Awful experience. I require an ACL reconstruction and Parkside was recommended to me. The lady in the self-pay admin team was very helpful, provided me with a quote and information about the Orthopaedic consultants at the hospital. I chose a consultant, booked in an initial consultation and it went downhill from there. When arriving at the hospital for my consultation, the staff were unhelpful and barely acknowledged my presence other than to mumble what forms to complete and to wait in the waiting area. The consultant had an absolutely awful bedside manner it was like speaking to a robot who was clock watching. He also hurt my very tender knee during the assessment (after I specifically told and showed him where it was painful). There was a complete disconnect in processes between the hospital and their relationship with the consultant following my initial consultation. The consultant advised that "he didn't actually do surgeries at Parkside" and mentioned another private hospital, gave me his personal assistant's name and telephone no and asked I call her to book in my surgery. I was very confused. I called his PA and was told that a provisional surgery date could be booked in, which I did, and that she would need to request a new quote from the hospital. After chasing a quotation a week later, I got an apology from the consultant's PA saying she had forgotten to send the request for one. I finally received one a week later and it was £1000 higher than the quote initially provided by Parkside weeks earlier. This was because it was in fact for a different hospital. During this 2 week period, I also got a call from the PA saying my provisional surgery date would be pushed forward a few more weeks because the consultant had decided to go on holiday. At that point I was shocked and appalled at everything that had happened. 5 weeks of my time had been wasted and it seemed perfectly acceptable. I have found another private hospital in the city and my experience has been like night and day in comparison. They are professional, happy to help, give the right information, their processes are efficient, and their consultants have an excellent bedside manner. I would not recommend wasting your time with Parkside.

Do not use their facilities if you're self-funding your treatment. I've had an awful experience recently and have been unable to resolve my complaint. The hospital is obligated to inform you of what you should expect as a self-funding customer in terms of invoices at an appointment. I wasn't told anything about how many invoices I should expect and what sort of total I could expect them to reach by any member of staff involved in my appointment. I didn't even know they had to do this until I phoned Nuffield to query an invoice that arrived almost a month after the first two I had already paid, and they told me the hospital are obliged to do this. They instructed me to lodge a complaint with the hospital and that the invoice may be able to be contested, so I phoned Parkside and that's been the status quo ever since (this started in September). Multiple phonecalls a day for weeks, trying to get through to any of their finance numbers, even leaving my number on a voicemail requesting a call back, and not once have I managed to speak to a member of staff. I don't live locally or I would have turned up in person at this point. Meanwhile, Nuffield kept sending invoice reminders in the post until eventually it had been unpaid for long enough that they threatened an external debt collector - despite Nuffield knowing I was contesting the invoice on their instruction. We ended up having to find the money to pay the final invoice, but are still trying to get through to the hospital to lodge a complaint. It feels disgusting to have had a support system that is meant to be in place to help people going through financial difficulty in a time of medical uncertainty so wholly abused. It's been a long time since I felt this helpless and I feel naive for trusting a system at a hospital that has otherwise treated me well over the course of my childhood. I see now that that treatment was because I used to be on health insurance and that there isn't any care for an individual who can't cough up when they demand it. Incredibly disappointed in Parkside and now incredibly in debt, too.

I honestly do not understand the one star reviews on here. I’ve been in for surgery previously at this hospital and I’m going in again in a few days. All staff have always been absolutely lovely. That’s at the pre op appointments, the actual surgery team, everyone involved in my care during my stay, the administration team, at my post op appointments…. everyone. I’ve had nothing to complain about at all and I’m expecting the same for my next surgery date and follow up appointments there. As well as lovely staff, the building is lovely too. Inside is very nice and clean. If you’re like myself and used to NHS hospitals, it’s like a different world. Doesn’t have that all white, clinical feel. It feels and seems extremely well run and professional. The rooms are closer to a budget hotel, than a hospital. You have a mechanical bed with a remote, to position yourself however you’re most comfortable. Pillows were nice and full. In the room I also had a TV, a menu for my meal selections and an en suit. It was spacious but not space wasting, especially as you’re pretty much in the bed all of the time, so don’t need tons of space. There was a nice chair for any chaperone you may bring, which in my case was my mother, who also had no complaints. The food was delicious! I’ve always had communication from the hospital when needed. Phoned and emailed about appointments and things like that. They’ve always been very helpful and friendly. So for me personally, five stars in every way!

