I personally got once of the worst experience entering to this Old Navy store. I came into this place at 4:45 pm on Saturday last week. When I was entering into the store, I’ve said “Bonjour” to the girls that suddenly approaching to me. She didn’t reply back to me with a hello or good afternoon, so she just told me “we are going to close the cashiers in 5 mins”. I’ve noticed that she was mad looking at me. I think that she’s a supervisor in store, anyway…. Come on!!! It was 4:45pm, what was the point here to answering in that way? I’ve just turned around and get out the store as quickly I could. I personally think that stores Old Navy Canada need to have a closer look at how customers are treated when they come to the store. This situation doesn’t happens in US stores. Even though it was 15 mins left to close, I considered that it was enough time to place an order or get a excellent customer experience. Case that didn’t happened to me in this store. In conclusion, I will try to avoid coming to this place as much as I could.

I bought 2 identical t-shirts, 1 for me and 1 for my 4 year old Godson. My T-shirt was on special from 19.95 to 15.95, but my Godson's was 19.95 , not on special . Where is the logic? When I asked the cashier where the logic was all I got is that it is the way Old Navy decided to do it. Old Navy sure did not use their common sense.

1. Good collection and discounts. 2. Cheap quality. 3. Good service from most of the employees. 4. Make sure that you have a good idea on how to get and claim Old Navy Super Cash. pls dot let a single employee to confuse you regarding Super Cash and it’s customers’ advantages .. Happy shopping..

Great quality products for the price. I'm really picky about my cloth so it's kind of hard finding nice cloth and I have my brand and everything you know. I bought one shirt there and I love it. My girlfriend have hard time to find pants and she founded THE one there. Great service also.

Poor organization, staff are clueless of there inventory. Some of the clothes had holes and stains. When asking for help we were told to just look around because inventory is scattered accros the store. Clean store, missing lots of sizes, cant find anything we want. Staff needs training.

I love love loved my first experience in that store.. I will always shop at this old navy store... The staff are very courteous, polite and friendly. It's like shopping inside a home because of how they make you feel...

Bad experience!! .first purchase online did not fit my son. I was refunded half of what i payed because of the shipping fee. Not pleased at all. Cautious with online purchases at this company!!!! I do.not recommend

The store has incorrect time on Google. It said it's open till 9 pm and we travelled all the way here from west island just to findout that the information was incorrect.. Very disappointing

They have good prices for clothing but there is not enough changing room for the number of customers. Customer service should be way better.

Not as big as the old navy in the Eaton centre downtown. The selection wasn't great either.
