Old Navy advertised 75% off entire store but it was ONLY on selected items. I wanted to buy a sweater in another colour that I had purchased before Christmas for $15. Today the sweater was $44.95 ...full price with no reduction. Also the sales person I asked to help me find the sweat shirts that were advertised for $12 had no idea what a sweat shirt was and had no idea where to look for them. I am a regular Old Navy shopper and I was extremely disappointed shopper today. I left the store with NO PURCHASES

Got nasty looks from a female young teenage store worker because i sneezed (and i covered) She was short in height and had brown hair brown eyes who's hair was in a ponytail. She continued to give me rude looks and I felt uncomfortable and had to leave. Customers should never feel this way. I came on a weekday (Wednesday or tuesday i believe) around 12:30-1:00. nasty employee.

My girlfriend and I needed outfits for a wedding this past weekend and Paula and JoJo saved the day! They were fast and prompt after taking the over the phone order was taken. My girlfriend was unsure of the romper colours so they displayed the 4 options in the window for her to pick. Overall great wholesome experience. Thanks JoJo and Paula !

Old Navy is one of my favorite stores to shop at for my grandchildren just a note if you buy the bag that says Old Navy and the date underneath you will receive an extra 10% over and above any any sale I have personally saved well over $3,000 using this bag with my grandchildren over the past few years it is well worth the purchase every year

I will never buy anything from here again. Not old is my order late, they removed items from my order that were originally available, now they are not because they took so long to process it. They also went into my bank multiple times and took put money. This is ridiculous. Never again!

Ordered pants online during the shut down & they ended up the wrong size. I couldn't find the receipt or order number but the sales girl found the info for it with just a few questions. She was super friendly, helpful and sweet. I left very happy & encouraged to shop here again.

very disappointed that you no longer give air miles it was the whole reason i shopped there now there is no need i can buy clothes any where i would go to your store for the air miles so now that you dont give them i will not have any reason to shop there any more

Disappointed, I bought a pair of pants yesterday but had to return them today because the leg was not wide enough. It is getting harder and harder to find pants that fit people with wide legs. There is also no consistency in the small medium large sizing anymore

I really do wish companies would realize that not all women like spandex. Could you not create some jeans without so much spandex. The pair I bought even though they were the right size, the spandex in the legs keep pulling my pants down, even with a belt.

I find that this location is often low on stock. The children's section is usually left messy. The staff is very friendly and the lineups move quickly. Discounts on next purchases are often offered.

Shopped here today with my family and our cashier (Allone?) had such a good personality! She went out of her way to help us and was very knowledgeable. Made our experience much better.
