I got an sms to collect a parcel from the post office in V-section Umlazi, asked for an early relief from work, dodged traffic to get there at 16:40...so disappointed to see the security turn me away stating that it's now closed and his fellow work peers commencing to departure from work. But on the door it states the post office closes at 5pm on Friday aswel, I didn't understand why I was turned away.

I had the worst experience, I'm currently away so I can't fetch my parcel. It is set to be fetch no later than the 24th of May and I can't be in KZN by that time. I asked my brother to fetch it for me but they refused eventhough he had proof and everything, even the email sent to me by the parcel sender. Their service doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They are the WORST!!!

This post office it very very bad they always don't have envelopes and stamps and to turn people without helping them it a culture .

Useless post office closing this facility is for the best *always offline *no stamp for certifying copies

It a nice and interesting place, not too busy, and it staff is very friendly.
