This location has the BEST customer service! My coworker had to print programs for a funeral. They were soooo kind to her! In a world where many are short on patience, OD on Carrollton deserves to be acknowledged for EXCELLENT customer service! Thanks so much for your kindness- you all are literally angels on earth! if i could give them zero stars i would. the store is fine, the copy print section is completely 100% incapable of doing anything. ordering online acts like it's straightforward, but every time my orders are min 4 hours late and never right.

Convenient location but, the store is not clean. Only one copy machine was working and it looked like the buttons had not been sanitized in months. Floors and glass doors also, had noticeable dirt and finger smudges.
While there have been a few glitches here and there, over the years I have found this retailer to be reliable and well equipped. As someone who likes to "get 'er done," I especially like the self-service options.
