Everything felt rushed even though I was the only one in the salon. After she removed the gel from my nails I noticed, unfortunately, that I had what appeared to be mycosis on two nails (just to mention this wasn't related to this salon, I believe I got the fungal infection from somewhere else), and the girl did not pay attention to this and continued to do my manicure and wanted to put gel on my nails. As far as I know, when the nails suffer from a mycosis, you have to apply a treatment and stop using nail polish. I asked her if what I was seeing was really mycosis and she said yes and she just wanted to continue her work. I stopped her and asked her to finish my manicure without applying any gel on my nails. I was shocked by her carelessness and the fact that she would have continued knowing that my nails were suffering from a fungal infection. I gave 3 stars because I also got a pedicure+ color and I was pleased with the result.

Rất ưng. Mình khuyên mọi người nên qua trải nghiệm để rồi sẽ trở thành khách ruột của quán như mình nhé! Quán mới mở, không gian quán khá xinh nằm ngay cạnh Nhà Thờ. Bạn mình - một người cực ghét sự chờ đợi mà hôm đó còn không càm ràm gì sau gần 60' chờ đợi, vì trong lúc chờ nó cũng chụp được cả đống ảnh sống ảo với chỗ ngồi chờ rất "Chill". Bạn lễ tân khá chu đáo và thân thiện. Bạn làm móng cho mình rất cẩn thận và tư vấn màu khá tốt, lên khuôn móng đều và cân. Đây là móng mình làm ở đó sau gần 2 tuần, không bong mà vẫn bóng đẹp!

여행 마지막 날 비와서 슬픈 마음으로 들어갔는데 넘 좋았어요! 샘플도 있으시고, 원하는 디자인 사진으로 보여드려도 가능해요. 저는 결정 빨리 못하는데 친절하게 기다려주시고 중간에 추천도 해주셨어요. 큐티클 케어 5년만에 하는데, 그리고 손톱 하나는 깨진 상태였는데 너무 깔끔하게 정리해주셨고 하나도 안아팠어요. 원하는 디자인 나와서 너무 좋고, 가장 행복한건 이거 다해서 만이천원 정도. 혼자가면 생판 모르는 사람 옆에 앉아야 할 수 있지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용하고 편안한 분위기라서 전 만족해요. Staff was so kind and was able to communicate in English. Lots of color and design options to choose from and at a great price. You can show pictures of what you want, and the shop is neat and pretty. If I lived in Vietnam, I'd go every week.

This was an amazing nail salon with exceptional service. An array of colors and designs. The women that helped me were so friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was a little worried after reading other reviews of other nail salons and their treatment of tourist. But whether you’re a local or a visitor, I 100000% recommend this. I have a nail lady that I go to religiously back in the states and I can’t wait to show her my mani and pedi! Thank you lovely ladies!

Boss is really kind and designers are look so young but very professional. It only takes 1hr 20mins to finish nail and fedi !! This was absolutely one of the best places I’ve been to in vietnam. The girls were so attentive.The owner spoke english so it was nice to converse a little bit. Very comfy chairs for pedicures and clean environment. The girl buffed my poor callused travelled feet for so long. They so soft now! Thanks ladies. Definitely a highlight to my pampering day.

Was ok- spent 500K for gel medi &pedi + removal. Receptionist was great, and very clearly wrote down the cost so I wouldn’t be caught off guard because her English (although understandable) wasn’t fantastic. Please check before leaving because they don’t check if they stained your skin. Took less than 1.5 hours.

I was here in the end of February and my nails are still going strong. They are well built and if I would go back to Hanoi I would absolutely come back. When my nails were done and I showed my friends they got jealous of the quality so they both did their own nails there the day after. So worth the price!!

패디할 수 있는 의자2대, 네일 할 수 있는 의자 2대 있어요~ 한국에서 예쁜 네일,패디 디자인 사진으로 보여주면 거의 다 가능하다고 보면 되어요~ 눈썰미도 좋고 친절하고 엄청 꼼꼼하게 해줍니다 ^^ 엄마랑 이모가 평소에도 안하는데 안한다고 하더니 와서 베트남 일정중에 가장 맘에 든다고 계속 손톱 발톱만 봅니다ㅋㅋㅋ기다리는 동안 신랑은 손톱발톱,풋케어까지 했는데 기분 너무 좋대요! 여자 셋은 젤 디자인 네일,패디, 풋케어 다 했어요! 마지막 날 다들 지쳐있었는데 좋은 선택이었어요~~~!

Right by the cathedral so it’s very convenient. The staff and manager were super friendly and can guide you in English. Best prices in the area, homely and clean interior, and great quality products used on you (polish, moisturiser…). Please come and check them out!

I had issues with the polish staying on my nails, it chipped off right away, but they immediately fixed it both time and then even refunded my money. Even tho the polish wasn’t working for me, the staff was helpful and kind. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Friendly and nice staff who spoke minimally good english and took the time to try different colours on my/her nails while waiting for my turn. Pleased with how it turned out! And they were really efficient, did mani + pedi and was in and out after 1 hour.

Highly recommend. Friendly service, reasonably priced, and quality nails. I’m on holiday in Hanoi and got sparkle gels by Nhi who did an excellent job. The whole experience took max 1 hour and I’d definitely be back if I had more time here!
