I don’t normally take my precious time to give businesses my review , but this person in particular have served me quite a few times and the customer service he gave me those times has been appalling. He was not very helpful and was not willing to answer my questions about some products so I can choose which one should I buy , but he was pleading ignorance and was trying to rush me to buy . His tone of voice saying “he doesn’t know “and his body language made me feel like , he did not want to serve me . Other times whenever I asked him for Moe’s hotdog it was always unavailable . He looked like he hates his job and just want to push customers away . His name is Harsha . OTR should hire someone who’s at least happy to be serving customers .

I am a regular customer here and stopped here last night, I rang the night bell several times but the lady who was in duty was busy talking to someone on her earphones which I could see evidently. I had to knock several times on the glass window to grab her attention. Even after seeing me she took a long time to come serve me. Unfortunately they did not have the product that I wanted. Then when I was making up my mind for an alternative product, she asked me to make my decision fast tk my face! I left and went to OTR Hillcrest instead. Customer service at its peak!!

Attempted to use OTR App to pay for petrol however this failed to load (heavy lifting message constantly popping up) Then decided to just pump without using the APP which once completed went in to to find staff busy chatting with friends and was directed to another counter after patiently waiting. Went to pay wave and transaction went through but was then requested for my proof of transaction through my credit card APP, staff insisted that I log on to prove that I had paid...... Very disappointed in both APP and customer service.

As a neighbor I have requested them to stop night garbage pickups that they perform during night hours around 1-2am. But they haven’t took it seriously and i believe its completely illegal activity as per the council. If they won’t stop this further, I will need to approach to the council to make this activity stopped! They are so inhuman that they don’t accept someone fair and polite requests! They even hasn’t responded my email approaches! Such a pathetic company and big shame for community/society!

Went to get a quick snack for lunch today the 28th of December and when I got back to work noticed the cheese looked funny. Checked the date and it was 1 month + out of date. Lucky I noticed. Unlike my work mate who purchased one the day before and ate it. I went back to let them know and got an apology and switched it over to an in date one. A refund or thank you voucher would have been appreciated for picking this up, waisting my time and saving other customers from getting sick!

Dishonest staff just went there to get lotto tickets tried to get system 5 for my grandma staff tried once and does not know how to do it n just tell me system down.screen was still on.went to otr Hillcrest and the staff was excellent and help me.he did also mention alot of people complain their lotto skill.this had been twice they lied to me. Previously again went to get the tickets for megsdraw and the cashier mention i can buy in advance.geesh.

Guzman y Gomez opened today and gave out free burritos. How can you not be impressed by this Act fast as its today only As for the OTR itself. They are always great stores and petrol stations. They have everything you need while your on the road and most have a fast food franchise inside so you can have a half decent meal. Always seem clean and tidy and the staff are nice and welcoming

Pretty poor. Guzman y Gomez Obviously I was expecting too much. Second day opened, customer service was terrible, had to keep repeating my order. Not enough staff on to take orders. I watched a girl prep burritos, I'll never eat one, was disgusting. My food was barely warm, took almost 10 mins and corn chips were stale. How disappointing, I'd been so looking forward to eating there.

Staff are always friendly and helpful however they are always way understaffed (mornings in particular) line ups of 5-10 people pretty much everyday, I'm a regular and it's obvious more staff is required. It's quicker to walk an extra 5 mins to another servo for a coffee and still beat the line up. Update: this has improved drastically, they are much faster now!

Thank you OTR for the Guzman Y Gomez, now have some nice Mexican in the area. As for the store, was busy so expected a wait but food was up to the normal high standard. The OTR supermarket is smaller than other but appears to cover all the necessities. And there is a Krispy Kremes, Yum. Will be walking those off.

I bought a chai latte and a regular coffee this afternoon at 3:40 pm at OTR Greenacres. They taste absolutely horrible! The chai latte was so bitter and probably was poured in too much spice. Even the regular coffee has a weird spice taste! Really put me off! Bin material!

Love how there are plenty of pumps set up, more car parking spots than the average petrol station. Pleasing to the eye with the new modern reno it recently underwent. All my favourite staff members from the OTR at Hillcrest have relocated there too.

i called the store more than 12 times from 11.10 - 11.30 pm on 26th Sep 19, not a bust time. No body cared to pick and answer. Poor customer service. TM must learn to pick phone answer. AM must note it.

Re-opened today. Amazing site. This has gone from their oldest to their newest site. It has a Guzman Y Gomez burrito franchise inside it, and a drive thru. It's 24/7 365.

Can't believe for a food outlet ,needed to use the shared toilet it was one of the dirtiest I've been in, OTR management should be ashamed of themselves

Stopped there because I wanted a drink but you don't have the drinks I like Iced Breaker Iced Coffee,and you don't have them anymore

Always understaffed, standing there waiting for 1 person to make 6x coffees and serve 10 people at a time. Needs better management.

I Frequently come here and every time I can't use bathroom, its higene level is awful. It seems that they do not clean it at all.

Had to get some oil urgently, late at night. They were open, had a few different options for oil, and price wasn't too bad.

Fuel place where you can buy coffee, doughnuts and chocolates. You can also buy or swap gas bottles. Staff are friendly.
