I rented through them for almost a year since May 2022, and my agent was Genna Anderson. What these property agents need to understand is that rental providers are not their only customers, but the tenants are too. Without good tenants you would not have a business. I’ve been a good tenant, but they treated me like a discarded coin for no apparent reason. I called her many times, left messages and emailed asking her to call me, but I was completely ignored. Then I asked my questions via email but only selected questions were answered or they don’t understand or read my message completely. It was frustrating communicating with them. Because of lack of communication and their failure to fulfil their obligations, my moving out process became expensive. Secondly they asked me not to get anything repaired in the house unless it is by a qualified tradie, but they kept sending the owner who is not a plumber to fix a plumbing job. After my complaint, I never received an apology or an acknowledgement of their mistakes which was arrogant customer service. I am writing this because they shouldn't treat people like this and think its ok. The owner's response below just proves that they haven't read my review or understood it properly. It was the estate agent that broke legislation by sending an unqualified person to fix a plumbing job. Just proves my point about the arrogance.

We were extremely impressed with Kelly Thompson and her efforts to help us secure a rental property. We moved to VIC from NSW and had a very negative experience with a previous property owner who approved our application then rescinded our application without any discussion. These are dynamic and changeable times. When we had to sell our house in the midst of a lockdown, we had a choice. We could go with a real estate agent who had a large team of people behind him, sold dozens of houses and our house would be one of them. Or we could go with a Real Estate agent who was personable, whose business model was nimble and adaptable, and who used her extensive networks and great interpersonal communication skills to get the best result. Highly Competent and very Confident. I had not sold at auction before and Geraint Gardner and his team not only allayed my fears but were very transparent at every step of the way so I felt confident I was making the right decision in going to auction.
