I went to the Adelaide St store on Friday 12 Feb at 10.30am. From go to whoa it was not a good experience even though I tried to keep an open mind... I will list the ways that the issues that this store needs to address. 1. walked in and there was little to no signage about where to print things or where to produce photos 2. We thought maybe self serve but there were no available prices for photos. So I lined up at what appeared to be the print desk. 3. There were 2 people serving at the print desk - one of whom also seemed to be doing things on the floor too.. they were very busy, while on the other side of the store three people stood around with supposedly nothing to do. 4. Finally got to the front of the queue to be told photo printing was self service at the booth toward the middle of the store. 5. Went to the line up at the photo booths - great they were spaced out because of COVID - that is totally the right thing to do... BUT one machine was out of order and being rebooted. By the time I got to the queue that was my machine. 6. That machine's USB port did not read my hard drive - the machine is antiquated and it was actually the portal that seemed really worn - it kept trying to read and then stopping over and over. So I moved machines.,, 7. The second machine I tried successfully read my hard drive, but then it was too overwhelmed by the less than 64gb I have on that brand new hard drive and kept stalling. So it really is only a thumbnail drive that they work on from the sounds of things. 8. I watched as well as the guy in front of me had to wait because the photo printer was out of paper. It was 10.30am remember. 9. It was not a surprise that the printer was out of paper because there was noone on the floor looking after customers except for a wonderful hardworking guy called Jimmy. He was running around like a blue-xxxd fly doing about 3 peoples' work. 10. All of this time there were 3 staff members who occasionally served people at the sales desks, but were mostly idle. 11. By the time I left the store empty-handed having wasted 40 minutes of my busy day, the 3 ppl were still mostly standing around on the sales desk and the queue for the print desk was about 10 people deep stretching around to the sales desk - I suppose they could have stood and chatted to them. Overall, the management of this store is pretty shoddy. I am frustrated that I spent 40 minutes in there without any progress to getting some prints.
Required a large (A0) poster to be printed in colour. Francisco was very helpful providing information over the phone to let me know they would be open and capable of helping me with my request. When I arrived I was served by Tristan - who was a real star. He helped me with regards to choosing the best values for paper without being prompted, saving me a few dollars (which helps as I am a student). He knew all about the printer and paper he was using and ensured that I would be happy with the result before even starting. It then turned out that the printer had run out of ink (or had another issue) and would take an extra half an hour to print. During that time he looked after my poster carry-case, carry bag and USB so that I could run errands in the mean time. I returned to find my poster printed and my belongs safely stored. He made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the poster and neatly packaged it into my carry case without any creases. He had been friendly all the way and more than helpful, so much so that I had to offer him a tip (he deserved it, I thought, from of the money he had saved me). He declined on store policy, despite how easy it would have been to pocket it. After a very stressful day hinging on the how the poster came out, my night was made by these small acts of outstanding courtesy and service. Other than that I found the prices to be fair and the store to be clean and tidy, all the while situated in a very convenient and easy-to-find location.
Our experience at Officeworks in Brisbane CBD was notably unfavorable, primarily due to the conduct of Luke and Tyler. Unfortunately, the hierarchical dynamics between them appeared unbalanced, as Tyler, the manager, sought advice from Luke, undermining the traditional managerial roles. Regrettably, during our interaction, Luke openly disparaged Tyler's managerial capabilities in the presence of us as the customers and obstructed our attempt to communicate directly with the manager. Moreover, our dissatisfaction intensified when we discovered a more competitive price for a printer elsewhere. Despite initially confirming adherence to their price beat guarantee, the staff, including Tyler, later refused to honor it. Their justifications, upon scrutiny, lacked substantiation when compared to the company's published price guarantee policy. This inconsistency in adherence to policies and the failure to fulfill a previously assured commitment has left us feeling deceived as customers. The inadequate customer service we encountered, coupled with the discouraging hierarchical behavior exhibited by the staff, diminishes our perception of Officeworks. It is disconcerting to witness subordinate staff asserting themselves above the manager and denying customers the opportunity to address concerns directly with the management, solely based on their tenure within the store. Such conduct is not only professionally unsound but also reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.
