She was prompt and seemed competent at her job. Jake is a extremely competent technician. He came at my house at the beginning of my scheduled appointment window. He was informative and up-front about the cost for my repair, and seemed very knowledgeable about the situation I was experiencing. My home is 100 years old, so it lots of issues that come up all the time. My water heater was almost shot and my home had no pressure regulator. Josh got me a new water heater and pressure regulator installed the same day. Now I should be good to go for years. Josh was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and did a great job. Super clean install. Would recommend him to anyone. A++

Paradise Plumbing is the only company we will be using from new on in Fort Lauderdale. We had a pipe leaking behind our water heater and they were able to dispatch a repairman - Howard Q. within the hour. They diagnosed the trouble right away and were thorough in explaining what they would have to do to get this fixed. I had plumbing services performed for the installation of a hot tub by Oakland Plumbing Services LLC. Terrance did an outstanding job! He arrived prior to the installation and took care of all the preparatory work. Upon delivery, he returned that same afternoon to complete the final hook up and inspection. He even tidied up some of the mess left by the hot tub installers. Excellent workmanship! I would certainly recommend them for any plumbing jobs in San Francisco!

Let it be noted… Matt B and his intern Luis ( the young man helping and learning from Matt ) , from the minute they walked in my door were what person in need of plumbing repairs needs. It wasn’t the easiest installation gave them a hard time once or twice but they worked through it with awesome attitudes and took care of it.
