We were seated by the door, fine. They lost our names on the waitlist , fine. But the server went ahead and added charges to our order when I clearly had asked her to change my order from the never ending soup and salad to the never ending pasta. There were 2 other people on my table who were getting salad. She mentioned that If I switched she would have to charge me 2 times. One for the never ending pasta and one for the never ending soup and salad. The waitress /hostess acted as if was being dishonest and I think that is very rude. I had only received my soup and the salad was placed on the table . I told her I don’t need the salad which was there for 2 other people as well, so Ill take the never ending pasta with soup. She thought it was funny and proceeded to charge me 2 times for two different menu items. When we went to correct it She said one of us ordered a soup and salad. They removed the soup and sald from the bill and added an extra NEP, and then she acted like she didn’t remember our first conversation. So your telling me that I’m not allowed to change my order and such a simple switch at that ? Management acted like we were wrong as well. What in the world? I have never gotten such bad service here before. This is our go to spot in the neighborhood where me and my family go to often. In summary I had no idea that the never ending pasta was with the soup or salad. When I found out at the beginning of our seating I switched the order. Simple. I’ll be going elsewhere. I’m sure management doesn’t care. Manager and Waiter, Whatever you call the one who takes our order made something so so simple very complicated. They treated my family like we were dishonorable. That’s a big deal to me. I had clearly told the girl that I did not have want the salad and did not even touch it. Fridays going out to eat with my family was supposed to be easy and simple after a long work week. Never again. Next time don’t inadvertently accuse your customers and treat them like trash. We were a party of 6 btw. And more at times . We will take our business somewhere else.

Went there today to take my 2 little ones to eat. Ordered got some smoothies and drinks then I wanted to make sure we all washed our hands before eating, so I took my kids to the bathroom to wash them real quick. Didn’t even use the bathroom just washed our hands and came back to our whole table cleared off and empty. Literally gone for 2 minutes. And we hadn’t even touched our stuff yet kids smoothies were full to the top still. even had a menu there still so I can look at dessert. Our waiter came by and said oh ate you guys leaving? I told her no someone cleared off our table. And the guy cleaning tables was cleaning 2 tables over and I asked him if he cleared our stuff er didn’t touch yet and he said no . I seen my glass of water in his bin too bcus I had mine with lemons inside it so I don’t know why he tried to lie to me for. No apology either. Anyways had to get our stuff all over again which was annoying because who just clears untouched stuff. Train your staff better. Who wants to go eat somewhere unprofessional like that. It’s not a mistake it’s just careless. First time I been back here in a few years n wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. On a positive note the salad was alright, kids liked the shrimp scampi I ordered but not all of what they ordered which was the kids pizza n spaghetti. My daughter said her Mac n cheese was tasty lol.

It was my first and last time at this location. Last night November 15th, like around 8:00pm me and some friends were racially profiled. We got to the location and we asked for a table for 3 and everyone at the front desk was only staring at us for a good minute we got sat down and the waitress took our order and only came to check on us 2 times there was another lady checking on the other tables but never checked on us something that was not okay of her part bc we were the only table she didn’t go up to, she must have been a manager or a shift lead because she was dressed different. On our way out they stoped us and asked if we had payed already and we told her we did and she asked for the receipt something we didn’t have because we left it at the table and then she asked the girl that was our server if we paid and to be honest I didn’t hear her response and this lady went to the table and she saw that we did pay and only said “you guys are good to go” like come one she didn’t even say sorry or nothing This was not okay in my opinion like was it really necessary to do all of this in front of other people. We were very much humiliated.

We were seated immediately and had great service. The decor is lovely and the eggplant parm was cooked to perfection. The eggplant was crispy on the outside and hot and creamy inside. I do wish the sauce had an herbier taste. My friend had the 5 Cheese Ziti and loved it. We both took home half the meal cuz they gave us so much food. The take home meals for $6 were perfect for my friend to take home to her kids. I really enjoyed the generous space given to each booth or table area. We could easily hear each other and felt as if we were at a higher end restaurant. It was a very nice experience.

To start with, I bypassed a closer Olive Garden to dine at a “better location “ and still became disappointed in my entire experience! For starters Cassandra sat us down who was very nice and pleasant, But Apparently she failed to tell Erica about the orders she took for us before she left for the evening! The food was over cooked and had to be replaced/recooked at that point we decided to take it to go! After waiting several minutes for the additional Togo orders we placed I had to actually ask/remind them that the orders was placed and paid for I was ready to leave. After getting out orders straightened out we set on the indoor bench where another lady was sitting there also we was approached by Val and said “oh you have to wait outside “ although nothing was said to the other lady sitting down until we attempted to have a seat! Very dissatisfied!

