Looking through the reviews I'm surprised to see so many glowing reviews of the helpfulness of the staff, and of Tinesha in-particular. I am a new renter in Florida and not a home buyer, and my experience in dealing with her has been less than pleasant, and I am currently looking to obtain legal assistance concerning the maintenance of items in the property as she has been nothing but discourteous toward me and begrudgingly attending to my requests, and I've never met the woman before. They have a lot of nice properties that they are managing but I would think twice if you are a renter, or if you're of the Caucasian race, as I can only think of that for being a trigger for the attitude I've received.
