For the past 7+ years we were having problems with our downstairs toilets causing major clogs and periodic flooding in our basement. It has truly been a nightmare to deal with. After 8+ plumbers giving random ideas that never worked I was referred to o’Grady who solved an extremely complex problem. I was on the verge of breaking ground and redoing piping until Mateo and Brendan from O’Grady came to the rescue. They ran the camera for hours and they were able to locate a piece of metal in the pipe that was causing the severe clogging. Mateo attached a magnet to his camera and was able to snake back out the large piece of metal that was stuck 20 feet into the pipe. Truly impressive work of plumbing and innovative thinking that saved me time and money. I can not thank Mateo, Brendan, and O’Grady enough for all the help!!!!!

I've been working with O'Grady's for our building's plumbing needs for many years and the quality they deliver has remained stellar. When I called to ask for some help with a dying water heater as well as two others I thought might be faulty, Jonathan said he could have a plumber come out within the hour. What? So fast! Jake came on time as promised and confirmed that the 12 year old heater had to be replaced. But after poking around the other two heaters assessed there was no problem with those and set them right again. He headed out to purchase a new water heater and made it so easy for me. 2023 New Project Review: We had O'Grady out to fix a leaking sewer pipe and they completed the project on budget and on time. The quality of the work is amazing and there were no corners cut. They are kind and professional. They may not be the least expensive, but their work will last and stand the test of time. 2015: It was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

O’Grady saved us thousands of dollars by making a minor repair to a line they had rebuilt 9 years previously. Then they helped us wade through a permit process complicated by oddly configured sewer lines which they helped the inspector himself sort out. Had they not been willing to help it would have cost thousands and thousands for a complete line replacement. O’Grady rocks, and if you’re heading into a big project they will get you through to completion. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are that we hired them to do our work years ago.

Paul and his crew have been helping me since 2001 with my 140 year old Victorian building six units plus a restaurant on Haight Street. Each time he proposed cost effective solutions and executed the work flawlessly. They worked on the sewer lines sometimes in a 3 foot tall crawlspace under an operating restaurant, once from a 30 ft ladder on the back of the building and again replacing a main line under the busy sidewalk. It seemed like magic that they could do what they did without inconveniencing my tenants or the public.

I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. We had a leak in our tankless heater. Ogrady came to check it out. They diagnosed the issue but turned off the radiant heat and then did not come fix or take responsibility for the issue they caused. We called our regular plumber who was able to service and maintain the unit. dissatisfied with ogrady - not only did they not fix the problem, they created a new problem and did not take any responsibility for it.

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

I used O'Grady service in 5-2020. Water Dept notified me water leakage. AWR(American Water Resources) referred me to O'Grady. They came immediately and detected leakage in 2 toilets due to faulty flappers. They got parts next day and fixed them. Up to this day both toilets in good shape. Broken sewer line on Christmas eve, 2 men came out to access the situation and had it replaced shortly after the permits cleared, was impressed how my property was cleared and cleaned shortly after completing the sewer, very much appreciated for the Men at Ogradys, particularly at that time of the year.