I do not recommend this store for print and copy needs or any kind of customer service needs. The staff I have come in to contact with are very unhelpful, careless and don’t know their own products. I have had 3 instances of dissatisfaction with their print and copy team. 1. I wanted to get business cards printed and wanted to see a sample of the different paper options. I was informed it was an online only service and couldn’t see a sample. They said they used to have some samples but they were taken and hadn’t been replaced. They then gave me a big book of paper samples and showed me the website page for business cards (which I had already read). The paper samples they gave me did not include any of the paper thicknesses and types that the business cards would print in. When I pointed this out to the staff member, they patronisingly asked me if I had seen a business card before. Needless to say I didn’t go ahead with the business card printing due to having no clue what the quality would be as I didn’t have any samples to go by. 2. I asked for a colour double sided print. In 2 separate occasions, they have printed the double sided prints upside down. I did receive a refund and reprint for one of these but the fact this has happened twice at two different times and by two separate staff members indicates there may be a lack of training for these staff members or just a carelessness in general. Save your time and do not print here.
Nice location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to use self-printing services. I was certain that I would need help trying to print a random file from my phone, but the on-screen self-printing instructions were clear and easy to follow. I simply selected that I wanted to print by email, tapped my card for a small AUD $3 preauthorization charge, emailed the file that I wanted to print from my phone to the address listed on the printer screen, received an immediate confirmation email (check spam folder) with a printing code, entered that printing code into the screen (you can also scan a barcode displayed on the email), selected the filename listed from my private queue (the only file there), chose the paper size option I wanted (it preselects the suggested paper size), approved the preview image, and then my file printed in a few seconds. I then requested a copy of my receipt and was charged around AUD $0.83 for the 1 page print job in color on a large sheet of paper. As a total newbie, it took me about 5 minutes to learn and execute the process without any help whatsoever. Next time it should only take 1 minute. Keep in mind I am a relatively tech-saavy guy, so it may not be as easy for an older, less-tech-saavy person; but even if so the staff will be happy to help! It's amazing how easy technology makes life. Thank you, OfficeWorks!
Store does not know their own return policy. Initially they wont refund a purchase even after providing receipt since I was not able to provide same credit card i made purchase from since i used the google pay to pay for the webcam, it changed my credit card no. I requested for store credit or gift card but they said no and said they cant return it and i have to show the original credit card or bank statement. 3 of them said no to me and stood me there for 10-15mins arguing that i have to show credit card i used or bank statement. Luckily i was able to find it in my google pay activity and then they refunded. As per OW policy if credit card cant be produced a gift card would be issued for return. I went back to let them know about the policy and they told they were not trained for it another person came and had no issue with the teams behaviour and none of them apologise or accept their mistake and told me it does not happen that often so it is ok. Management obviously dont care. I am not surprised your store got 2.9stars probably one of the worst officeworks in Australia.
I normally don’t give one star, this one star I want to give it to a male staff who’s name is started with B. He seems really don’t like working there, I went to officework twice, First time I went there, Mr. B keep checking and refreshing the deleted folder and told me he didn’t receive any of my files ( I’ve sent it 4 times to their email) after 3 times of “ didn’t receive” , I noticed that he was checking the wrong folder, it wasted me 20 minutes without any apologies. The second time, I send my files to their email, I wanted to check whether he got all my files printed because of one file need to enter password to open it. Mr. B interrupted me and said “I’m pretty sure that I’ve got everything” , I was in a hurry and he didn’t want to double check , so I left. When I got home I found that he did miss the one needs password and I have to go back to print it the next day. In a word, impatient and arrogant to customer. Get this one star and you are welcome.
