Dishonest car rental company. When my car accident happened, they were prompted to provide you a car but when an accident happened to their car, they ignored and let you handle the other party to claim against you. Renting a car from them with $0 excess on its insurance is never true. They will not assist you at all. They didn’t even inform you that they are not assisting you at all. They just ignored till you called them and tell you they will not assist as there is no damage on their car. I had called your office on the following working day and your staff told me it was $0 excess so there is no way I had repaired and returned the car to you. Besides, your statements are being untrue. Firstly, It is not happened 3 months ago as per your reply. Secondly, there are no damage on your car thus please do not assume and accuse me on repairing your car. Is this the way you replied to evade your service? Most importantly, when I first spoken to your company manager in regards to the accident was after I returned your car and he told me to email to him. If You insisted your story then why didn’t you have the courtesy to tell me that you are not going to handle the claimant when I first spoken to your manager.

great service received I had my accident Sunday afternoon and by 10am Monday morning I had already received a car my insurance company was really bad and delayed my payout but Omega kept on helping me out by extending there rental car to me if it wasn't for them I would have been buggered thank you Omega

If you want 1st class and really friendly service, don't hesitate, go straight to Omega Car Rentals. You don't even have to shop around, I got the best price, a quality car, and they pick up and drop off!!!! I can highly recommend them, even to the fussiest of customers (like me).

Very easy pick up and drop off. Car was quite economical on fuel. Shuttle to Queenstown airport was handy too. I also like the fact that they don't put branding all over their cars which I think gives more discretion when travelling.
