My most favourite Old Navy location, cause of the nicest, kindest customer service. 2 people in particular have always EXCEPTIONALLY HELPED OUT. Utsav, who in a heartbeat, so pleasantly got the ladder to get the required sizes from the top shelf. Prior to helping me out, Utsav already was doing a million things, he was fixing other shelves, assisting as many other customers, and to my surprise when I approached him, he with a big smile wasted zero seconds to help me out. 2nd gentleman is the person on the counter that I have dealt with twice, but didn't take his name. He is tall, possibly south asian, always has a mask with a good set of curly long hair. I one time had lost my receipt. He so amazingly guided me on how to retrieve it using different options. Always so patient with my exchanges or to find other sizes. Always so efficient and so knowledgeable. A Big Thank You to most people working here, as you all make my shopping experience a convenient and pleasant one. Such awesome customer service.

Store is nice and clean well organizes ladies and gents departments, easily accessible from outside of the STC or inside from the STC, they have required more staff to attend customer on weekends, I visited multiple times have same experience. In addition, they do not have multiple choice for stuff, they have 2-3 type of pattern for cloths and different size that’s it. If they keep multiple choice might be good idea. Or maybe they have and I do not see customer attendant that can be possible too as I mentioned both time I have not meet any single guys who can help me out, Before COIVD I visited too but same experience

Great jeans are discounted at 50% off Unfortunately ALL the 12 pairs of Jeans I tried were either too tight I couldn't walk in them or way too big. But at least they were accommodating too let me try them on before making a decision too/ not too make a purchase. Unlike other stores that dont have accessible change rooms Like seriously people are still gonna have try the clothes on if they buy them then have too return if they don't fit which I think is a terrible inconvenience and waste of bus fare. I just dont buy clothes from stores that dont let you try before you buy.

I was looking for a snow jacket and asked one of the employees (there were very few by the way, I really wished they invested more on customer service) and the guy pointed out to a stack of jackets. I am lucky that I had some of my parents' friends coming to help me because turns out, they were not snow jackets but much lighter jack ets. I was really close to wasting my money into buying something I didn't need. I really wish they invested more on hiring more employees and teaching them about the type of products present.

Clearance become Full Price at the counter. Who did that? Their supervisor. She didn't explain anything, she just took off red tag and apply full price on it in front of me. Until I asked where is the red tag, she said "she removed it" without any explanation. I had to tell her I got it from Clearance shelf (leftover) then she applied half price on that. If you told me, red tag is somebody made mistake, I may accept your answer. But without explanation and no communication, it's not professional.

My family has been shopping here as long a I can remember running around as a kid. The store has a wide, variety of clothes for all age groups and genders, but not enough styles to choose from imo. They’ll all basic with simple colours and pattern designs. Change rooms are always messy af whenever I visit. The jeans are probably best asset in their store. There are sales that happen from time to time too. Would recommend to families who are looking for clothes on a budget.

Its a great place to shop for clothes women, men and for children. I adore their kids selection. Reasonably priced and good selection. Great place to shop for gifts during xmas time and they give out coupons and worth it to use it within the time period. Customer service is good transactions are smooth and helpful staff. Black Friday sale is a steal always. And ofcourse they have clearance section too for those who want to spend less on good quality.

I’m just looking for a bright plain short-sleeved shirt so I quickly dropped into this upper level Old Navy store at the Scarborough Town Centre. They have clothing and accessories for the whole family so the signage of 50% off lured me in. Well, I found something that was regularly $29.99 marked down to a promo price of $11.99. It took me more time to go through a very busy checkout than it did to find my shirt. Well, I guess that’s the real cost of a deal.

This is a big location. For kids, I feel like they have what most stores have, although because it’s so big I thought they’d have way more. For adults, they are great! There is a huge selection of things, this location tends to be quite busy, and crazy if they are having their November/December deals. Make sure at those times you go early! Staff at this location is generally very helpful

Signage is terrible. N ppl on floor r rude n unhelpful. I asked a question to some girl on the floor. She gave me a 1 word answer made no eye contact. No offer to help or anything. Just rude. Would rather shop online then deal with ppl with no customer service skills. Also noticing online prices r much cheaper for the same product. N at least the prices r labeled

The old navy at stc mall really needs to fix their price scanner on the wall or remove it! Why have something up to scan prices if its not going to give the price of ANY items in your store?! Very frustrating..especially how theres no one on your floors to help and theres no damn way am i going to stand in your long asss line just to ask for a price scan!

I made it 2 minutes before they closed. The white guy with tattooes and piercings yelled at me infront of everyone even though I just wanted 1 thing. I didn’t go in. A white lady came right after and he let her in with no problem and with a nice smile. Guess being coloured means you don’t get to go into old navy best experience ever. …

Had decent experience in this store for years but today was astonishing. Encountered a rude employee who later just followed me around the store, arguing after I asked her if a dress was on sale. I asked for a manager but I was told that it was her, even though she had a name tag that said trainee. Will not be going to this store again.

Just overheard the manager (Dan) belittle a customer behind their back for not knowing their size. Continued to chat with another associate about this customer. This is not customer service and unfortunately taints an established brand. I typically don’t shop here but after overhearing this, it gives me yet another reason not to.