I placed an online print order to be picked up at this store. I was called to be told that their colour printer wasn’t working and they had no idea when the printer would be repaired. When I asked for possible resolutions, I was told I’d have to call around to other stores to see if they would be able to print it and then have the print job transferred from the Adelaide St. store (which also means it would be on me to travel to another area of the city to pick up the print job). They also supposedly can’t give me a refund for the order. The person I spoke with claimed they were unable (and were definitely unwilling) to take responsibility for this failure of their equipment—pretty crucial equipment for a print store, no?—themselves. When I expressed disappointment about this, I was told that it wasn’t their fault “you don’t want to do your job”. Wow.
Do not know why there are so many bad reviews for this officeworks! Printing is extremely cheap, self-serve will let you know the price if you go through the screen options to what you want/you can probably ask before you print on how much it will be, printing employees are extremely nice and make sure to double-check it is what youre printing. Bought an album book here, and many birthday cards with custom artwork through self serve, and was very surprised and appreciative of the quality. Have had some computers through self-serve glitch and need rebooting but, I was selecting a fair amount of photos+ an employee rebooted it quickly for me and it never happened again. Laminator for ~$15 did my Mums papers amazingly. Bit more pricey then say a Kmart but its got way more selection. Polaroid cameras here are great and film is always in stock.
Was there this past weekend to do some printing. Service was slow, not enough printer staff to help serve the customers waiting, and I waited for almost 50 minutes to be served. I requested if they have a particular paper stock but the staff had to ask her supervisor if they have the paper stock (Note: I visited this store back in September and they had the same paper stock and the service was much smoother and faster) The supervisor was busy attending to another customer, so the staff serving me decided to serve the next customer after me. I didn't mind at first but the customer requested for a specific paper stock and again, the staff had to ask the supervisor if they had it. That was when I couldn't wait anymore, and left the store. Absolutely incompetent. Please thoroughly train your printing staff.
I got clicked a passport size photo from Officeworks on Adelaide streets. As I needed an electronic copy of the photo, I asked at the serving counter to send me an email. The person serving said she will send me the copy in a while. I waited for 40 min thinking that I will get an email soon. To remind her I called, said I didn't get my electronic copy of the photo that I just got clicked. She informed me that, I will get an email soon. It was urgent for me, so after an hour, I called again. She said that the store is really busy so she will send me ASAP. I pleased the lady that it is urgent for me if she can JUST CLICK A BUTTON to send an email. I still didn't get any email. (CHECKED MY SPAMS AS WELL) Now I have missed my deadline because of bad service from Officeworks. Very disappointed.
Careless & horrible service every time I come here. I am on my fifth visit to get an A1 page printed for our A-frame holder. I attend this Officeworks regularly to get printing for work and each time I see a staff member that looks like they don't want to be there, sharing their poor attitude through service with a customer. We even have a running joke at work saying to keep our service better than Officeworks. Back to my A1 print, though, they've cut it wrong four times now. and, I was told to come back again tomorrow, with no apology on wasting my time... again. And, I still am not certain that tomorrow it will be printed and cut correctly. Please have some pride in your work team, and if you make a mistake, a little apology, reassurance, and a better attitude will go a long way.
Mostly got unpleasant experience with staff members there. When I asked them a question, one of them ran away like she did not want to talk with me and other experience, one male staff talked behind my back with his co-worker sarcastically without knowing I was right there. The last experience that I got recently is when I asked a question to the staff, her facial expression was so weird and bad. She looked like even mad. It was hard to forget that serious face which was made all of a sudden right after I talked to her because I saw her smiling at other customer 1sec ago. You don't have to smile at me, or be overly kind to me but at least you should not make me question about 'is there any problem with me seeking for help?' If you are there to help customer and get paid for that.
Guys you need to work with your staff to develop better customer service. I love Officeworks, and I frequently visit your store as it's close to my work, but yikes when it comes time to pay it is a miserable experience! I also really dislike your staff attitude to click and collect orders. I stood in the designated "click and collect" spot and was ignored by staff having a chat to each other for several minutes (I do appreciate they might have been talking about work, but a nod of acknowledgement or a "be right with you" wouldn't go astray) and then, despite standing in the click and collect circle, I get a "hi, what's up?" As a greeting. It's just a bit of a lackluster experience. I feel sorry for people who are that dreary at work - surely you can help them out?