I am unsure how to start this review because I am absolutely blown away by how amazing my experience has been with Parkside so far. The care, bed side manner, approach towards me has been out of this world and like nothing I have ever experienced in my life. I'm due to have my surgery there next week and will leave a follow up review which I already know will be nothing but positivity. I am actually really excited about staying there for my proceedure as everyone I have met there is so nice, welcoming and warm. I truly wish that everyone's medical experience with hospitals was the same. FOLLOW UP: Wow....could I have wanted a better private care experience?! I was booked in July to have abdominal surgery which of course is scary...but honestly the staff at the hospital and my surgeon made me feel so confident, comfortable and treated me like royalty every step of the way from first walking in the door to saying farewell after a week. The food and drink is amazing! (I really miss it!) The facilities are amazing...just honestly was a dream experience! My main shout outs are Brian, Cayleigh, Prince, Derek, Analiesa and of course the amazing Professor Manyonda! If you have the funds please please put your trust in their care! :)

Came here a year ago for nerve conduction study privately. Firstly in my experience this hospital never runs on time for appointments despite customers paying a lot of money and travelling huge distances to be seen sometimes (like me). The consultant was running late and no one bothered to keep me updated I was just left in a waiting room to wait and wait - of course not wanting to be late I’d turned up a bit early especially as we’d had to travel up from Sussex so we were keen to get going home as soon as possible. But it was only when I came out of the appointment I found out from my dad that the consultant had clearly been running late from his nhs hospital appointments because he’d parked next to my dad and my dad saw him stroll in without much care for the fact I’d been kept waiting. The consultant wasn’t happy that I would only let him perform the nerve conduction on one leg as due to a condition I have in my legs it was extra painful for me and I couldn’t tolerate anymore pain or stress especially given how long I’d been stuck in the waiting room - he wasn’t pleased at all but just said it would have to do I was just glad to get out and go home. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital at all.

Do not go here as an NHS patient. Some surgeons here work on an NHS contract but even if the hospital is half empty, they'll shove you into the cheapest room they have. It has no AC or ventilation, so during heatwaves you'll be boiling in your own skin while trying to recover from major surgery. Also despite me alerting them in advance to my many food intolerances there was still nothing with protein for me to eat. I had to order food online for 3/4 of my stay. They later sent me a PDF, which they claimed was password protected with my date of birth. My date of birth is easy to find, and if someone actually had access to my emails it'd be even easier. A person's date of birth is not a secure password. Although the PDF actually had no password anyway. They booked me in for a follow up, however they never actually told me about it. If I didn't email them asking when it was I'd have missed the appointment entirely. I also have very negative things to say about the surgeon's attitude and his work too, but this review isn't really the place for it. Over all my friend who had the same surgery has better treatment and care, with vastly better results at a different hospital overseas.

The failure of the NHS to properly diagnose and treat my Wife’s arthritic hip and knee after 2 years forced her to seek private orthopaedic care as a self-paying patient. She chose Parkside because of its good local reputation. Mr Alazzawi proved to be a superb consultant and surgeon. The initial consultation cost £250, with added X-rays (£386) only carried out because the NHS had failed to pass on their X-ray results under the Image Exchange Portal protocol. This led to successful hip replacement surgery within 3 weeks in late February 2023. Mr Alazzawi’s secretary, having referred to the Parkside Self-paying unit, quoted a fixed price package cost inclusive of a 2-3 night stay and as much physio as required. The whole experience was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. It is therefore difficult to reconcile our very positive experience with some of the adverse comments in the accompanying reviews. We would be happy to return to Parkside should the need arise.

Dear Parkside and AXA, I had a terrible experince seeing Mr Ugwumadu as he didn’t take my symptoms seriously and didn’t diagnose my Endometriosis. We did an MRI as an that he never looked at, he just got the radiologist’s letter and reported everything was “all right”. If you have extremely painful periods and you don’t want to be told again that “it’s just in your head”, I definitely suggest going to another practitioner. He often laughed during the appointment and didn’t put enough weight on my pain or interest in finding out exactly where it was coming from. His secretary Gail also is extremely unorganised and rude. I’ve had to wait weeks to hear back from her because of her miscommunication with the doctor. I overall had a terrible experience. They should be helping patients to feel better, but they are too selfish. They never apologised for these behaviours.

