Disrespectful and favors their regulars even when we were there before them and they were lying to our faces. Wasted our time. And the famous “human hair style” they keep promoting actually requires damaging your human hair and cutting the one piece to three pieces. The reception guy loudly favors others disrespecting new customers. I tried complaining but the reception guy is actually the owner’s boyfriend. I will not recommend that place. Wasted almost three hours of our time before disrespectfully dismissing us. P.S all the reviews are tiktokers or marketers or just their family and friends promoting Nuha shop. You can see most of them on their TikTok and Instagram page. Edit 1: I’m editing here cause I can’t reply to you, you deleted my review on Facebook and blocked me. Sure you take your appointments very seriously, to the point where you actually told us we can stay and waited almost three hours until you told us to move or leave for other customers who came after us. You’re not even trying to apologize for the mistake you did. If you’re booked then you tell us to leave. tell us in the first place, the house was almost empty I was there we weren’t holding anybody’s space, not to even mention how disrespectful the guy was. You wasted our time and disrespected us and you’re still not even wanting to apologize. And btw we did book. yet you expect me to book again with you? You treated us lowly, made us feel like we didn’t belong and all you still wanna do is brag saying “we’re famous this we’re famous that” it only takes one wrong person to mess with. And next time you feel like contacting me, no need to go through my man’s profile.

I had to get ready for an event last minute and called in. It was already the afternoon, but Nuha accepted to see me at 5:30pm. The place is great, the service is great, and I absolutely appreciate Nuha for taking the time of to not only do my manicure but she gave me information about what service would be best suited for me. Oh, and the prices are extremely reasonable! I had broken my toe nail later that week (my fault) and Nuha was kind enough to consider my work schedule and had someone stay and take care of me again. If you want good service and want to support an amazing young business woman, this is the place for you!

I am just so upset that I can't come to this place, as I live in Florida~USA! What an eye for beauty they have, especially eyes, lashes, the nail lengths are just perfection, and the specific attention to detail, colorations, patterns and glittering accents, are just in such exquisite taste. Artesian Beauty....I hope you will consider expanding into the United States, because we aren't receiving anything like what your servin~up, Sis! I went to get my hair and nails done for a wedding I was invited to last weekend and to say the least, this was one of the best salons I have been to in Addis. The place is very neat. Location is convenient. The crew members are super friendly and took a good care of me. I am still so obsessed with my nails. I got a long over due hair cut and they did an amazing job. First thing first I love the beautiful smiles everyone has which is very welcoming.
