I have going to this servo for 11 years Never again will I set foot in this servo. Was charged twice for my petrol, went there the next day to make it known and the manager Cathy made me feel embarrassed and not her problem contact their office. When I contacted the OTR office they looked into it and then said I could go back to store anytime to get a refund! Guess what I went the next morning and Cathy the store manager knew nothing about and no refund. Finally over a week later my money was refunded but in considerable embarrassment to me. I think they need to look into who they employ as managers in their stores.

Always loved their hotdogs. I ordered 4 hotdogs through the OTR app and when I picked them up at the store. They refused to give me a bag to carry them in. So I had to carry 2 coffees and 4 hot dogs without a bag. So I gave them feed back and I received a response saying that they will inform the manager of the store. 2 weeks from tat I walked in to the store and ordered 7 hot dogs as the kids had some friends over. Same story. The guy said that I had to pay extra if I needed a bag to carry the hot dogs in. I now don’t pump gas or use their car wash at all.

Gosh this servo goes above and beyond!! Yesterday, I happened to be inside getting a coffee when the store became super busy. Luckily the staff members had it under control and we’re still ensuring they were serving with a smile, while also providing support to their colleagues. Absolutely outstanding leadership and teamwork. I didn’t catch her name but she was the young girl with glasses and long hair, I know she’s a regular because she has served me before, she was amazing and made me leave feeling happy too. This great work deserves recognition :)

Had the best service from a young staff member by the name of Bree today. Served us with a smile, and even gave us a personalised good day message on our coffee (the coffee was great too). Were new to the area, and its so reassuring to know your local servo is one you can count on. Thanks OTR ohalloran hill, and thanks bree.

I asked the guy at the counter to check if they had any more iced coffee in stock room as the fridge was empty and he just said NO. Do your job mate. This was on Thursday 12th March at around 11pm incase management wants to address this. Missed out on my $$ as I went to Caltex instead.

Every time we fill up for petrol and just want to get in and out there's never enough staff on and if they are they are all so fixated in making coffees rather than putting through petrol sales. We have to stand in line for 5 minutes watching every staff member pour coffees

Me and my partner went there last night at about 11:20PM. It was closed and only the night window was in use. We stood there for 5 minutes with the staff member noticing us a few times but she still didn't come over to see us. Blatantly ignored us. Just rude.

The workers here are lovely and were quick with serving us. They did not seem fussed at all to make a hotdog whereas other petrol stations visibly show their frustration with having to make any food. Will be coming here again!

I used to go to the old BP here all the time. I went to the new OTR and all was very nice as you’d expect except when you drive in the access to the pumps is very tight compared to what it used to be and I was in a Corolla.

Used to go to old OTR all the time, since new one opened, have found staff to be rude. Would be nice to have some of the old staff back who knew the locals! Travelling to Old Reynella over using my local.....

heyyyy! I love the slushes variety but the blue flavour wasn't ready with it coming out too liquidly but overall the convenient store was very convenient being 24/7

Sam was lovely to deal with funny and made me feel very comfortable by all means an excellent worker and one of the reasons I love coming to this otr in particular

Went there for a coffee, the store then became very busy but the female staff member handled the added pressure situation really well. Very impressed.

Not impressed with the service today gentlemen serving was too busy munching on his pastie whilst serving customers. Poor customer service.

It took almost 4 weeks, but I finally had a loaded hot dog with all the condiments. Thanks Belinda for the great service. I'll be back

This is the slowest drive through I have ever experienced. 10 minutes at the window each time. I'll get my coffee elsewhere thanks.

I'm so excited for this place to reopen, The servo was like a secound home for me. If it was up to me only only fill up here!

Why can't I use a reusable coffee cup at your locations? Please don't bother with a response unless it's a direct one.

Using the OTR app to buy fuel is great, don't have to get bummed out by the losers over the counter anymore....

BP Ultimate 98 octane is the best fuel and this servo is never busy so you can always get a bowser.

Sells petrol, red bull, milk, bread and Slushies. What else do u need besides durries.

Would a lot better if petrol was half the price, but that's probably not OTR's fault.
