I've been a patient with Oakwood Dental Arts for a few years now and it has been a pleasant experience. I recently finished five implants with Dr. Abass. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Kind, friendly, explains the whole process. He makes you feel like a friend rather than just another patient. He does the whole process including everything the surgeon normally handles. Not only is that a huge savings but his expertise and care go above and beyond. I never once felt uncomfortable with his work. There's so many assistants that I dealt with including Elisa, Jess, Lia and others. Everyone of them made me comfortable and really cared about how I was feeling. The front desk is also always a pleasure. Accommodating me whenever I needed an appointment. All of the people were wonderful especially Renee. When I was suffering with an old root canal which became infected she got me a same day appointment at another of their locations so I could no longer had to suffer. Thank you for really caring about the patient. If your looking for an excellent dental office call this office.

I have had a good experience with the people at Oakwood dental, from Renee and the staff, especially Jessica, to Dr Abbas, my dentist, who is a thorough and able dentist who takes care with everything and does lovely work. I have had cavities, crowns, and laminates done in front since I was 8, and with the help of Dr Abbas and staff, I received steady, gentle care until my front teeth (two implants and a bridge of four in front) were all nice and in place! I got my smile back after all these years, and I promise to floss brush and take care of my investment! Come and take it one week at a time at Oakwood dental and you will smile more too! This is a great office it’s clean the staff is nice and informative. The woman Renee at the front desk is extremely loud and carried on a very inappropriate conversation about a co worker . Her comments about said co worker was unpleasant unprofessional and inappropriate. She needs to tone it down or turn it off there’s no need to carry on like that. Once you get past her ghetto behavior and mouth everything else is A+++ . The hygienist was very nice very informative. The dentist was super nice and very informative. Definitely would be coming back for future dental work.

From the minute I walked into the office. All of the staff were kind and respectful. I especially want to Thank Lisa and Dr. Zaccariello. They both assured me that my dental work would be painless. I have had my share of dentist in my 61 years of life, that have said the same thing. But none have ever made me want to go back as Dr Zaccariello. I had multiple cavities filled and a tooth extracted, and never felt any pain or discomfort. By far the BEST out there. I have finally overcome my fear of the Dentist. Thank You Oakwood Dental !

I am so beyond grateful to have found Dr. Cardito after a year and going through 4 dentists prior (with nothing but pain and aggravation). He is such a wonderful dentist, I honestly can not say it enough. He always explains everything thoroughly and makes me feel empowered throughout the process. Whilst also being gentle, kind, honest, and genuinely amazing at his work. The staff is always kind and helpful as well. Overall a great experience, and I’ll never go anywhere else.

Please avoid Dr. Abbas. Abbas placed crown with 10 years warranty, I came for follow up in two months with another doctor and in the same office and that doctor said we need to redo your crown because edges are uneven. I was shocked and said Abbas made it. She went quiet and it was awkward silence. After years different dentists said the same and after two years I have to redo crown. Same happened with my child. Abbas is a sloppy dentist that I would not recommend.

I made an appointment over a month in advance and they messaged me a day prior to confirm it. Two hours before the appointment, I had already taken the time off work, they canceled it. They only gave me the option of the following day, which I had to work, or over a month out. Maybe the service is great if they are this booked but very unprofessional to cancel on someone the day of and not give an option on rescheduling.

Terrible customer service from reception. I was 11 min late and was told that I couldn't be seen, There was not a soul in the waiting room for the 8-10 min I there. The fact that I stated I would wait or be seen by anyone didn't matter. And the 2 receptionist didn't care, I'm a city worker and had to adjust my work schedule just for this appointment. I will never go back there again for rude service.

I saw Dr Zaccariello 2 weeks ago for a root canal after seeing another dentist who told me he couldn't do it. Now I have terrible dental anxiety and I was absolutely terrified, his assistant Jenna held my hand the entire time i was in the chair. He also made me feel comfortable and explained every step as he went. I highly recommend oakwood dental arts.

I had an emergency visit and came in to the practice for the first time not knowing what to expect. The staff was pleasant, social and welcoming. And Dr. Cardito was sooooo good. Patient, calming and he is really good at what he does. Great experience. I definitely recommend Oakwood Dental Arts!

Front desk girls are great! The young lady went out of her way to check my eligibility for insurance. I have been covered by same insurance since 1977 and she helpfully proved it before I paid out of pocket. Dentist was patient and accommodating with my long time fears of drilling.

Very unprofessional location. Had confirmed my appointment 3 days prior and showed up less then 10 min late and I was turned away. I've been a loyal patient/customer for the past 5 years, needless to say this oakwood location and maybe the whole company has lost me and my family.
