Went with my mother to have my acrylics removed and a gel polish applied onto my natural nails. The ladies here did so with such care that my natural nail wasn’t at all compromised after the acrylic was removed and were careful not to use harsher, teethier bits on their e-files when it came to my nail plate. I was very impressed with their patience and attention to detail, as my acrylics had been on for ten month prior (with constant infills) and were long and quite thick but they made sure not to rush the process and thoroughly made sure my nails were taken care of no matter how long it took to dissolve the acrylic. My mother and sister both recommended this new place, they are very competent, go show them some love!!

I had recently got my first set of acrylics at another salon nearby but I was not happy with the job. A coworker recommended Ocean as she comes here every two weeks for manicure and polish. I came in yesterday for an infill and manicure for the first time and couldn’t be happier! Van was excellent and very professional and did a beautiful job. She is very efficient, but I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She asked me questions and let me check and made any adjustments I asked for before applying the polish. The salon is also very clean and neat and the hot towels to help clean my hands afterwards is a nice touch. Very affordable and value for money. Definitely gained a customer!

The nail technician I got did a HORRIBLE job on my nails and did not meet my expectations AT ALL. They didn’t manage to create the same nails as the inspiration pic, so I basically just wasted my money on TRASH NAILS. Also they were being sort of rough with my nails which made them to turn out to be bumpy and jagged, very low quality nails. I literally had to try to get rid of the nails at home myself because of their TERRIBLE work. I DON’T recommend coming here AT ALL, don’t waste your time and your money and go to another nail beauty salon.

I went there for the first time today and I had an amazing experience. Two people did my nails, one did prep and the other designed. The lady who prepped my nails was so nice and gentle and made sure I was happy with everything. The guy who did the design on my nails did an amazing job as well. He made it exactly the same as the photo I showed him and I am very impressed with the outcome. On the downside, they don’t have student discounts but they have reasonable prices for their services. I would 100% recommend this place!!!

Amazing service. The ladies in there make sure you are okay with everything the whole time you are there. They always check in and say if there’s something you don’t like please tell me so I can fix it for you I had a horrible experience at the last nail shop and the quality of the nails were horrible. I was way overcharged for the set I received. My existing acrylics were removed and a whole new set put on and was done amazingly All around amazing atmosphere and they are lovely there. Will definitely be coming back

Rushed service, I said my hands hurt as the lady held them tightly when filing and she sprayed rubbing alcohol on them…. they kept telling me to “lift my thumb” even though I said I can’t and it hurts due to my medical conditions… the nail polish was not dry and just peeled off. My nails also hurt extremely bad due to their harsh burning products. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place.

Best nail salon in the Campbelltown area! Very happy with the service, very friendly. Very gentle not ruff at all. Anything I wanted done extra wasn’t a problem. The lady that did my pedicure was fantastic, took her time and made sure all dead skin was removed. Overall a great experience I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Did love this place but on my recent visit, I honestly felt so uncomfortable. The male doing my pedicure was rude and made me feel anxious, so much so that I apologised to him for having to do my pedicure. It’s extremely hard to find a good nail salon in this area anymore.

Me and my husband visited this place for the first time we arrived just before they were gonna close and they still welcomed us and let us in. Beautiful service from both ladies. Made us feel very comfortable and affordable service. I will definitely be coming back.

I loved their service they were perfect they managed to get my nails done in 20 minutes when I was washing my hands they dried my hands with a warm towel I will definitely recommend them

Most of my nails fell of between day 3-5. By 7 days of having these nails they all fell off. Theyre lovely ladies, but their nails just arent it.
