There was a change in management a few months ago and the previous staff must’ve quit or got let go. This place is awful with the service, no one there seems to use common sense or even understand what anyone needs when it’s behind the counter. I stood in line for 7 minutes because the cashier couldn’t find the cape the customer was telling them and they were being very specific and pointing directly at it. They’re also very slow when it comes to serving the food. There’s almost always some sort of argument going on between a customer and the staff when I’ve walked in. I bought a vape a few weeks ago and walked out, checked it right there and it was a dud so I walked back in to request a new one. The manager gave me an extremely hard time and accused me of lying just to get another vape (not uncommon I’m sure). When I told him he could check the cameras to see me test it right outside he refused. They’re sticklers and rude. Not a single friendly face in there like it used to be. They also don’t keep up with the shelf life of items and there’s almost always a ton of expired drinks and pastries.

I only have 3 stars because there's one lady there that's rude, she doesn't speak and seems to always have an attitude. Don't go when there's a shift change (as if the customers supposed to know when that is) because she will have u waiting and will not apologize as if we know what's going on. The other ladies seem nice she just need an attitude adjustment.

Every time I arrive to the gas station at about 6 AM, the employees stare at us at the window and will not assist us. Today we arrived and they put a note in the door to say that they are shut down for 45 minutes. The employee did not speak to us but instead slapped the notice on the window. Extremely rude people that work here!!!

The staff here are awesome kalee bb chris & dalilah help me with anything i need and will even cook my food fresh. What started off as some random cashiers turned into family. They make me smile as soon as i go in the door. Forever going here.

Used to be my Favorite favorite place to stop and get lunch when I have job sites nearby.With incredible staff, Don't know what happened when I've been there today. Staff rude as hell and management even worse . Time to find a new spot

I came here and my food was so nasty and old. A girl named kayliegh made sure my order was re made and FRESH! She even gave me a free drink and some extra tenders for the wait!

The workers are so incredibly friendly! They literally make my day every time I go in there. They are super helpful and funny too. Always leaving there with a smile …

Arrived at 715am and doors locked. Waited a few minutes and no one ever responded to intercom etc. I suppose they don't want business

Price listed is not what’s charged. Was charged 20% more than listed and they told me there was nothing they could do and to leave.

The staff here are so courteous and always with such nice and positive attitudes ! I always come here to get my gas

I had to put 1 star and what they deserve is 0, truly. Everybody make sure not to stop by this trashy gas station.