  • Ada Dare

I recently visited the radiology department at Parkside Hospital for an MRI scan and I had to leave a review to express my gratitude to the staff that attended me. Mary and Mudasir were kind, considerate and very professional. Seeing that I was an anxious patient, they explained everything I wanted to know which put me at ease. It happened that the manager Anila was there as well and she did the cannulation herself. I didn't feel a thing and she made me feel very comfortable. During the whole process I received reassurance, personalised attention, they played my favourite music and checked that I was doing fine throughout the process. I've always dreaded having an MRI due to claustrofobia and anxiety, but I felt so safe in their care that if I have to go back there it would be with a great pleasure. Extremely thankful for all their care.

  • Anna Tagliapietra

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Parkside Hospital during my today appointment with a specialist. Not only did I take a day off from work to attend the appointment, but I was also left frustrated and inconvenienced by the hospital's lack of availability for a necessary scan. Considering the fact that I had made prior arrangements and had been eagerly waiting for this appointment, I expected a high level of professionalism and efficiency from the hospital. However, it quickly became apparent that this was not the case. The specialist I was scheduled to see informed me that they were unable to perform the scan on the same day due to the hospital's lack of availability. This blatant lack of organization and planning on the hospital's part has immensely inconvenienced me and wasted my time.

Came here for treatment for tongue tie for my baby. Found it to be a complete waste of time, receptionist told us it was possible to have this treatment done when we called, so we booked to see the relevant consultant. At the appointment the consultant referred us to another doctor for a different check up and told us to come back to him if we still needed to go ahead with the procedure as he didn’t want to put the baby through something. In the end we did need the procedure as we thought, so we booked another appointment with the consultant for us to turn up and him tell us he couldn’t do the procedure so 3 appointments down, 3 weeks wasted, all all to be in the same position as we were in the first place. If you also need this treatment done for your baby I would recommend finding a lactation specialist

  • Elizabeth Roberts

The doctors and nurses are great, friendly and my surgery went well :) the room is okay with a TV, plenty of places to charge my phone and keep my belongings safe. Staff leaving doors open and lights on constantly, also knocking on my door randomly without saying anything or coming in? felt like I have no privacy. I'm often asked to have tests done that have already been done and I have to tell them not to, really uncoordinated staff. The food and drink is horrible, one of my meals just tasted like chemicals. I'm constantly given lots of sheets to fill out, often duplicates, and rushed to do so, as well as eat. After having surgery and feeling horrible this is the last thing I'd want. Didn't have access to medication I needed after getting home that kind of ruined my recovery

I was at Parkside from 29th October to 5th November for gender reassignment surgery. Firstly my surgeon Mr Bellringer and my clinical nurse Laura Mita were amazing from the start of my referral. Secondly, the nurses and duty doctors took extremely good care of me during my stay and were very attentive, caring and understanding of anything I asked. I do not think I could have been cared for any better. The catering staff were lovely and the menu is exceptional and extensive, very well prepared and cooked. Housekeeping were fantastic and not in the least intrusive and kept my room clean and supplied with toiletries etc. I very much enjoyed my stay and the care that was taken of me and admit to crying when it was time to check out. I highly recommend this private hospital.

  • Dimitar Dimov

I had to call to ask about the cost of a procedure and fell into a vicious circle. First, the employee who answered the phone did not know what the procedure was, after I told her the name of the doctor who performed it, she gave me a phone number to call to ask about the price. the number provided told me that they could not tell me what the price was. I called the first number again, which by the way I took it from the website as an assurance that if you are interested in the cost of any procedure, you should call him, that's what it said. After the second call I was transferred to another line where I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone until the system shut down automatically. This is my humble experience with Parksite -Hospital.

  • Gregory Bol.

Hospital offer some exceptional professionals like well regarded Prof Davies, however review for Hospital rather than its consultants. Telephone lines absolute nightmare I've been trying to get through for hours. For the past year, the shortest waiting was at least 10 minutes. Facilities are a bit outdated and require some refurbishment, in my opinion, especially compared to other London private hospitals. Staff is not very friendly and is getting confused about any questions that aren't on the FAQ list. No safe access for pedestrians and heavy traffic around the area if you are coming by car. I would generally avoid this place and would see my consultants at different locations

  • Maria Ward

I have been coming to Parkside Hospital for 20 years now, to see a specialist and have always been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism on all levels - from making an appointment to seeing the specialist, to further investigation or treatments - the process was smooth and fast every time. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Most of all, ‘my’ specialist, Mr A. Sharma, has always been there for me, to help, re-assure and act immediately to investigate my symptoms and prescribe a treatment. His expertise is exceptional and his friendly approach invaluable. I cannot have enough praise for him and for everyone else at Parkside. Mrs M. Ward

  • David Jarrold

Had a really poor experience today at the 1st floor Outpatients reception. I misunderstood what was needed on the registration form and the receptionist found this hilarious for a few minutes straight, even sharing it with another receptionist within my earshot. I don't mind laughing with anyone but not being laughed at, particularly before a stressful examination. This continued when she wasn't clear where to go next and again laughed hysterically at me. It also happened on the way out as it wasn't clear where to go. The contrast with the professionalism at the New Vic where the staff cannot be more helpful is stark. The medical staff however are good.