Honestly, since the pandemic hit this place has been going down hill. Used to come here a lot pre pandemic and the staff was great! Now something is off. I’ve ordered takeout twice and each time there was issues with my charges. I place an order and paid said amount for it online. Then when I pick my food up I get charged for an “extra entree” I never wanted nor received with my original order. The first time I let it go. The second time I didn’t even notice the extra $25 charge until I looked at my account. I seriously didn’t think they would do it to me twice. I called and spoke to a manager who said the charge would be refunded. Its way past the 3-5 business days and nothing. Once ok. Twice? Your robbing people. Smdh. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the food was good.

Very convenient (and safe) pick up options. After you order online, you get a text with a link. When you arrive you click on the link and enter your parking spot number. Your food is brought out to you. I had them leave it on the curb in front of my car and picked it up from there. Was never even close to anyone and the person who brought the food out was wearing a mask. Food is great too :) I had the shrimp scampi. There were a lot of shrimp and it was very tasty. Have been here for a team lunch on a weekday. Not so busy. Got a nice seating. Server was amazing, responsive, constantly checking if we required anything. Coming to the order for the day, we ordered Minestrone soup(6), Salad(2), Breadsticks(2), Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno, Eggplant Parmigiana, Cheese Ravioli and Shrimp Scampi. Everything was served hot. We ordered from lunch menu, liked everything. Note that quantity is mostly for one person if you are ordering from lunch menu. If you want to try more varieties go with lunch menu, but you will be missing on few specialities. Best part was the total came to $80ish which we didn’t expect.

The BEST Shrimp Alfredo! I always get it with some black olives on the side so I can add it in. Olive Garden’s Alfredo sauce has always been so divine to me extra creamy, rich, cheesy and buttery. Just truly unbeatable, everything you would hope for in the perfect Alfredo. Great friendly service every time I come here and they really give you a good size portion of food. I’ve never had a problem at this location. We always come here for our family birthdays. The dessert I can’t get enough of and always have to get is the chocolate brownie lasagna cake. It’s delicious just the right amount of chocolate, it melts in your mouth the way the layers hit your tongue is just different than traditional cakes you find.

We had the chance to meet at Olive Garden with a handful of long time friends, it actually was the first time they been to this location... service was great our server Lhaiza G. was so helpful and also very knowledgeable of the food choices. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana but the marinara sauce was very spicy when we asked the Manager if the sauce was supposed to be that spicy he said that we got served the wrong sauce. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to removed the charge for our main course so we got a pretty good discount on our check. Thanks Olive garden of making our dinner quite special...

I don’t ever normally do ratings, but I just had to come on here and say this location of Olive Garden is by far my favorite one. Not only the servers were amazing but the manager as well. He at least came to our table 5 times and many times to the rest of the dine in guests making sure we were all satisfied. The staff seems to do a good job of getting customers to tables, so waits aren’t too long. I’ve gone during busy hours, and I’ve always been placed for seating under the predicted time. Almost every waiter/waitress I’ve had has been friendly and attentive. Drinks are kept full and breads sticks/salad/soup refilled. As much as I love Olive Garden, the prices for typical menu items seems to be more pricey than they should be. Look for their lunch or dinner specials for best deals. 4 stars mainly for pricing and also breadsticks aren’t always consistent (temperature, seasoning, etc).

Food was decent, not amazing but not bad either. Clarissa the server, however, is on another level! We had a bday party of 7, who were somewhat demanding (7 waters but no ice in one, drinking straws for 2, extra orange for the Blue Moon, bottle of Merlot but only 4 glasses, etc) but she met every request with a smile. She automatically split the check without asking, even corrected the checks as requested so the wine would be on mine. She made it a 5-star experience and everyone made sure to tip 30-50%

I knew Olive Garden was known for “fake Italian food”, but my god I didn’t expect it to be this bad. The breadsticks are basically hot dog buns. The alfredo sauce might have been based on Elmer’s glue. The “chicken” had the consistency of spam. And everything was absolutely flavorless. How is this place so crowded? There are so many better options, people. Service was good, though… it’s not their fault they have to serve microwaved noodles.

