The clothing here is great! Very high quality at a reasonable price. The owner here also has great customer service, he got me what I needed and also aided me with some fashion tips, as I am not a person who is into fashion (yet, still learning). I came in at the last minute because it was my anniversary and I forgot to pack dress clothes for me and my wife's dinner, I came in and was treated exceptionally well. The owner is really cool and I enjoyed my shopping experience (typically i don't like shopping lol), he even did a quick hem for my pants. I left feeling like a million bucks!!! If you are ever in town and need somewhere to shop for dress clothes, professional or business casual, I would suggest that you stop by and give this place a try. I was an out of town customer( Bradenton, Fl) however I’ve been following Nyoni’s work for about 2years on Instagram. My wife took me to Charlotte to see him for my Fathers Day gift. My appointment was made for the 4th of July 2020. Once we got into the store and began my measurements Nyoni was a professional from start to finish, I could tell immediately he really knew suits. Once I got my suit in the mail, I had 3 discrepancies, Immediately Nyoni wasted no time to say “ HOW CAN I FIX IT”, it was then I felt like an even more valued customer. Not only was he willing to make he right, he ordered me a new Jacket FREE OF CHARGE and offered to complete the other alterations as well! Overall hands down a real class act again, THANK YOU NYONI!

So I was assured that Nyoni Couture would not disappoint. WELL!!!..here it is. Called the store to make sure they had what we needed (a tuxedo for my son's senior prom.. let them know that we would be driving 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I let them know what we needed, discussed the color and fit. that day. However once we enter the store, the nice young man (the owner's son) He let us know that they did not have what we needed, At that time I told him that I had spoken with the owner and he assured me that he could get what we needed.... HOWEVER HE DID SAY WE COULD PURCHASE A CUSTOM SUIT FOR $1300... You don't have to worry about a visit to that store ever again

This man is who you need, let me explain. We show up 2 hours before close, man needs to hit an airplane to Atlanta in 3.5 hours. The pair of us need 3 piece suits for a VERY important event tonight. My man fits us, tailors the suits while we wait. We go next door, grab some some food and drink while we wait. As we sit at the bar, suits are delivered, shoes are clean and we leave. In the end, this is your man. Get a suit, a nice shirt and one of his best sweaters and roll out. This is the move.

My wife booked a custom suit experience for my birthday. It ended up taking 6 trips with me living an hour away to finally get my suit. I was charged twice for alterations when I shouldn't have been charged the second time if they had gotten it correct the first time. Unfortunately, the time it took, the unprofessional manner given when I expressed my concerns (not the owner), and the additional alteration cost doesn't allow me to recommend this place to anyone.
