Recently bought some special treats online for my dog Pal for Christmas! They offer free shipping with a code on the first purchase which covers both regular and express shipping. I didn't need it immediately and since it's a local business, I didn't want them paying more than necessary so I chose regular shipping. But I got it express anyways with a very kind handwritten note inside from the owners as well! It was a lovely surprise and I really appreciate receiving such kindness! Thank you so much! (p.s. my dog loves the chicken jerky!)

Disappointing. Tracked down a replacement toy for one my dog loves. Got an order confirmation email, but as their stock isn't current on the website my order was cancelled. I ordered over a week ago and still the refund hasn't been processed.
