Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit  that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. On behalf of the RepairSmith team, thank you Mina and the Nova team for helping us keep our company running smooth.

I called to see if they had a spot available to store my boat and the property manager, Albert answered the phone. He then checked and confirmed that they did have a few spots open. So I stopped by and he went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. I rented the spot, got a promotion deal, and couldn't be any happier. Albert is a true professional and made the experience very pleasant and easy!

The facility is clean, surrounded with cameras, and they have solid customer service. Mina assisted me with the viewing of the unit and was willing to work with my schedule since I wasn't ready to move in right away. Felicia assisted me with the leasing paperwork once I was ready to secure the unit. They were both so friendly and helpful! It's been a pleasurable experience so far.

I had been caught up with moving out to my new home and I wanted to share that I had a great experience with this storage company. I had to turn over my unit and Irene was so helpful with the closing out process. What I originally thought was renting a unit for a few months turned to long-term. Staff was very understanding and definitely appreciated the new renovations!

I don't like 2nd floor but is hard to get a space on this days, clean facility, they close 6PM sometimes is hard with that schedule because I get out of my job at 5:30. Hot inside the building when hot weather. But other than that its a great place with cameras everywhere and prices are the best in town.

The level of professionalism at the Mission Hills site was unbelievable. Sarai went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She was personable and courteous. She walked me through each step of renting a unit and patiently answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Nova Storage.

The price is right and the place is clean. It gets super hot during the day in the summer beware!! Staff is nice and friendly too. They have a restroom and water in the main entrance in case you get thirsty. Grab a piece of candy too …

I got a great deal on a 5x7 storage space. Their employee Mina was kind and very helpful. The facility is clean, secure and the bottom floor is cool even on a hot Summer day. They also have a truck on-site you can use to move your stuff.

Mina was friendly and knowledgeable of her job, fast and efficient. Facility is clean including the restroom. Especially liked thh free one day use of a 15' truck, my son in law also gets $50 of his storage for referring me.