Terrible service for printing. They guy didn’t even spoke to me, hr just throw me a cable (which I assumed it was to connect my usb) and the throw a booklet (which I also had to assumed that it was to choose the paper I wanted to print on). All of this without asking one single thing. Then he started printing without checking if it was okay. Obviously it wasn’t because he didn’t care enough to even ask. Then he follow to print it again incorrectly as he printed it in the wrong font. A good service would be to do a TEST print to see if the customer is happy with the result. To finish off this amazing experience, I requested for these to be cut at A5 which he then did, however half of them where not even the same size. I wasted my money and my time.
Officeworks Adelaide st CBD 20/12/23, service needs improvement staff looked busy and overwhelmed, dusty printers that did not look clean or maintained! my printer toner was low and I asked a staff member about it and he said that's normal, (brushed me off) I tried another machine and the copies were better, basically I paid for poor quality on the first machine. The second machine I used ran out of paper, waited ages for help and then it didn't print my receipt that I needed for work and was told there's nothing they could do, Please employ staff to help customers on the self service machines. Tomorrow I will try the Milton store wish me luck
Very very disappointed with this store. Unprofessional service and no Caring for customers in all points. I have purchased a photo book at this store. They told me it will be delivered between 4 and 8 business days. I have purchased on 27th/03 and still waiting for it. They put fault on their supplier. But at some point, don't sell a product if you cannot deliver to your customer. No phone calls from them, no communication. I needed to call them and go on store for nothing. I am still waiting and it is going to be my 4th week... Go to another store really because they are hopeless.
The customer service is abhorrent. Waited at the counter for over 15 minutes. Staff were not only unwilling to help me — they were walking past me without even acknowledging my presence. Their attitude was borderline passive-aggressive for no apparent reason. And I didn’t get a sense that they were overly busy — there were only 2-3 customers besides me in the entire store. They were deadbeat slow and lazy. Overall, it took me over 40 minutes to get a few photos printed. This is unacceptable. The store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
The staff here has always been responsive and professional which is a real compliment as I'm sure they must deal with some tough customer service situations considering the location of the store. Sometimes things are out of stock, but the store is very busy and located in the middle of hundreds of businesses so it may just be the price paid to have a store so centrally located. The printing here can be a bit of a struggle but again, considering the location and amount of people who visit the store daily, that may be unavoidable.
Worst customer service! Came in to print something on the counter as I didnt my own card with me. 3 staff there just chatting not minding me. After a few minutes, I asked if anyone can help. They said they dont know how to operate the printer, theyre from a different department (???). None even bothered to get someone who can potentially help until I asked if any one else in the store can. They just proceeded to chat. Mind you this was opening time on a Sunday, so it was NOT busy at all. Please train your staff better.
I normally don't give 1 star ..THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING..it was not like that before .I am talking about 5 or 7 years ago. as I was a regular customer of office work. in the past the customer service was brilliant they were always around for customers but it changed to IGNORANT STAFF AND THEY APPEARED TO BE VERY LAZY. .going there Monday to Friday is a night mare..try to do things on Sunday when they are not busy than people might get a better approach from staff.. this is opinion anyway
I just visited office work for my photograph and I requested the gentleman to send me an email besides USB. He resisted, I then told if in case USB detects virus then for safe side I want my photograph in the email and USB. Upon that he turned the monitor screen harshly, which put down toffice work marketing material (I don’t know what to call that). I really feel disrespectful in this shop. I’ll never ever visit office work Adelaide street Brisbane, where staff don’t know basic customer rights.
Convenient location and in general offer a good range of products and services. A lot of the staff are rude and seem disinterested in being there. No smile. No hello. No help even after long wait. No service of any description except for processing my payment. If management doesn't want to invest in better staff and training, they might as well just make the whole store self service. The only difference this would make would be the lack of hostility from staff. Please improve!!!