  • Holly Hodgson

Extremely impressed with this hospital who offered exceptional care to my husband prior to, during and after his recent surgery. The staff were friendly, well informed and caring. My only suggestion is an improvement to the speed of communication. The surgery had to be adjusted as the consultant required surgery herself (irony isn't lost on me!) and her secretary was very prompt to revert with options. Unfortunately, all delays in scheduling information were due to Parkside not responding as quickly as we'd hoped. Still, once we got there it was honestly faultless. I suspect the delay in Comms is because they're focused on patient wellbeing.

  • Philomena Hunt

I have a full hip replacement surgery booked in at Parkside. I was very worried and anxious when I attended my medical assessment. On arriving at the hospital I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who directed me to the right location. I then met two beautiful friendly nurses who made me feel most welcome and relaxed. Its a wonderful hospital as all the staff I met on that day were so helpful and friendly. I would love to see the same service given in every hospital in the UK, but that is just a dream I think, maybe in the distant future. Thank you to those two beautiful nurses and the rest of the staff at Parkside.

  • Ash King

Ms Catherine Milroy and the care team were great all the way through from consultation to when I had surgery. I had a haematoma that Ms Milroy fixed the same day, despite it being evening by the time we agreed to a second surgery to fix it. The rooms are nice and quiet, clean and spacious. I have struggled to get hold of the nurse post-op regarding a concern I had, but I know they're busy, and the concern has since resolved. Overall, highly recommend! Was going to go for another surgery on the NHS, but I think I'll self-fund it here due to the high quality care I received :)

  • Marianne Megarbane

I underwent bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty under local anaesthesia at Nuffield Parkside (53 Parkside, London SW19 5NX) in July 2023 and I am delighted by the care and service received. The facilities were great, modern, clean ; I had a very comfortable private waiting bay on arrival ; the staff and nurses were friendly, attentive and available ; I was offered a private room, with tea and biscuits after the surgery to recover, even though it was only a day-care procedure and I wasn't staying overnight. Professional, caring and attentive service, thank you!

  • Margaret Edwards

The dermatologist was good ! But was kept waiting for twenty minutes. Consultation room especially behind the screens too small. Overlooks a car park with no blinds so undressing could be embarrassing! When undressed no where to put clothes so they were put on end of couch …when lowered socks fell under couch I’m 75 years old but was proud that I could retrieve them although banged my head on the derma scope. The doctor seemed unaware of what was happening although she did point out that socks had fallen under couch bot no offer of help !

  • Samuel Walker

I have been here several times for myself or family members. At each visit the experience was excellent, the consultants were fabulous and the treatments effective. Today I visited a consultant for an ophthalmology appointment. The visit was excellent, he discussed options and underwent the minor procedure right there and then with supreme expertise. The corona virus measures seemed safe without disrupting customer service. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment quickly and there is ample free parking on site.

  • Sarah Gidney

Got referred to this hospital through my insurance for tests and the hospital just didn't contact me! So had to cancel my appointment and get a new one. I've had the tests done and I'm still waiting on my results... They also sent me an invoice for my tests that are covered by my insurance, I tried to contact them a week ago regarding this and they still have not replied. They take a long time to do anything, they don't reply to emails and phone lines are only 9-5 so difficult to contact. Would not recommend coming here.

  • Donna James

I attended a webinar about ankle sports injuries hosted by Mr Amit Amin, Consultant Orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. What a genius of a man. It was a privilege to listen to a very well presented webinar . It was really informative and has helped me to understand better common ankle and foot injuries. I am a sports rehabilitation Therapist and work within rugby . I look forward to following any future webinars . Absolutely brilliant. I wish my lectures at Uni were as interesting and informative as this webinar.

  • Ethne Cecile

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT go to Parkside. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. The staff are often rude and incredibly badly organised or incompetent. Appointments are often cancelled without warning which is such an incredible waste of time. I think my loooong attempt to get one simple procedure done has probably shaved about 5 years off my life due to the stress and frustration. Avoid at all costs. There are far better and far more competent hospitals in the city.

