I have been dealing with OBrien Real Estate for the past 3 1/2 years now, I have always found their staff very friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. I have currently moved to Cranbourne North from Somerville and stayed dealing with OBrien's, whilst I was in Somerville I dealt with Bec Strange as my property manager. I have found Bec to be always professional, polite, easy to talk too and sympathetic/caring as I recently had my wife pass away at the beginning of the year, she was very understanding to my needs through this difficult time. It was absolute pleasure dealing with Bec and the staff at OBrien Real Estate Somerville. Thankyou Bec for everthing.

Bec Strange has been amazing during this whole process. Moving rental properties during the Covid-19 pandemic was going to be a little harder than normal but Bec was extremely professional and took myself through the property early on in the cleaning process. Then once this was complete allowed my partner and I have to have another look before moving in. Communication with Bec was excellent, everything was explained well in regards to lease signing and bond payment. Bec was always punctual to appointments and very lovely to deal with. Thank you for making our moving process so smooth. We love our new rental property!

I will sing Shelly Browns praise to whoever will listen! She not only got us a fantastic result for our property (which was during the COVID lockdowns) she was so excellent to deal with. Her communication skills, professionalism and strategy toward real estate is really quite impressive. I also felt that she often went beyond what was expected of her to make this experience as smooth and as carefree as possible for us. Posting for a friend. After their experience with said real estate. Will never use them again. Family member rented property managed by them..property sold..lease ended end of month...so that weekend...new owners turned up to move in! Real estate said old tenant would be out...WRONG...no communication between any parties. Thankful new owners were understanding and also would never use said agent again. Agent needs to look at staff and how they deal with clients. This isn't the only time we have heard of negative reviews.

This mob must be posting there own reviews there is no way Obrien Somerville is 4.9 stars out of 5. My son has a young family and rented a house through o'brien Somerville never missed payments always kept the yard maintained. Couple of weeks ago they were evicted had to move out due to matters I can't go into (due to legal reasons regarding the matter) what they put my son and his family through is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Her communication, commitment, dedication and professionalism towards her job is exceptional. To feel as tho you are being put first and priority as a tenant is so comforting. I had a very rude and arrogant phone call from Bec Strange today, who asked for a tenant reference, only to ridicule and insult me. She acted very unprofessional and I feel sorry for our tenant, if she is going to be his new property manager.

I would not recommend this agency. I reached out to the director twice to resolve a simple issue with a staff member and never heard back from him. Its disappointing and shows a poor attitude towards customers.
