Not at all good- Waste of money. Me and my husband opted for a Aromatherapy couple spa. They used low quality oils for the massage. Not relaxing at all. The complimentary facial gave me breakouts and the room had no bathroom, bath tub or any facilities. basic facility to keep the belongings safe was also not there. I was constantly worried about my safety. Room was pathetic. there was hardly any space to move around. No shelves or cupboards. In the bath area - Steam was not good. No bath tub at all to our surprise. Shower and the bath products were bad too. This was our experience in o2 spa, novotel, hitech city, hyd. Kindly avoid this place. You have better spa salons in Hyderabad. When we shared this feedback to the front reception, We got a reply that - the room given to us was specially for the royal guests that come to their spa. he said westerners prefer less steam etc. I didn't argue as I thought it's not worth my time.... totally hated the ambience and it was such a waste of our beautiful evening.

Worst place to be. I bought a voucher and hence they gave hell lot of excuses not to give me an appointment. On Sunday I called novotel Hitec o2 spa for Wednesday appointment they asked me to call on Monday morning. I called Monday at 9.15 am and they confirmed they have an appointment but since I have a voucher I need to book through customer care.when I call customer service number they say there is no slot available for Wednesday or Tuesday in morning. I asked for Saturday appointment and they said roaster is not ready call later. I kept on calling to and fro and outlet always confirmed appointment is there and customer care always denied it. The worst is they try to say you are lieing. It was most upsetting to get yourself relaxed after you paid already, you need to have to call 10 times.

I had an appointment thru offer and booked. When I approached the spa center they said that they didn't found my booking and surprisingly I have a message and I showed to them. Then he said that's ok sir please fill the form. When I told again is it with an offer he said oh then you need to reach customer care. Now when I called the customer care she said you can go now and I when I again approached them they told we can allot at 3pm. Just playing with customers time waste of time seriously. I can see there are some comments that these guys don't accept offers but only direct price. They will tell stories when you approach thru offers

Hi All, I have taken membership long ago before taking membership I have explained I am regular traveller to out of India. At that the the executive told it will be extendable. After regular follow ups it was extended and the higher official said that you can consume the services full utilization of my paid amount. Suddenly one of the executive called me and said membership will expired in a month but the same I have explained but no use and they are telling after renewal then only amount will be added.In a simple words they don't have coordination between the outlets or they are doing wantedly. Hence requesting all be careful.

My friends and I got massages at this spa recently and were really happy with the high quality of service. The rooms are simple and nothing fancy but the massages were professional and done well. I recommend Liya for massage, she was excellent. The staff were super sweet and very accommodating. They had issues with their computers both days we were at the hotel and several options on the menu were unavailable (thus one star less). The overall experience with the business can be improved.

For the price, this place has pretty inexperienced people. The rooms smell, the doors don’t really close so the light from the outside is right on eyes. The smell is from the showed inside the rooms. Place overall is not very clean and things are not well maintained.

Good Spa. Try to be there during weekdays since weekends will have more crowd making it little difficult 6get their appointment. They provide good massage options but somehow felt difference in both the times I have been there. May be next time it should be good.

No welcome drink and the receiving was not as expected. Green tea was not good, should have at least tea or coffee. Rooms are untidy as water is leaking from A/C. I felt like the massagist should know more about the pressure points.

The infrastructure is very poor and very poorly managed. This is worst experience I have had- the water in the shower wasn't hot, there were no toiletries and the management made excuses like- they will cut it from my salary.

FRAUD ALERT They cheat by taking hefty amount in the name of membership but after that you cannot take services in all outlet and can take only in one outlet and validity is only 3 or 6 months so you lose money

Had the best deep tissue massage at O2. Lovely staff, fabulous professionalism and skilled masseuse!! Must visit if you're craving a relaxed rejuvenation session for your body!