  • Joanna Hayes

I had a very good experience during my stay at Parkside Hospital. I was there from 8th-11th November 2021 for a right knee replacement under Mr Bell. The surgery was excellent with no feeling of real pain while recovering, only some discomfort. The aftercare from the nursing staff was wonderful and the range of menu items daily was considerable and all very tasty. I can't fault anything from my admission to my departure. Thank you to you all for making my stay so comfortable. I would recommend.

  • Rosie Westby

Consultant was excellent, as was his secretary. However the staff on the phone when I booked and the receptionist when I arrived were unhelpful, curt, and not at all engaged. On the phone she did not listen to me, interrupted me and I did ask her name should the hospital wish to contact me for it. At reception the lady did not look at me or smile, and when a colleague came to chat to her, her manner was totally different on two separate occasions. In future if I could go anywhere else I would.

  • Amber Ennis

I judge a business on how they perform when there is a problem. If they choose to act with compassion or choose to be spiteful. I had a problem with the payment because I was given the wrong information and they chose to be unkind. It took several days of being gaslit on phone calls to resolve the problem which in the end I was literally begging them to help resolve the problem. Nobody deserves this level of humiliation when they are dealing with health issues and have done nothing wrong.

  • sabb x

I cannot fault the consultants at this hospital, however, dreadful experience with administration/accounts and overall customer service. Communications are not replied to. Prices are not transparent, conflicting quotes that even when communicated in writing are not honoured. This is not good practice and certainly not what you would expect from a private hospital. Looking at other reviews, unfortunately this doesn't look like a one-off incident. Would look elsewhere next time.

  • rs kp

Not helpful or friendly reception staff. Wifi not working on 17/04/23 at 17.45, spoken to the Level 2 reception staff and he doesn’t care and don’t think it’s his problem. Other patient also had the problem but with no help. The coffee machine has no cup on level 2 again couldn’t care less. Sitting there watching YouTube streaming and not at all helpful at work. I have given 2 stars as the medical staff deserve 5 stars but receptionist is totally not helpful.

  • lunara clements

Dreadful place ! Saw a ENT there last year and the whole experience was awful. The ENTs at this place aren’t experienced to treat different conditions but underestimating foreign doctors because they think they are the best but can’t listen to patients either think outside the box that they created around themselves. They obviously can’t worked out what’s wrong with you because they are just Butchers And nothing else! I wouldn’t recommend the ENTs there

  • Lucile Minard

Don't go see Miss Tina Rashid (urology). She lied to me about closing her practice to get rid of me, and her personal assistant who was supposed to set up her replacement by another urologist, has ghosted me and stopped replying, This is unacceptable. I have had constant chronic pain for two years and this has destroyed my life. I am suicidal. How can you let people in need be treated like this? Unacceptable

  • Geoff Morgan

Dreadful customer service from Accounts, Administration and some nursing aspects. It is obvious there were breakdowns in communications between staff throughout my Partner’s stay and afterwards. If your spending your hard earned cash I suggest you consider another private hospital and one not in the Nuffield group if our experience is anything to go by . Consultant and Anaesthetist were brilliant though.

  • Joke VT

My wife had surgery here and it was our best hospital experience so far. Everything went well. The communication before the surgery was also very good. The staff is very friendly and warm. A lot of them matched our sense of humour which made our stay even better. I was able to see my wife from 8AM till 10PM. Which was nice. Would definitely recommend if they offer the service/procedures you need.

  • R C

Good location and most of the doctors are great but the administration, communication and follow up is pretty awful. Have been here perhaps a half dozen times as it’s very close but try to avoid it if possible. For a private hospital, considering their prices should do far better in terms of customer experience. Besides a longer wait I find my NHS experience is generally better.

  • Mocx

Great surgeons and very modern facilities. The negative comments are for people who can't handle the pain of the injury and that unfortunately a hospital isn't some Elysium to make you feel better. Medicine is very advanced but not to the point that everything goes smoothly. We should be grateful for what we have at this day and age and Parkside is a strong private option :)

  • Topka “Topka” Topka

Very very happy. My experience in this hospital is amazing. All Staff work so hard to looking after you from welcom to goodbye. I wish I know the name this amazing people I mett in this hospital. They deserve to all know how they are very polite, very friendly and I always gona remember how they lookafter me wen I was in pain. Thank you so so much. Malgorzata Zbroinska

  • Vaz Teka

Arrived slightly early for my scan appointment at the hospital. The radiology manager happened to be passing by the reception, she gave me a very warm and comforting welcome with a big smile, and handed over the paperwork I had to complete. All staff members were extremely attentive and very friendly! Extremely pleasant experience, 5*’s for the whole team :)!