It was New Years eve when I tried to call in an order hoping I could get it by a certain time. I was told it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. I didn't have the much time. I headed there anyways, taking a chance against time!! I walked in and sat at the bar. Ordered my meal and had time to enjoy a drink while I waited for my food. My order was ready in 15 minutes and I even had a few minutes to spare!! Thanks to the bartender and the chefs for my delicious food and amazing drink. It was a great way to end 2021!

Food and service is generally tasty. Management is friendly and cordial. Some of the waiters need some training or interpersonal communication skills development. The last two times I've been I'll ask for Diet Coke and they bring out regular or something else. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, but when ask politely if the waiter can fix my drink I don't expect to be debated about the issue or whether or not they got the right drink; none of that matters to me if my concern is addressed with a friendly response.

When we arrived our table was dirty, I asked the server for a rag so I can clean it myself (Because I don't mind at all & I understand mistakes happen). Well she immediately got an attitude and was just in a bad mood. Then when she brought out our food one of the plates was dirty. The food and flavor was great! But the service was not. Maybe she was having bad a day who knows, but that is still no excuse to treat customers that way.

We came on 9/15 for dinner. Our server Matthew was awesome. He was courteous. He described the newest items perfectly and was extremely accommodating. His answer to everything was "yes, I'll get that for you right away" and never flinched, winced or changed his tone. We greatly appreciated that. He was also very attentive. He took note that we didn't like onions on the salad, but loved olives and on the refill of salad he omitted the onions and added olives. We were very happy with the service.

Pathetic service and experience - our server Wendy ruined it for us. She was extremely incompetent and insensitive, would not help us with our orders, kept slamming our food on the table and spilling it. I stopped at this Olive Garden Italian Restaurant while on my way to Morgan Hill to take my old pal Wally Tinkerdoodle the Wayback Machine I got from Mr. Peabody last week. Tinkerdoodle needs to go somewhere and the only thing that will help is the Wayback machine, so there it is. The Olive Garden is a wonderful experience, every time I eat there, no matter which location, I have a truly amazing meal, today was no exception. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I placed an order to go and patiently waited inside my car. Service was great in regards to bringing the food right to your car door. However, I ordered the unlimited salad, soup and breadsticks option and I made a note to get at least two portions of each but I only got 1 portion of each. I think you get a better deal when you eat inside since you order twice as much if you want to get the unlimited offer. Other than that, food was OK :)

Four of us went there for lunch. Service was great, and food was good, but 4.49 for a soft drink? The meals were 11.99. We had soup and salad. Sodas cost almost half the price of a meal. This place is disappointing, took awhile to have someone serve us and they forgot 1 of our waters. 10 to 15 minutes just to receive some salad. By the time we were almost done with our food they bring us our bread. Never asked if we wanted a refill of water either. Waiter also didn't seem very motivated to help. They could do better and they should with how pricy their food is since it's not exactly cheap either.

I live in Los Angeles and I visited this place for lunch during my business trip to Bay Area. I am a vegetarian so had salad and other vegetarian items. Food was good and service was excellent. I brought food for my family members and the food was packed nicely for the flight so I didn't have any problem at the security. My family members too liked the food.

Honestly, I love this place so much. Great customer service (even when you can tell they’re new) and great food. You’ll probably see my husband and I here every week because we absolutely love it here. He gets the Tour of Italy and I always get Alfredo and both are just… *chefs kiss*. We ordered from the gluten free menu and called it in. The chicken Parmesan turned out to be very disappointing plain meat. I think the cook improperly made it initially. They called our house and I said it was an allergy not a preference. So they just scraped off sauce breading cheese etc leaving me 2 plain chicken things and noodles with sauce in another bowl. I didn’t”t get chicken Parmesan

The people here are always friendly & helpful, and the salads are huge and fresh and refillable. The bread sticks are hot and delicious and also refillable. They have a few specialty dishes which are always different & new, and those are fabulous. It has been my experience, however, that several of their regular pasta standbys are merely average. That's the only reason I took off one star.

Went here for a birthday dinner with five people seating was a bit cramped. The service was amazing. The food was also very good and hot. We had a great experience at this particular Olive Garden. The wait time was short, compared to various other locations in the area, our server was extremely nice and made sure we we're taken care of, as well as answered any questions we had. Our food was delicious and overall, we we're happy with this dinner. Tip: Add yourself to the online wait list for an event shorter wait time!

The food was wonderful! The service was excellent. They have a Monday through Thursday special from 3:00 to 5:00. They offered a free glass of house wine as well. We received a choice of un ending soup or salad and 15 entrees to choose from for $10.99 each. We had the mushroom ravioli and mushroom sauce! Delicious and creamy sauce! Also unlimited bread sticks! We will be returning!

