So a group of us booked a spa for June. 2 of us had made a deposit on the 2nd and 3rd of May, the next day we had to cancel becos of an emergency with the host having an hospital appointment on the 4th June. Our refund was refused and then later, after been so rudely addressed after explaining to her, we got blocked on whatsapp by Oeresta. We considered changing the date with them but after that treatment, we changed our mind. Eventually we received the refund but you guessed it. It was short paid. Not cool and completely disappointing on our end as some of us had to save for this....

My friend surprised me with a full body massage and foot ritual today at the spa. We were greeted by friendly staff. They gave us a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I was very pleased with their massages. Very professional. The ladies are well experienced and so patient. Though I have one suggestion. Please update your music Playlist. Kenny G actually makes me sad. Thank you for the awesome massage and making me feel so calm and relaxed. I look forward to my next massage.

Firstly we were let down by the spa we had booked two weeks before We called Oeresta to check if they had space available for the next two hours.... They were able to squeeze us in on the last minute The experience was amazing the rooms are spotless.... Not to mention the scent in the rooms....I'm definitely coming back. It was good value for money

Small spa with decent pricing. Had an issue with a double booking but was resolved after discussion with owner. Decent service offered for the price and some good specials on occasion. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Parking is on the road but they do have someone to watch the cars.

Professional staff, great ambience. Massages are great too. Guests could perhaps do with some champagne or some sort of beverage when walking in just to create that overall lasting feel. They could also do with clean and good quality towels as some actually look like rags. …

I am utterly disappointed in the service and the professionalism in the manner the stuff presents it's self. The fact the towels were old and worn out is so disappointing there was no tranquility at the place at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

Had purchased a daddys deals coupon and we had really gotten a treat! The massage was heavenly and the ambience of the place was soothing and relaxing. The masseurs always enquired if I was comfortable and at ease and was very accommodating. Will definitely return.

The girls were very friendly. They treated us with respect and adjusted the intensity of the massage according to our taste. We had alot in one package(100mon pamper package) ,however the only downside was the towels were soaked with oil before we could even start

Good massage. Location isn't ideal because the room we were in was parallel to the road which was busy and over the calming music could still be heard. Also the experience could be made better and more pampering or welcoming.
