Booked through Agoda and paid the entire amount during booking. When I reached hotel, they said they have not received the payment and also added that even if the payment goes through, they don't have rooms. After more than an hour on call with Agoda customer care, hotel receptionist hinted me that they are ready to give me a room but not at the price booked of 1300 instead for 2000. If you are not ready to give room at quoted price then why do you even quote that price? Since it was already after 6 pm and I was tired from my travel, I ended up taking the room at 2000 inr. They are simply exploiting people by making them book at low price and then cancelling it saying overbooked and when people are left with no option, increase the amount. Room was also not good with bad smell. Never would recommend this place.

Worst experience with oyo. Paid the whole advance through oyo but on arrival hotel manager denied the entry. He mentioned that they won’t accept prepaid bookings from oyo. Spent 2-3 hours on call with oyo but still they didn’t provide any solution. Ended up paying again a lot more money to book a room in this hotel. Raised the tickets and escalated it but still Oyo didn’t took any strict action towards this. Further, the hotel people were quite un-cooperative, arrogant and rude even after paying the whole amount upfront.

Very worst customer service.... Booked a room in this hotel but when i reached they are saying my room is available at 8:00 PM. I have never faced a worst situation so far... If the property owner wants to rent on their own then what's the reason for booking in platforms like goibibo. This communication gap between platform and property owner must be rectified asap.

Worst Hotel stay experience of my life, i would never recommend family to visit this hotel. its an embarrassment in the name of hotel. they gave you a rat hole in 3,000 rupees and promise you the Breakfast buffet but the next day offer you only 1 item only once from the 5 item Menu. Its very depressing stay, i want to forget this horrifying experience asap.

Booked online. Came in hotel and they said no online booking allowed. Trying to get my money back for the last 3 hours. I hope I will do it. Agoda app support is useless in chat and calls. It was very near to the American embassy,so people like to stay for a day or two. It is a money saving option.Even though outward appearance and the locality is worst but when it comes to rooms it is good. Note .Try to book directly than any other third party websites. For 2 people they will charge around 1500/- to 1600.

The rooms are small and two people can only stay in a room, The people who come for a visa this hotel would be good but the Building was old and the surroundings were very bad but the rooms were good. And the building contains a hotel u don't need to worry about food, it was tasty but prices are high.

First of all the the location is very bad ... The rooms were below average and there was lot of noise in the hotel which was very disturbing to sleep . I would recommend to look elsewhere rather than staying here

Please DO NOT book this hotel. Most people coming here come for US visa purpose. The manager denied me checkin saying there were no rooms available. He had given my room to someone else(I had a valid booking from OYO app). I’d recommend staying at OYO BKC Mannat, where I stayed after this major inconvenience.

OMG... I don't wanna go that scary place again. I was always afraid that someone will rob me. Also, as other comments here, there were many mosquitoes. Very unhygienic.

I booked this since this was near to Visa Embassy. But rooms were really bad with no windows, cigarette smell, dirty bedsheets, floors uncleaned, stairs filled with waste. Will not recommend this stay.