The servers are very attentive and helpful. I wish I remembered my server's name, today, because she was so kind, patient, and the best server I have encountered at this location. I often have really good experiences here. My food came out really fast. The food, here, is superb, and tasty. I love the shrimp scampi, endless salad and bread sticks!

The location is great, host is polite and helpful. We're told to be seated in 20-25 minutes but actually got called in about 5 minutes. The food is great, all pastas are delicious, pizza is good too. There is a kids menu for little ones. The service is ok, not great, not bad. The parking lot at the plaza is big enough for restaurant guests.

Must be new management. More staff, better quality of food. I had the calamari appetizer which was lightly battered not greasy. The kale zuppa was light not soggy. The zoodle primavera with sauteed shrimp was crispy light needed black pepper. And the black tie dessert was rich nicely made.

came here with my family on Sunday night, and despite that it was close to closing time and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, service and food was excellent. food was filling and delicious. drinks were good too. Jonathan was our server, he was so friendly, patient, and good looking as well. 10/10 would reccomend.

Food: Salad Minestrone soup was good. It was fulfilling and had a good amount of beans, tomatoes, and other veggies. The chicken and yoki soup is delicious. The soup is very creamy. Service: The waitress was very sweet. She provided us with some helpful advice. She made sure we were good throughout our meal.

I'm not sure if tonight was an off night, but the waitress spilled water on one of us, my brother was given a kids portion at adult price, they forgot one of our meals that we had to remind them to bring out and the chicken was basically a brick. Not a good night all in all. My meal was fine though.

Very nice for meeting up with friends and/or families. Plenty of parking. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable ambiance. The Zuppa Toscana soup is delicious, and the server will keep refilling it as much as you want. Lots of variety of dishes to order. You will not go home hungry!

Amazing!! The food was great and the waiter was sooo friendly. She talked to the you get kids like they were her close friends. She made jokes with the adults and made us feel more welcome. I ordered a mushroom ravioli plate and it was just amazing. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

It was great, unfortunately I sat by a family with no respect. Let there children scream and run around the table and we're not told anything by the management. Don't get me wrong, the food is always great...but I did not enjoy my day at all. Wish I could have moved spots.

Not a bad Olive Garden location. Ordered the stuffed pasta dish and berry sangria. Obviously it’s a chain restaurant so don’t expect too much. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. 4 stars because for the prices I’d rather go to a mom and pop restaurant spot

This place is awesome!! Our server Erick was so helpful and friendly. He took care of me and my sister and made our experience great! We got seated right away and didn't have to wait that long to be approached about our order. This is one of my top 5 places to eat.

Good selection of great pasta dishes. Service is always exceptional. The bar serves amazing concoctions as well as non alcoholic beverages. On the pricey side but they boast a delicious easy-on -the pocket menu as well. Good place to bring the kids too.

Very quick and kind service here. Ordered the Tour Of Italy. They got the food out reasonably fast. Would recommend this place. 4 starts out or 5 because the table next to us got water spilled on then twice is a row and it was her birthday. Awkward.

Food was good. Service was ok. I couldn't get over the fact that my server gave me 6 ounces of wine when I ordered a 9 ounce glass. She did however pour me a half glass after my first to make up for it. It's just that i wanted all 9 ounces at once.

Good food. The un-ending salad and soup with the hit bread sticks are awesome. Chicken scampi was good too. Most importantly these days, the service was 5 star. The server was so nice and attentive.

All in all a very good experience.  Waiter did a good job, very cordial, respectful and upbeat.  He escorted us through the finer point of the menu; coached us through the wine venue for a good Chardonnay with dinner and took our drinks

Good Service and much heavier portions as compared to Cheesecake factory. It is open till 11 so good for a later dinner. Unlimited soup refills go a long way.

Waitress was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and made my wife and I feel special. Had soup n salad lunch special which was very good. Tried the different soups no additional price. Waitress also gave us a complimentary glass of wine.

Always a great lunch or dinner. Food is fresh and tasty. Only drawback is there are not enough choices on their menu for low carb diets. Even the soups are full of carbs. Would love to try some grilled chicken or fish salad there!

In the past I wasn't too crazy about the food here. Things have definitely improved. Love the large salad bowl that you can serve yourself and dressing on side. Many good main entrees. 6-9 oz carafes of wine are nice too.
