If I'd only ever been to this dentist, I would never have been afraid of the dentist. My first visit I was so anxious, panicking, twitching, crying. I knew I'd need a root canal or extraction and I was so afraid of the pain, the bill, the sensations. First person I met was Pam at reception who was so kind and understanding, she was so great at reassuring me that my dentist will make things as easy as possible for me, then I met Dr Inoka who was just as kind, patient and understanding. She discussed my payment options and tried to get me to keep my tooth and not destroy my smile. Her work was so good, I didn't understand why people hate root canals so much! My second appointment I was so much less anxious because I knew I'd be looked after so well, everything went so smoothly, I'm looking forward to having someone to help me look after my teeth! I wish I could explain in better words how amazing this experience but if you have anxiety, GAD, panic disorder, or any dental hesitation, I assure you. This is the place to go. Oh and huge plus, they have TVs off the roof in every room, so look up the tv guide before you go so you can tell them what channel to put on, helps to distract you a lot!

These guys are completely amazing!!! If I could give it more stars I would. I have three kids, and I made an appointment for all, which they were able to get them all in at the same time. Which was really nice. I am completely amazed with how wonderful they were to my kids and how fast they got it all done. We are all fascinated with all the sophisticated equipment and clean environment that the dental uses. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know in this area. I rate this fantastic place 10 out of 10 for both cleanliness, technology and the highly professional work they do. Thank you to all the nurses, Dr. Dummi and Dr. Inoka that helped my family out and for the wonderful job you did, you guys are completely amazing!!

100% can recommend. I’ve have had quite an extensive and time consuming procedure done with implants etc. I can’t fault their care, compassion, and professionalism. Every step of the way they have comforted me when I’ve been anxious and everything is explained in full detail, including price, to make sure before go ahead, you are fully aware, which is great but the whole team from the moment you walk through the door at reception to going in for your consultation and further procedures makes you feel relaxed. Today my outcome was finally completed. I can smile again! Thanks to all involved but a special thanks to Dr Dumi & Mel who were with me fully from start to finish.

I am not sure how so many have given good ratings or other poor rating are removed , but me and my wife both did not have good experience as after being so experienced, they could not say what was wrong with the tooth and messed up my tooth and gave other options for implant and other which would cost me thousands whereas I got the same tooth done from other and its still after 2 years going strong, and yes when doing the procedure the weight of the doctors hand was on my chin and it just made jaw pain for 2 days , I know reviews help and seeing good reviews I went but it really was worst then others who have less reviews , so please share experience

I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years because I hate them, I had a bad experience once. Dr Dumi my mind on dentists. They squeezed me in with a cracked tooth and were gentle and always reassuring me (especially the dental nurse I didn't grab her name ). When it come time to discuss options they were open and honest about the price and the procedure. Now after not going for 10 years I've happily booked in my next appointment to get a few things done and I'm not nervous about it at all. Couldnt recommend anymore for someone who doesn't like the dentist.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist after previous horrible experiences elsewhere so have avoided going to any dentist for so long for too long and ended up in a bit of pain. After reading the reviews I chose to give Officer Dental a go and Im glad I did! Will definitely be returning for regular dental work/checkups here. I would like to thank Dr Daniels for all he has done for me throughout my dental visits. Today I took my sons in to get there first dental check up and honestly Dr Daniel made my sons feel very comfortable and ensured my sons were okay whilst checking their teeth’s.. Dreamy Daniel! What can this busy mumma say about Daniel the Dentist. This cutie is so good at his job, I went from nervous to nodding off in his chair! I'm not joking! This guy knows painfree dentistry to the point where I accidentally took a cat nap while he worked his magic. I was impressed by the service I recently received at this dentist clinic,and would rate it among the best I've ever experienced. Contacted officer dental care Saturday morning got an appointment that afternoon the staff are absolutely fantastic and the dentists where the first dentists I have ever been to that where concerned that I was comfortable and that I couldn’t feel anything whilst having a tooth extracted which set my mind at ease during the process from this point forward I would highly recommend officer dental care efficient and affordable keep up the good work and will be my family dentist going forward

Another great visit to Officer Dental Care today but unfortunately my tooth had to be extracted as a filling from many many years ago had disintegrated! I was able to sit and relax in the dental chair while waiting for the numbness to take affect as I knew it would be an ok experience and I was not wrong. I felt comfortable and felt at ease even though my tooth was extremely hard to extract I did not feel a thing. Good Work and well done by Dr Dumi Medagoda yet again a very caring man.

I just left officer dental care and cannot express how fantastic Daniel Kim is. I am terrified of dentists and the whole experience was amazing. Not only did I not feel any pain or discomfort at all. Even the injections were completely pain free. He aswell as the wonderful lady assisting him were amazing. Very calming reassuring and just lovely gentle people. I am 100 percent making them my forever dentist. In fact I’ve booked in for next week for more work. So so happy.

I recommend to anyone who needs to have braces, Dr Inoka and Dr Dumi both are very professional. My son has an intellectual impairment, due to that situation most of the dentists rejected to fix braces on him including the Royal dental hospital. Finally Dr Inoka took the challenge and treated him with patience and understanding. We are extremely happy with the outcome and their well professional attitude. A warm and welcoming experience from staff Debbie and the dental nurse (wasn't able to ask her name). Dr. Dumi was thorough and clearly an expert in his field. Their equipment is modern and very clean. Although their fees are not too different from other dental practices I've been to, I believe they provide more personalised service and value for money. Dr. Tee saw my 2 children and he is amazing!

I have been seeing this practise for a few years now and recently had a great experience with wisdom tooth extraction. I was very anxious but Dr Duma was great with making me feel at ease, and overall the procedure went very well. No pain at all and very happy with the service received. I have a severe fear of the dentist and can become very emotional. Dr Lak De Fonseka & Dr Dumi Medagoda were incredibly kind and understanding towards my situation. They not only talked me through the process but also gave me time to calm down and reset when needed. I had such a pleasant experience with every member of the staff that I will now be going here for any future dental appointments.

Had an excruciatingly painful toothache from an infected cavity. Dr Dumi suggested that he remove two teeth. The prospect of removing teeth was daunting to me and I was extremely nervous about the procedure, but he made it so simple and it was painless. I barely felt a thing and now I don't have to worry about the horrible pain from an infected tooth. Highly recommended.

I call officer dentist They where very nice over the phone booked me in that day and got my tooth fixed and it looks fantastic i can keep on smiling the dentist did a good job very happy with this dentist went there because of the discount through pakenham racing. When my regular dental clinic was closed after the holidays, I was accommodated and relieved my pain on their first working day of the year. Clean, nice environment. Courteous staff.
