Good price and quality cleaning. Unfortunately the hours aren't functional for customers with typical working hours - shifting them just an hour later would make a world of difference.

Paid before either on cash or visa. Remember specifically because I remember thinking it was expensive. Came in and had to pay again because they didn’t stamp it prepaid

Ripped a hole in my suit, acted like it was there when I dropped it off. Then they wouldn’t give it back to me until I paid. Terrible

Brought in a brand new (high-end) sweat shirt that I spilled taco grease on.. Shirt looks as good as new!
