Blacktown store has the pathetic customer service. I have been buying heels from NOVA from years so did not pay much attention when I bought the heels, it was little bit dirty and the lady told me it is because customer tries it in store , she wiped off the dust and sold the same pair to me. When I come back after four days because I didn't find it comfortable after trying at home. She refused to believe it that she sold me like that. Unfortunately I would have never trusted her and taken the photo on same day and show it to her. Her attitude was totally different when she was taking it back than when she sold me the same heels.

I was with a lady friend who went gaga buying shoes and good quality bags at very reasonable prices considering we had to agree this shop had to pay alot for using the space inside a huge shopping mall. "It was well worth it," is what my lady friend told me at the end of my waiting in one corner while she zigzags thru the entire shelves like she was using her GPS ... hahahaha... really funny if you would have witnessed what l witnessed ...!!!

Went in not really knowing what I was wanting. The staff member who helped me was very lovely! She sat with me and took the time to figure out what I wanted and found a pair of shoes that were exactly after what I wanted. Her name was Hannah and she had an amazing customer service attitude, you should be very proud to have staff who take the time to listen to their clients wants.

I love this store. The team at Blacktown are so beautiful and helpful. I just left spending well over $200 worth of a great variety of heels and flats. The sales assistant had to go grab so many different sizes for me to try and she was so happy to do so. This is honestly the only shoe shop I like to visit. absolutely shocking customer service. they refuse to refund within 14 days with a receipt which is totally against the law. they are extremely rude there. was abused by a 15 year old called Mia on the the weekend. DISGUSTING WOULD OF GIVEN 0 STARS IF I COULD HAVE.

Lovely customer service from Sharon who is the manager of this store. She was so helpful and accommodating when I had needed to exchange an online order after ordering the wrong size. So easy and no hassles. Thanks so much!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes using a $15 discount, but needed exchange because of the size. When I tried to exchange them, they charged me more and ended up paying extra. Worst experience ever. I will never come back.

Google map says the the shop closes at 6.00 . I drove all the way to reach there before 5.30. The lady said that she already closed the till, she was extremely rude and her behaviour was disgusting.

Bad quailty shoes and rip off - i've bought ankle boots here for $ 99.00, only wore them twice then heel split in two! Couldn't get a refund because I already worn them...

I loved this shop! Nice shoes and lovely staff, Hannah especially went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed.

The manager here wear very patient with me as I searched for heals / shoes. She was accommodating and very friendly