The customer service at this office works was simply wonderful! That feller with the funky hair, Dan I think his name was?? and helped me with all the doodads and whotsits with ease and a smile. He couldn’t of been a better help. Simply amazing! Thankyou officeworks and thankyou to the feller with the funky hair. I wouldn’t of been able to get my office work done if it wasn’t for you guys. You will surely be seeing me again. It’s even better than a library.
Their staff is just a huge turnover of teenagers and none of them know what is going on in the printing department. You’d think a cbd branch would be on top of it. Either decide if you want to go self serve or make ppl line up like you used to. You can’t make someone line up for 20 mins and then when they finally get to the front of the queue, send them to the back to use self serve which isn’t even properly set up or clear for customers.
Chance went above and beyond to ensure we had our printing order ready for pick up when we needed it. Rang around multiple stores to get the banners needed and delivered to the Adelaide Street store so he could fulfil our order in time for our event. This was appreciated very much and he should be commended for the extra work done for us - this level of customer service is few and far between these days! Thanks again Chance!
I bought a Samsung tablet for my wife which stopped charging after 1 month of use, but was then 2 months old. They woiuld not replace it but charged me to repair i=t as they said it wasn't covered by warranty. After 3 weeks I rang them asking for an update and they said it had been sitting there for over a week waiting to be picked up. No body bothered to contact me and let me know. I will never shop at this store again.
Went in to print an urgent print job of 1000 colour A4 sheets and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours as per a guarantee. The person then stood there no machines on staring at people for over 30 mins.. worst customer service ever. Found a new printer who did 2,500 cut I to A5 full colour on better paper who did it all within 30 mins. Don't waste your time using their service there are better ones in Brisbane City.
Unfortunately, I hired a printing service and the staff refused to cut off the spare edges of the paper, even though the place has specific equipment for this purpose. They also made fun of my face. What a shame. Now I've been to another place that also has paper-cutting equipment and they've done it without charging me anything and without even making a pretence that what I was asking for was something strange.
Worst customer service....especially from the printing area. arrogant boy extremely rude member of staff called Ben. Very off handish to me. He grunted....barely can manage a single polite comment. Clearly this boy was raised poorly. Better suited to MacDonalds. The person before me...an older woman he was extremely rude too....SHAME ON OFFICEWORKS. DO BETTER. . TRAIN THESE RUDE CHILDREN.
I literally just wanted 2 pictures to put in frames I had chosen the frame, I had the pictures ready. I asked for help 4 times and was in the store for an hour. Still left without my 2 pictures. I cannot tell you how annoyed I am with lack of service and how difficult they make it to print pictures. Do I have to beg for someone to spend 5 minutes to help me??? Absolutely ridiculous.
Asked a young lady wearing a "Will" nametag for help on a Monday afternoon around 5PM and she said she would go grab my item and as she walked off she yelled out "I'm going on break!" and left me waiting for 20 minutes never to return. Had to ask another staff member for the same thing. Staff were rowdy and loudly conversing across the store as I was trying to speak, need training!
The staff at the printing counter is the rudest person I met in a long time . He has been ignore me the whole time while I been patient with his bad attitude then I ask him to scan the document for me , I was checking my phone to see if the attachment come through and he shouted at me : are you going to pay ? I don’t think people like that should be working at office work .
Just realize that most 1 star reviews are commenting about the staff's attitude . And I agree. I visited here at 20 Aug. No smile , cold , machine like humans working over there. Personally, I believe they are nice when off from work. So maybe Officeworks should provide better benefits & trainings ... otherwise I would prefer to pay by Self-Service Machines.
Today, My partner and I went into the store to buy a dishwashing liquid and the bad customer service we received from Thea was appalling. Sounded like she was high on something or maybe she doesn’t wanna be there. I also work at OW myself and maybe management should consider rostering someone else who is more active and be more willing to work on Sunday.
