great setting on the lake. But these ladies need guidance, management and a clean salon.

Very nice experience overall. The staff seemed friendly. We made use of vouchers and the desk was quick to capture the info, no struggle. Only complaint worth mentioning is that the treatment started late and as a result I was late for my next appointment. Everything else was great. Will definitely go again, but not if I'm in a hurry. Lol.

I just completed my laser set of treatments with Sheree at Nourish Spa, Tyger Waterfront . Service was prompt, treatments were professionally executed with pre and post care advice given. The Spa is clean, welcoming and Sheree is just an amazing person. The laser results have been great....awesome experience overall.

Don't know when last I had such an amazing deluxe pedicure, and I do monthly treatments. It was so good, we literally booked our next appointment for next month.. the spa is neat, clean and has amazing staff! Definitely my new spot for all my future treatments, thank you for the great service, here is to many more ❤

Started off bumpy, booked appointment for 11h00 then day before I was told my appointment was 11h45. Had to wait 25min before treatment started but I must say, overall service was good. The massage lady did a great job. I am considering going back.