When im changing in the changerooms, I don't like to see large grotesque obese female indian employees peeping through the cracks in the doors as im trying on clothes. I feel violated and when I demanded the employees name they ran off into the back room. So embarrassed I left that establishment. I'll never ever shop here again

Ok casual wear at fairly good prices. Wait for sales but get there early. Could do a better job at arranging their displays or have staff do more frequent cleanups - clothes are sometimes in piles but I guess even Old Navy doesn't think that the value of their clothes are worth the time to display appropriately.

Its a good store but the stock is limited and if we compare it to the Scarborough city population ; it should have more openings in the city with more variety added .Scarborough people enjoy style plus variety because thats what the spirit of the city reflects too. So please give us more and everything ⚘

this place good for families with kids. very Affordable school supplies. indoor shoes for inside the classroom and outdoor shoes without Shoelace. every thing you may find in here little cheap. you have to look for it. unfortunately clothes are pill up and mix. get your luck there and find good items.

Old Navy at STC. Went to return an item because I was given the wrong item at first. Camille was amazing, very professional, friendly and even made sure that everything was convenient for me! Her customer service skills are amazing, especially during this pandemic. Glad I called while she was there.

I do not regularly shop for myself at old Navy because I have never found clothing that fits me in a flattering style. However, I found old Navy to prepare useful for my baby daughter. They have a good variety of cute and comfy outfits that she has enjoyed. They are sensibly sized and fit her well.

Quite like shopping in this store. It's unfortunate that so many of their mens' shirts are "slim fit", 'cause that ain't me. But still, a healthy variety of selections. Watch for their sales as the prices are certainly more steep than they used to be. Friendly and helpful staff.

Always go there with my family. Especially shopping for my kids.can get clothes in a reasonable price and have varieties. But once I got men t-shirt for $10 and it was not up to the quality. I know can't expect the Quality for $10 t-shirt but still it could have been better.

There is no plus size section, and not everything comes in plus sizes. You have to search through each item to see if it comes in plus sizes. Shopping here is both demoralizing and frustrating. I was very frustrated by the time I gave up. Old Navy REALLY needs to do better.

We went their to buy jackets if available, but didn't find. However, my wife bought a white pant and a shirt at a reasonable price which she liked very much. Thea store has good stock of summer items and some winter cloths are still there. Overall it was a nice experience.

I love the store for kids but they suck when it comes to a plus size section. They dont have anything for us bigger people which makes me not go in to shop and I could spend a good amount of money but id rather shop at the store that I can get everything I need in one stop

This a great place to shop for apparel both men and women and kids as well. Products are nice design, good quality and very affordable. Service is good. Sales people are nice. Big bonus it's inside the mall. Many shops to visit. Parking is lots.

Went in looking for pants. Came out with pants. Lol! Store is well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms are sanitized after each use. The lineup though....only 2 cashiers...stood in line with 1 item for approximately 15 minutes.

Usually pretty busy. Lines tend to get really long to the point where I don't want to wait in them just to buy what I want. I would rather go to their site online to shop. If there's days where you're lucky when it's not busy, take advantage.

Good store. Always busy. Can't beat the prices. The employees try hard to keep the displays organized but clothes are usually thrown everywhere especially when there is a sale which is pretty much every other day so be prepared to dig.

Old Navy is ok. I find that they don't have much of a selection especially when it comes to the boys clothing. To me, I find that the women's clothing look all the same just different colours and patterns. You get what you pay for.

I wasn't able to find any help for an item I needed so me and my wife left the store without purchasing the item we initially went in the store for. Not recovered at all, so finding some items was a challenge. Reasonable priced.

highly deceptive pricing. Don’t trust the price sign on the racks. They will stack their items like a thrift shop with a $9.99 sign and price them at $80+ Customers are better off at urban planet, the store across them.

I ask to the staff if I can pay with stc gift card and they told me that I can't. Then I asked to the cashier and she said it's ok. I almost leave the store and dont buy nothing because they don't know what they acept

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Old Navy, and I must say, their services were absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, my experience with this clothing website was nothing short of remarkable.

It was ok the nice stuff not on sale and hard to find the sizes in the stuff that are reasonably priced. Otherwise expensive and no even approachable staff to ask for help besides the greeter when you enter.

They have a good mix of pretty good clothes, but the lineups really make me question how much I want whatever I've picked up. The store at Scarborough Town has been busy every single time I have gone there.

Always very busy, the prices are good though. They dont often have sales from the times i've been there but their prices are good to begin with. Only issue i have with this old navy is how busy it gets.

Their website showed they sell maternity and new born clothing, went in the store and did not find what I was looking for. Other clothing are just fine! Winners is the best place to shop around.

I love shopping at ON but don't get here on a Sunday at 9am as Google says it is open like I did! They don't open until 10am because of mall hours. I wasted one hour at Walmart until ON opened.

I'm never disappointed when I shop here. Everything just seems to fit better. I'm slim and wear medium tops, but Old Navy tops are always better fitting than other stores.
