I need help please some one that know a lawyer that can help me with these case . I was just kicked out of the court house and I can't get all my properties. They say is evidence. I swear all of those are my property legally I can prove it. I was wrongfully and unlawful imprisoned and ending up with a case of 211Pc /enchant my bail was over 100.000.00 to be exact 140.000.00 no change or no option. I was kicked out of the court house after 4 days and with that case on my file. I was planning to work as security but now i can't cause felony. I am asking for justice reall justice and also I am noticing the whole world that I am afraid of police just in case something happen to me cause of these stuped case where I was a victim of a crime . I would like to get these viral and notify everyone about it. Is what's going on in my mind now. I lost my wife cause of these case she wants me to go to Mexico but I can't go cause I was trying to get my guard card and start working on the job I really love and like. But all of that is gone now. Lately I haven't want to get out of my room cause I'm afraid to go out and face that police, # WHATCH out for Garcia and the others I think they are blind cause they got the wrong guy and. Is not nice. Please some one help me . It could be you.

Terrible only one office on desk to help when you arrive you have to sigh in to be attended and it's take forever I call 911 to report that someone open my husband truck and stole all the tools from his company they told me to drive here with the car 40 mins wait to be attended I brought receipts of all the tools and the officer took forever to make the report because was talking and joking with people on the desk behind and I was talking and without excuse or nothing let me talking to respond to a joke he heards back there this is really disappointed that's why the crime leves are up at los angeles because police is not working to help and the delinquents knows this

Didn't answer the general service call so had to had to the station. Somehow, two officers at the counter were very uncooperative and didn't take the report seriously. A homeless man near at the interaction of Vermont and Olympic towards the west was disturbing and kinda dangerous to the pedestrians. And the officer refused to go out there to check. Also, he was irresponsible but just keep believing on his own thoughts. What kind of country and region's police organization really is this? It's horrifying. Yes, the City of Lost Angels.

Very good customer service. The service /front desk cops are very nice and have a great working relationships there. You can tell that they care for each other and for the people in the community. They don't victimize the victims like they do at Rampart. They have are multi cultureal police STAFF. They laugh and are friendly. Unlike Rampart they don't give up attitude, talk over you when you are speaking or turn you away. They are kind diverse, understanding, efficient and skilled unlike...Rampart.

I keep calling over an ongoing noise complaint for several months now and all I get is a recording, what are all the operators doing? It is apparent that the police is not serving the community as it should be. I urge everyone to get these types of cops out through all legal processes available and vote the right ones in. Its time to make changes in Los Angeles, this county has forgotten whom they are supposed to serve. The people are speaking up, and they can't hide behind their badge anymore.

1 star cause I can't mark a negative 10 star. . Worse service ever. . I call to report a disturbance 30 minutes later still nobody show up. ..WHERE IS THE POLICE? TO PROTECT AND SERVE? SERVE WHO? obviously not the citizens. .. I wish the WATCH COMMANDER reads this review, and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE REALLY BAD SERVICE AT THIS STATION.... I am a victim of a crime and the vital items that were stolen from me were "misplaced". The filing system LAPD uses seem to be archaic. I don't understand why the LAPD can't locate my ID, social security card, and birth certificate. All of those items should be filed under my name. Reformation of LAPDs filing system and training is crucial for efficiencys sake. I do thank them for apprehending criminals but there should be more in place to assist victims.

The officer who just picked up the phone today Nov 5th at 6pm wont let me file a police report for perjury because "anybody can say whatever they want, even under penalty of perjury" and then left me hanging on the phone pretending he was going to let me talk to his supervisor but he never did, I waited and waited and waited on the line for half an hour until I gave up and did hung up like the officer was hoping. Horrible.

Do they even work? Called to report a homeless person threatening me with a knife. They showed up more than an hour later. Said it wasn’t a life threatening emergency. Called to report my car stolen. No one answered. Twice. Got voicemail. Twice. Called 911. Had to wait for them to answer! “All operators are busy.” When they answered, they transferred me. Still on hold 20 minutes later.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully. While trying to report a public disturbance, the woman on the phone was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking. Then, when I had given her the bare minimum information she needed, she hung up on me. You can be sure that I'll be making a case and sending it to the LAPD chief.

Community relations work is excellent. Our Boys Scout of America were provided a hands on workshop on bike safety. Officers were informative, excellent speakers and delivered a really valuable outreach to our kids. We are completely grateful to have this station in our community.

When I dial the number on the website, I get a recorded message and then the phone rings interminably and no one picks up. This is not only poor customer service, it's dangerous. If we need to call another number to get the Olympic Division, post that number on the website.

Took 4 phone calls about an urgent situation that could have ended up as brawl with deadly weapons just so they could take 45 minutes to arrive. My car was broken into and 4 phone calls no answer this is blasaphmy. They take our money and do not provide the services needed.

Now i know why citizen take actions in their own hands. Came to file a police report, about a threat of someone shooting me on the head... 3 in front desk and still they told me to hold about 10 mins while they were chatting and talking about some other incident among them!

I've reported my car stolen almost 3 weeks ago...then I started calling them for any update like almost everyday the following week but nobody answered the phone.. I don't think anyone in blue cares. They're insensitive to our loss and pain. I'm immensely frustrated.

So sad that when you need dispatch after an hour of calling they still never answer! The absolute worst encounter with this police department. My hard earned money going to waste. Horrible just call 911, never call these fools always on a donut break apparently.

Soooo, me and my friend were kind of scared to enter this place because of the rating. We ended up loving it here! Police officers so helpful! And provided with the information we needed. Made us feel safe and we know for a fact that we can count on them!

been calling your main department line for days now and no one answers how is it that there is no one to help i know you people are very busy but our society also needs asst. too. you people either need to hire more receptionist to answer phones

Have been calling non stop for an hour. It either goes to some internal voice mail system right away or makes you listen to a recording that says stay on the line... Then puts you in the voice mail system anyway with no way to leave a message.

If I could leave negative stars I would…how it can take over two hours to answer a call is beyond me…and the lack of ability to even answer a phone call? They keep increasing your budget and yet your incompetence grows even faster

Horrible! I just called and they never picked up their phone!! It's a police station stop being LAZY! I let the phone ring and I guess once they got tired of listening they picked up and hung on me.

I have very good experience with officer Guzman, he was working by himself with a lot of different people but he was very nice and has smile his face all time his taking a report. Very impressed

Assume all the bad ratings are for telephonic experiences. All good ratings are for in person experiences. Nobody picks up their phones.

I called 2 times, the wait to try to get someone on the line is long plus they kept hanging up on me without saying anything.
