Went into thier store which is a shoe repair shot in midtown. I was told they can't do my apartment key. It isn't special, just not as common with a square head. I am disappointed as thier reviews and websites showed the exact key I need made. I asked kindly if they knew a place that could make a copy. He had no idea or referral.
