My wife went to wash the cloth here...on 02/18/ 22. And placed her Columbia Black Jacket on the Table. Then she went to get change...and when she came back a different Jacket was on the table. The man who work there ...told her that he saw an skinny man close to the table ...that he probably took her Jacket and left other Jacket there. Becareful when you go to this Washateria..... keep an eye on your stuff. Don't trust the people around you...including the people who work there. My message to the person who took my wife Jacket is: MAY LUCIFER BE WITH YOU IN THE YEARS TO COME.

The machine took my quarters and when I got the employee I told her it's not working I put 16 on a 14 I'm like just incase it didn't read then correct. She looked at.me and said she had to add 7 quarter I'm like well I know how many dollars I change for quarters so I now how many I put. She ended up fixing it for me it would of been nice with our the attitude like we been coming to this place for over a decade made me feel like if I was trying to get a free wash on my clothes.

It's a great place, machines are always well maintenance and the place is always clean, also restrooms here a kept very clean as well. A good tip to know if you visit this place is that if you need any assistance or have a question there are people with red shirts all over the place that will gladly help you or if you need change their the ones to ask. Overall the place is great, it's a bit old but everything here works just perfect.

The best place to wash your clothes. The Milnor washer machine allows you 60 lbs. so you can finish sooner than expected. Let’s not forget the dryers because they do dry your clothes. Last but not least THE STAFF is the best of the best, specially Marisela. This lady is very nice and helps you above and beyond her duties. Thank you very much.

Come in the morning. On a day off during the weekday cause if you wait like EVERYONE for the weekend. You are screw!!!!!!. I'm here on a Wednesday and I have four loads going at once. Mind you I have access to a washer and dryer for free. But time is money and money is time. I spend less then 8 dollars here and it's worth it. Cheers.

Great working machines. Full host of beverage, snack and ice cream vending machines. Staff is very nice and always cleaning up. Two coin changer machines, one is for fives and one dollar bills and the other coin changer takes up to twenty dollar bills. Plenty of rolling baskets to carry your laundry around in. Open early and late.

Huge place, from opening till closing there are at least 3 staff assistants for change, to help with any trouble, keep the place clean. Although, one may occasionally go to the back room, a good 95% of time they are on the floor. Parking lot is well lighted and staff always waking in and out. Very secure if going alone.

I'm a reseller and I go here several a week. This place has several different washer and dryers to choose from. It is extremely clean and there are ladies cleaning constantly. They actually have HOT water! It's very affordable. The owner is there daily, making sure everyone is ok. Wonderful place!

O'Banion's is a staple in ths community. For over 30 years it has served us very well. One great memory with mom on the weekend doing laundry. Clean, new washers and dryers. The staff is friendly always. Sunny 99.1 playing in the background makes the task more pleasing. Thank you for your service!

Upon moving to SE Houston I canvassed the area for a clean, convenient & pleasant laundry experience. Well, I found it at O'baniens on Telephone Rd. near Winkler. Great staff, clean environment & plenty of machines. Look for Pedro, Houston's # 1 Texans Fan.

The short guy is rude... And the lady there too. Bad customer service. They kept my money cause they said I lied about putting more money in their big machines. When I know how much I had put. They didn't let me talk to the owner. So rude,liars and thieves.

La lavandería en sí, no es mala, pero la gente que llega es Horrible!! Apartan las mesas para doblar la ropa y aunque aún no la ocupen no te la prestan y te insultan por nada, fue una muuuuy mala experiencia en ése lugar .La verdad no lo recomiendo.

I LOVE this place. Been coming for 25+ years, won't go anywhere else.. even when I lived I Pasadena. Staff is always cleaning, prices are low and I can come in at 10pm to start washing and not worry about being rushed.

60 lb load machines perfect for big families and the staff is very nice, it gets busy everyday so the earlier you get there the easier it will be to find the correct load machine available for you.

Over priced triple sized washer, no double washer, they open very early so the children running around can be a non issue. Dryer was massive and it dries most every thing inside
