Ce, the store manager at Novo Shoes, Greenwood Plaza is amazing. She’s been extremely helpful! I have a pair of shoes that I love, and I was looking for the same ones to buy. Unfortunately, they were all sold out. Ce offered her help and checked if other stores had the shoes I wanted. She found the last 2 pairs in another store. She didn’t just call them and ask to put them aside for me, but she also went to that store on her day off, got them for me and brought to Novo Shoes at Greenwood plaza. What a great customer service!! Thank you very much, Ce!!

Wonderful customer services. Solony with her beautiful smile was a beautiful add to the store. She was so helpful and efficient. So excited to wear the 2 pairs if shoes that I got :)

I came running because it says they are open until 6pm and I found the door closed. Why don't they update the schedules so that people don't waste their time?