Just bought printer off a guy with black hair and glasses wouldn't give me his name! .Bought printer then just rudely pointed me to the cartridges had to go to counter and ask another guy who toke me to the cartridges and pointed, bad service. Rude staff. Will go elsewhere in future! After reading reviews it's a wonder management don't do something.
Tried to return a Chromecast my sister bought me. Had the printed receipt. Had her emailed receipt and had my ID showing we had the same surname and the customer service rep still refuses a refund because I didn't have the original credit card even though that's not stipulated in the returns policy. Officeworks Adelaide Street - you suck.
I travel 30 mins to do my printing, copying and stationery purchases. The self serve photo machines (when they're working) are fantastic! It's a great store. Almost always busy and the staff are so helpful especially Tim and the young man who stands at the stairwell as you enter and leave. Both very pleasant and welcoming! Thank you!
They sold me a broken chair, its adjustable chair and it keeps dropping and does not stay in the same level. Contacted the customer service and they are making return so difficult, i have to wait for them to run test before replacement and i cannot have chair while waiting. Horrible customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !
Went in to print photos, printer ran out of paper then it took forever to get our order. Asked the lady at the counter about them. She went and checked but then just went back to serving other customers and didn’t bother to inform us of our order she checked on and left us standing around forever. Will not go back again
Staffs won’t allow you to do price match. On the website, they said that “if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.”. But if you find something cheaper, they will ask you to add delivery fee.
One Suff member was pretty quick in asking if I'd need help anybody else is trying to ignore to the best of there abilities or flat out telling one that there are busy.. didn't even wait for my question to finish where to pick up... Yeah right feels sh*t.. Two stars because of the long-haired guy ..
I called the store to ask about an item of lost property: a phone. I spoke to a young man called Chance who was exceptionally unhelpful. Fortunately I was rescued by a more mature gentleman, Tim I believe. Thank god. The disgruntled, team of very young staff seem like they really hate being there.
Waiting very long at the print station for a laminate job. Over 20 mins and then another 20 minutes to pick up items a few days later. A lot of staff walking the floor and weren't able to help. Assistants polite although payments are also very slow. Had to return to work and come back later.
Your any stationary needs. Quite busy as it is around queen street, and there are two levels. Found the stuff i needed pretty quickly through the direction of some of the floor staff. Needless to say that the staff was helpful and transaction was smooth. No dramas!
We had the best service from Aria today. He kindly offered help beyond our expectations. He was very patient and extremely helpful, helping us print out visa applications from my mobile phone within a very tight deadline in a busy environment. Thanks again Aria!
This place is a joke. Don’t expect any form of customer service at all. And god forbid you ask for help here. They act like you’re a huge pain if you even need anything. Bunch of employees that obviously hate their job their lives and don’t want to be there.
As a customer I asked for a reason why my order got cancelled. They refuse to tell the reason. Please change the management.i would like give in minus rating unfortunately I don't have option. Please Guys don't order your supplies or stuff in office works.
Everyone needs a Tim in the world who works at the Adelaide Street store. The most kind human. He says hello to everyone who walks in, asks if you need help. Literally so happy to be at his job. I’ve never seen customer service that good. He’s made my day
I never put bad reviews but they really deserve it. For real the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I went to buy the apple pencil and asked 2 times if that was the right pencil because I needed the 2nd generation one. The guy
Bad service. The staff at the checkout counter doesn't care to help the customer. She just standing there looking at me took things out from my basket. so lazy! Should fire her and find someone else more active and willing to work on Sunday.
Staff here have been able to help when I needed print jobs in a hurry, and even gave tips on getting more use out of my Dungeons & Dragons character sheets. Helpful staff, efficient service, good store presentation, and friendly door guard.
