Tried to call head office to discuss my experience today the 18th April 2023, a Melbourne number that goes to a person called Maddi. Don’t understand what business process and structure doesn’t have a proper communication channel to contact head office. But anyways I visited the Mt Druitt store to try on a pair of shoes I saw online, was not greeted or attended to for about 10mins but I was browsing anyways, and kept my request of trying on my sized shoe till last, even then both shop attendants were avoiding eye contact, until I asked if anyone is able to help me?! One walked off to go bathroom, the other older lady looked she wanted to cry when I asked her to try on my size. I waited for a further 7mins (yes I counted) only for her to then mumble something inside her mouth from the back storeroom… I proceeded to walk and ask her what the issue is? And if she’s unable to help (or should I say work for what she’s paid for) let me know and I’ll go to the Blacktown store) she again mumbled something, and at this point I walked out of the store. I have never seen such unmotivated miserable customer service personalities in my life. And to be honest never encountered such customer service ..I had gone out of my way to make it to mt druitt Westfield to run another errand so I can also go to novo here, otherwise Blacktown is my go to! But never again. If I could I would give a negative star review to resonate their negative customer service personalities i would!
