On November 25, 2020, I got out of a long 12 hour night shift. I had tickets to print. I was tired and frustrated. I truly just wanted to go home and sleep, but with having a deadline for these tickets I stayed up waiting for office depot to open. I expected to go to the store and drop off the file to the tickets and then have to return to pick them up. Thankfully, Alana, a very pleasant and soft spoken young lady was on shift that day. She had no idea that I'd had a long stressful night. Alana was quick and efficient with the job I needed done. She turned it around in less than 15 mins!!!!! Printed and cut my tickets. This perhaps may not have happened on any other day, but I'm so grateful it happened on this. Aside from being so efficient, Alana was so kind. Thank you Alana for providing such great service. Thank you for turning this job around so quickly. I hope that all your hard work is reward back to you abundantly. P.S. I had shopped around and almost picked a competitor that promised to turn my job around in 48 to 72 hours. I'm glad I didn't pick them! Kuddos Office Depot on having an outstanding employee!!!

I always come to Office Depot to to do my printing and there’s always one employee who does not want to do his job the first time he didn’t even want to help me he sent me straight to the Self Serv and the products I needed could not be printed there so he really did not have a Choice but to help me. Second time I tried sending them an email and frustrated he said “this is why we don’t do these things because these computers always freez” like why is that my problem and why would you complain to me. Today I called ahead to print out some blue prints in advance so that they didn’t have to stay late for me and I was told the machine was broken I all the way from Kyle to Austin and I still came to print out another paper I needed and when I walk in they are printing out blue prints for someone else like really on the phone they were sending me somewhere even further but to lie that your machine is broken so that you don’t help out a customer I am so sick of this one employee when ever he’s not here everyone else is nice and actually wants to work!!

Normally I go to Office Depot near my house and have never had any issues. This time went to Office Max at Slaughter and I-35 due to running another errand in the area. Let's start with the store, hundreds of dead crickets at entrance. Not a bug freak, but no one can sweep those up? The entire store floor looked filthy. Was there 15 min before anyone asked us for help! Ordered and paid for some office chairs because they were out in the store. Were scheduled for delivery on Friday, got e-mail from Office Max on Thurs canceling the order. I went to store near house picked up chairs that i needed for $40 more and what do you know the "cancelled chairs" showed up. I wasted personal time on going to get new chairs and now i have to waste more personal time to go back to the store to get a refund!!!! Very unorganized Office Max!

Needed a big box to ship. They did not have a big enough box so I bought the largest box they had, bubble wrap and tape. Went to checkout and they had a large empty box from unpacked merchandise sitting by the register. When I asked if I could have the box I was informed they are not able to give away boxes because they sell them. I understand that policy but went on to explain that they did not have a big enough box for purchase. I still intended to purchase the box I was holding along with the bubble wrap and tape for $30. I asked if they could make an exception; they said no. I asked if I could purchase that box; they said no. Stay classy OD; I will take my business purchases to staples or better yet next day prime.

He's a true standout when it comes to anything computer-related and consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. Gilbert's abilities make a significant difference in the customer experience. However, it's worth considering adding more staff members like Gilbert, especially in the printing department, which seems to be the busiest. Allocating resources where they are most needed would undoubtedly enhance the overall efficiency and service quality. Gilbert's dedication is truly commendable, and I hope the team can continue to thrive with more individuals like him."

I always love going to office supplies stores mainly because I love stationery and office supplies. However, I am looking for a COLOR laser printer and I can't find none of the more affordable models in stores on display at most stores (neither here nor at any competitor). I want to see the color laser printers in person, touch them, "feel" them, and see their features. I'd be okay with ordering from the store if they are just going to have only display models due to space constraints, but they NEED TO HAVE MOST (if not all) MODELS.

Very good selection and great location. I went in looking for a special battery. The store sales associate came over and helped me determine which battery would be compatable with the old Radio Shack battery number I was looking for. We had to research it but the clerk took the time to do so and patiently assisted me. This location is next to a Best Buy and a ton of other stores located in the Southpark Meadows shopping mall. Right off I35.

This location is the absolute worst at customer service. They have coupons at the register for $20 off a $75 purchase. They don’t honor their own coupons for rewards members. Justin, the general manager, claims they are only for new members, not just members. Interesting. Coupon valid through 8/11/19 offer number 74428381. I guess I will take my business elsewhere and I will keep my $100 bill

Just left this location, i had to do some blueprint copies and the lady that helped me was awesome (didn't get her name), i couldn't get the email to sent to hers and she was real patient about it, you almost don't get that anymore, after my 3rd time trying to send i was able to sent it and they were done in less than 5 minuts, i will definitely come back and do business with them...

Excellent customer service!!! After an awful experience with another retailer, I was in desperate need of a reasonably priced desk available for purchase today. I was so happy to find one there, and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. One even helped me load my car, and the price was very reasonable. These guys were lifesavers today!

I bought my H and R Block tax program at this store and ran into a problem loading it. I called a number I should not have called. It was a scam. The computer team from start to finish was supportive and reassuring. For a Senior Citizen this meant so much. They are top of the line young people, very polite, and so helpful.

Was ok. Had my save the dates printed and cut here. The cutting was sloppy, super inconsistent, and crooked on many of my save the dates. I will have to go through and cut them so they are straight. Some have white edges on 3 sides, some on 2 sides, some are cut into the image on one side not the other, you get the idea.

Worst customer service ever! Been in line for more than 15 mins all employees are just walking around or pretending to do something, there’s no help not even when i ask. Theres only 2 customer’s at the store. I just came for a Copy of my seminar certification Good Luck. Leave with nothing. Not coming back.

We were looking for an office desk chair and the Office Depot at Southpark Meadows in Austin had a great selection of comfortable, affordable chairs for every figure size. We did purchase a chair and joined the Members Reward program, too (it's free)! Good visit, great store. Highly recommend!!

I don't know why customer service representatives don't acknowledge people when they're in your stores when you're helping someone else already. It's so easy to turn and say, " hello will be right with you." Takes no real effort except for paying attention what you're doing...

Great service! Fast and super easy! The online ordering was very easy because there is a tab for in store items only. That way I knew I was going to be able to pick up my items same day. They came out curbside with my items within a minute of pulling up. Thank you!!

Not enough staff, machines broken, overcharged me and I was stuck with it –  the clerk couldn't help me. I don't think it was the fault of the staff, they are just poorly trained and ill equipped. Wish this wasn't the only print/copy place nearby.

Such great service between staff and store manager. Helped me search the store for exactly what I needed and out to my car with heavy items in 100 degrees..... not to mention returned my car keys as I realized I left them in the store.

I have been waiting on a 48"x96" dry erase board that has been in Austin,Texas since 4/6/2022.No one can seem to get the board to the Southpark Meadows location,or to my house,we are on day 5.The communication is terrible at best.

Good experience ordering. When I picked up the order it couldn't be found so the associate put the order together again, including a portable file storage case. The next day I discovered the case was cracked.