Went in because my screens starting to die on my phone, told them I need a new phone in the next few days and needed help picking a phone, the staff said they'd get someone to come over, I was met by Luke and I asked him what processor 2
I avoid this Officeworks. Go to Milton or Windsor. Its far far too small and busy. Never get anything printed here. They always make mistakes, rushing it out to get to the next customer. Lines to the checkout and printing areas go all
Basically I like the service here. But today a mature Indian lady charged me over. However, it is small money she should be fair. I get printed 4 two sided pages, 10 one side pages 14 pages in total, but she charged me 17 pages (8 two
Wanted price match. They said they couldn't do it so I said I'll just order it online Amazon. He looked at computer more and said do you still want them I said yeah if you can do it. Took the people 15min to hunt for product and then
Amazing customer service! I was served by Bryanna who was so lovely and patient. She showed me how to use self serve print and also checked up on me. I left with everything I need alongside a smile from the lovely interaction …
Went to this Office Works and the store was closed at 5.37pm on a Saturday. Google Maps says 6.00pm close! Very cranky, I travelled 30 mins. Waste of time. And, the only store in Brisbane that now closes at 5.00pm on Sat!!
I have been waiting for 30 minutes just to get my photo printed. The devices doesn’t work with an IPhones, at counter service is super slow like it tooks me 20 minutes just wait at the counter to print the photo
The staff member with the eye-patch, that was at the entrance today, asking people if they need a hand with anything 5/5/2023..... Deserves a pay raise. Thanks for your help on the printing machines!
staff are horribly trained and extremely rude. safe to say they lost me as a customer and definitely telling all friends and family not to support this horrible shop. shame on you guys, do better
Don’t waste your time here. Photo kiosks often don’t print out receipts meaning you have to wait 15+ minutes at the hopelessly slow service desk. Ended up leaving without the photos I paid for.
Unhelpful staff and their ordering system is unreliable. My items worth $300+ was not delivered on time and when I spoke to staff they said it would be 2 days but it was still delayed.
Staff insufferably slow and unhelpful. 30 minutes to print and laminate a piece of paper. No one to help those who can’t use self service therefore backing it up for no one else to use
Worst officework. Staff dont seem to care at all. One question gets passed on to 4 different people. Queues remain long with one counter and 3 staff chatting on the side. Horrible.
25c per page to scan documents. How can they justify this? More expensive than colour photocopies! Cheaper to buy a cheap scanner from KMart for the volume of work I need scanning.
Went to print photos and the machines are too temperamental and options too limited. You have to pay before you start so ended up needing a refund too. Total waste of 45 minutes.
Great job price beating from another retailer. JB hifi didn't want to budge from their sale price. Will remember this for future purchases and recommend to our 320 city staff.
Very good printing service and extremely helpful staff especially Skye. Thank you so much for helping me prepare my anniversary gift for my husband. I am impressed!
Printing something is quick and easy and the stuff who works here are very kind and helpful. I printed a 30 A4 page document and I paid $2.40. Overall good service.
This place need to check how they are training the staff to give a proper customer service. The actitud of some of the people a the counter is not good.
Terrible passport photo service. Bad quality photo printing and they don’t even cut the photos for you. They can only give you scissors. Horrible.
I have been very happy with this office works. Good range of products. There printing service is excellent with a good amount of machines.
Best value for money for stationary items. Better than other places in the city. Note, the lineup for photo printing can be a long wait.

That Adam K guy really knows his RJ45 cables and helped me make the correct purchase decision. Would recommend his services.

Absolutely delightful security guard out the front of the store today. Big smile and hello to welcome you into the store
Will Adelaide St store very rude/lazy but another great staff member helped me. They/their needs to learn some manners.
Always in rush it seems like they don’t know what to do with their machine. And super slow service. Frustrated.
Aria was very helpful getting me sorted with some computer cables I was in need of. Will definitely be back.
Had lunch here. The fellow called Adam makes a perfect cappuccino ! Also blueberry muffin was delicious!
In and out in 5 minutes, passport photos done to standard.Pleasant young staff member was helpful.
Most of the time they are out of stock, specially the electronics & computer products.
Small store but seem to have everything. Staff could be a bit more friendly!!!
