I know it’s not the first time for me but repeated it again and again, he does not even care of listening to customers what they say. We clearly said no encore and he took it out with encore and started arguing and insulting me in front of other customers which more embarrassing. He started saying not to teach him. I guess he is having world of knowledge. But he needs to keep attention what we are saying
