Very pathetic service. I ordered book from this website but order was not dispatched from their end. I sent mail, messaged on WhatsApp but there was no response. I tried following up continuously but they remained unresponsive for 4 months. I didn't wanted to create dispute and always followed up politely. But , it was of no use. Finally, one day I criticized their service on WhatsApp message. Then, they replied and assured that they will provide refund. After that also, they were unresponsive whenever I asked for refund. After few days, they said that they will send the parcel. After a week, I received parcel but two books were missing. I messaged regarding the same in WhatsApp and received reply after 2 days and they confirmed they will refund the amount for 2 books. Now, I'm following up continuously and didn't received refund yet. OBS is not recommended in any situation, it's a fraud website. All the positive feedback seems fake, ignore them.

i chose for faster delivery which was supposed to reach me within 3-6 days. I placed the order on 18/08/2018 so technically it should have been delivered between 21/08/2018 to 24/08/2018. as it turns out, it took 13 days(31/08/2018) just to ship the order and that too with India post, not by other faster courier service provider which I paid for. Anyway, at least they have shipped the package. Since Initially I thought This was just a fake site that took my money fraudulently because there weren't any means to contact this store, and they weren't responding to any queries. because I had such bad experience while ordering, I wanted to give like 2 stars but i thought might be, there could have arisen a problem with them because of which they weren't not able to operate as they should so 2 STARS for experience I had & another STAR as a motivation for Improvement.

Hi. I just want to give you one suggestion( in the end of the content) Everything about your site is good. The interface is good. Availabilty of books is good( The book i ordered was very rare and hard to find but you provided it). Time frame of delivery is good. Above all, the customer experience ( the whatsapp no. you provided on your website) is good. Here is the suggestion : You need to change your courier partner if you want to grow in your field ( i hope you prosper) because sending the books via India Post is not good. Books are sometimes very hard to find and if you are providing it with so much of ease kindly send them via a private service. You don't know the hassle we face in our specific areas when it comes to India Post. They don't just deliver the consignment and make us go around for the things. Just a suggestion.

I ordered 3 books and paid extra delivery charge for swift delivery. Received 2 books in time but one was out of stock. After following with customer support people, I received 3rd book with revised price after 3 weeks. Things to improve: 1) Customer support and online tracking system. 2) Books which are not in stock should show not in stock on your web-site. 3) Books for which order placed and not in stock a refund should initiated. 4) Very important, someone from the support team with whom we can speak and get our query resolved (deliver or refund).

Never order any book from this site. It is totally a fake site for cheating people. I am sure all the 5 stars are fake. I ordered a book but the status is shown as Processing for the last 5 days. If you try to contact them they don't reply. They charge Rs.90 for delivery but don't deliver. This is not the first time they cheated each and every time you order. First time I thought It may be a one time thing but they repeated the same thing second time as well. Please avoid ordering books from this site.

Not that good service I would say. messages and mails are not replied to promptly. delivery charge is very high as compared to other websites. return process is not explained properly on the website. Only one whatsapp number is given on which they don't reply quickly. Books received were of good quality although. I have returned 2 books for which refund has not been issued till now..it been 2-3 months already. nobody responses to any mail/call/whatsapp. will not recommend to anyone

Worst service ever. I placed my order on 29th June but they didn't shipped the order yet. Mailed them several times regarding status of my order, sent message on whatsapp several times. But they are not responding. They have not even customer support number on their website and hence, no point of contact. They are cheating customers by taking their money and not sending books. It seems all five star ratings are fake. Don't ever order book from this website , not recommended.

Delivery time would have been improved by reducing max time from 10 days to 6 days. I have received my book 10 days after and my from other site within 5 days. Contact no is also not working but one thing is good that they will give you proper reply on mail but some things can not be explained in mail. Worst experience on all the available e-commerce website. I bought 2 books and paid the amount and there is no further confirmation i have received today is the 12th day of my transaction. I have ordered Five Books worth 3850/- on 7/07/2018. After contacting the customer care via email many times i received 3 books after 30 days. Now 55 days have passed. I have not received the Two books so far. I have paid for nursing competition books. Exam is over. Still two books are not delivered!!!. What a prompt and Great service from the team.!!!!!! I ordered rajasthan aajtak from OBS, as it was not available at flipkart and amazon. At first I was bit unsure whether to opt OBS or not, but somehow I went for it. It took like 3 whole day to for book to dispatch but after that I got my book within 48 hrs which was impressive. Book was original, new and 2021 edition. In case anyone thinking the same and is bit confused, I would say go for OBS, it's safe and good.

I purchased a book from this website OBS -onlinebooksstore.in it was a good experience. We can get book here which books aren't available in market at reasonable price. Before this order when I was ordering a book for which I completed the payment but refreshed the page in browser so the order wasn't completed but I paid the amount. Then I messaged them on WhatsApp and they refunded my payment.

I was very worried when I placed my order because there were a lot of negetive comments about the store. But my experience was quite good. I live in a sub-urban area of West Bengal and received my package in just one week. I think they have improved their service a lot in recent times. So you can order from the site. The only problem is that they reply very late when texted via whatsapp.

The books which I ordered here was not Available in the market then I found OBS I ordered with a confused state of mind and even after ordering I was not sure that I will get my books but fortunately I got .if you want books with original price same as market .you can order from OBS you'll have to pay very less dilevery charges.
