Been a regular client at OTR for years. Ordered subway at 545pm through the app as I had to open my fast at 6pm. When I got there 10 mins later, the food wasn't ready. Waited patiently for my food. I had ordered 4 subs, but was given only 2. I showed her my receipt and she said it only showed an order of 2 at her end. Instead of completing my order she chose to serve all of the people who had come after the time I had placed my order online. In total I had to wait for 30 mins to receive my order of 4 subs at 615pm. The bread tasted stale and not fresh. What's the point of ordering through the app in advance if you're going to prioritise others over me (even though they got to subway after my online order was placed). I tried to explain to the "manager" Rijo. He refused to show any sympathy, refused to acknowledge my right to be served first as I had ordered first and just said "too many people today". He was inconsiderate, impolite and downright rude. Lacked any sense of politeness, manners or customer service. He said it doesn't matter I ordered online before everyone. That's completely unfair and inconsiderate. When subway is at fault at other locations they are kind enough to offer free cookies to make it up. Instead he chose to say "I was standing there, you didn't come before the people". I had to open my fast late, had to wait 30 mins despite ordering online, got all my order mixed up, no apology offered. Rude attitude and egotistical mannerism shown to me, by Rijo. I hold the manager responsible for failing to serve me on time and for refusing to accept that I was let down by them. Very disappointed. Never received such terrible service anywhere in the world.

It is so spacious, inviting staff, and looks very clean. The space to sit and charge phones first caught my eye and the food amount was alot better then the average service station it even has it's own take away system witch saves so much time and effort when actually needing to be quick and fresh this is the one stop shop for everyone on a busy day or night out because did I say its 24 hours open yes that's right hot food and a place to charge your phone in the middle of the night. Thankyou OTR for making a really good servo as not everyone drives but you have that covered for the local people picking up some bread and milk late at the end of a Sunday.

I’m going to provide a FACTUAL review of my experience on Saturday 30/10/2023. First, unleaded petrol was priced and clearly displayed as $1.88 per litre so I pulled in to fill up my car only to find out that petrol wasn’t actually available. Yet they deceptively kept the $1.88 price displayed. Second, two guys who served me, one took FOREVER to make the simplest order ever: a hot dog with tomato sauce and mustard. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee. 20 minutes and there were 2 people in front of me. This is truly not good enough and if I could I would give the OTR at Walkerville 0 stars but obviously that’s not possible.

Ordered subway. I speak English as a second language so I get it and have no problem with servers speaking their own language. But when the server taking my order is having a full blown conversation with another employee laughing and giggling, that’s where I kind of draw the line. I had to repeat myself 3 times because she was too busy laughing and replying to her co worker to hear my order. I just wanted my food without having to feel bad for interrupting a conversation? I didn’t make a scene, but that’ll be the last time I come back to this servo for awhile. There are other fuel and food options around.

What dumb staff, totally ruining OTR's reputation.

Ordered thur app over 30 mins ago. Waiting at Drive Thru window for over 10 minutes, after the staff saying ‘please drive thru’. No car in the queue. No one at the window. I have to walk to the them from my car and get my order. I have no idea what the Drive Thru mean to this OTR??? The worst OTR and experience ever. I’m not coming here again anymore. And I’m not recommending anyone to come here.

Just went in 6 people lining up and Asian employee standing out the back eating has a couple bites looks at myself and another gentleman then goes on her phone then decided to come and serve terrible service at a busy tome of the morning - Wednesday 22nd May 8am.Worst customer service ever.

Ordered subway. Guy that served me is currently not working in uniform and wearing button up flower T shirt. Looks like he's on vacation in Hawaii. Adidas shorts and sneakers with sunglasses on inside. Very long curly hair with no hat on or hair net. Absolute joke looks so unprofessional.

Very rude staff. Purchased a coffe and wanted to use the bathroom, staff used it but blocked for customers. This is my last visit to this station and I certainly ask management to have a chat to the rude lady who was in charge of toilets.

W popped in to grab a Subway. Maybe not the quickest which was created by the guy in front of us who was incredibly SLOW. But the level of service was great and the end product made me wish I had ordered more. Thoroughly recommend.

I went there today at 8:53pm and ordered Iced latte and the girl was putting her fingers inside the cup and holding it, that’s very disgusting. I wish they don’t do it again. Specially when their hands are dirty!

Open 24 hours, BUT they told me most of their machines get shut off for 4-5 hours at night. No shakes, dogs, etc. There are other OTR stores a stones throw away, go to them