  • Mr Singh

I had two scheduled appointments at 12:30pm and 5:20pm. I undertook an hour's drive to arrive on time for my 12:30pm slot, only to discover upon arrival that the MRI machine was not operational. I am disappointed that no prior communication was made to notify me of this issue, which would have saved me from an unnecessary journey and a wasted day.

  • Alicia

I have attended this hospital on a number of occasions (I have also had surgery in here) and I must say that everyone at the hospital (Specialists, Reception team, Radiologists, Nurses, etc..) have been extremely professional and efficient. Top service! PS: Dr Terence Mugliston best Doctor ever!!!! His surgery has changed my life for good!

  • Seana Lambert

My room was kept super clean, the food was good with a desent menu, the level of care and attention from the nurses and other medical staff was amazing. My surgeon was friendly and professional and replied to any questions or concerns very quickly. A really fantastic experience - Thank you Parkside and Mr Bellringer

  • Dave B

I recently visited Parkside for an x-ray following a consultation with Mr Mobeshiri, who was brilliant! The whole appointment was smooth from start to finish, seen on time and all staff in the radiology department were professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hospital, thank you so much!

  • Lynn Kelly

Right from the outset I found Parkside in Wimbledon to be extremely approachable and helpful. My consultant was understanding, sympathetic, knowledgeable and reassuring to my situation. Therefore my visit gave me the result I wanted with more information and the right treatment . I Would definitely recommend.

  • Google User

I waited for almost an hour to speak to imaging and x-rays in order to make an appointment. It seems that the hospital management are prioritising profits over patients. I will be very reluctant to come to this hospital again if I can help it! In comparison takes New Victoria moments to answer the phone.

  • Nick Medlicott

The administration services are very poor. The impression I received, many times over, is of a function that is indifferent to the paying customer. It feels like they couldn't care less about me. They have certainly made me look at NHS with more admiration than before attending Parkside.

  • Vicky Gaglia

I was at St. George's 3 months ago for a week, and yesterday i came to Parkside for an operation and oh,my god, what a huge diferrence! I feel like I'm being treated like a Queen at Patkside! Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for our NHS, but they could learn few things from Parkside!

  • Mike Morris

I had day surgery. Knee arthroscopy. Absolutely fantastic. Very professional nursing and auxiliary staff, and of course the wonderful Nick Morgan holding the scalpel. I felt very safe and well cared for. Now for a bit of physio and I will be up and trekking in a few weeks. Probably.

  • Banner Hampton

Parkside Hospital offers a wide range of diagnostic services with the latest imaging systems to ensure rapid access and high levels of comfort and safety. The staff were all really friendly and made it a less stressful experience. Would recommend Parkside!

  • Alison Green

I had a mammogram yesterday at Parkside. The whole experience was so professional. The radiologist was so caring. I received my results by email the following day. I would recommend this service. Total peace of mind and a calm experience.

  • G Lifts

Had a scan in Radiology recently. Staff were extremely friendly and very professional. Results were sent to my consultant on the same day. Absolutely delightful experience start to finish, and would definitely recommend this hospital!

  • Robin Ridsdale

Great hospital. Staff are amazing and was very well cared for. The great doctors and medical staff ensure you get the best possible care. The food options were great and very tasty. Out patient facilities are also excellent.

  • gemma horton

Wonderful set-up, my son was seen promptly and staff were friendly and professional. We had a diagnosis within minutes of arriving - yet had been bouncing from doctor to doctor for months. Thank you Nuffield.

  • Susanna Hartland

My partner just had surgery here and I was honestly so impressed by the care they received! The nurses were all so lovely and professional and I was made particularly welcome by Norma. Thanks so much!

  • Patricia McNamee

I had a minor op at Parkside today. The staff were all extremely polite and efficient. The Consultant, Mr.Chris Abela was very caring, reassuring and professional. I would certainly recommend.

  • Teri Wilde

I was at Parkside 5 years ago and I simply cannot fault the treatment I received. The staff were incredible and faultless. I cannot thank the staff involved with my treatment and care enough.

  • Hannah Koussani

amazing hospital, from going in to have an operation to being discharged, they couldn't have done more, friendly and professional, made me feel more relaxed and comfortable during my stay.
