Dissatisfied with the customer service from the print and copy department at Eastern Creek, a bunch of children working in this department who lack work ethic and accountability. No customer focused service being provided by employees. To the store manager/area manager please train these employees better.

After a massive mistake from Epson, the staff at Officeworks went out of their way to help fix the situation. I have rarely seen such amazing customer service. Couldn't find a memory stick full with sensitive personal documents. Then i remembered i used it to print at Officeworks about a month before. I went back and found it. A young lady came with a box full with these from customers. I was so pleased with their attitude of keeping them just in case.
